Totally mediocre Starbucks location. Customer service was nice but took like 15 minutes to make us a brewed coffee and an iced americano with only a few people in the store 😅 I understand that the drive through might be the priority, but just felt remarkably long of a wait time for what ended up being below average Starbucks drinks.Not my recommended spot, in all honesty. I’d recommend a different Starbucks location with quite a few others on Foothill, just based on my experience today.

This Starbucks gets it wrong MOST of the time. Ive taken 3 sips so far. I did not ask for extra ice. They fill the cup to the top with ice and the drink tastes weird.Its also extremely annoying to order an oatmeal, but because you didnt remember to AsK FOr a SpOoN they do not put one in the bag. EVERY OTHER drive though (and the Montrose location) includes a spoon without me asking. Im kinda irritated with this 6$ cup of ice. :/

Great local Starbucks, they have great service and also make the drinks just right. I only get coffee usually but they have the ratios of cream and sweetener just right!

This is the best Starbucks hands down.Drive through service, no attitude from the baristas, and plenty of room to sit and enjoy your beverage.These baristas truly get the meaning of teamwork and customer service and need I mention they serve a pretty damm good cup of joe.

Pulled up to the Order screen and before even being greeted I heard the server laughing on the mic....then he asked what I would like and once I ordered he asked my name for the order...I gave him my name and proceeded to the pay window... a blonde girl took my payment and gave me my small refresher and sandwich. I left and on my way home I noticed the LABEL on my drink and noticed that they put the name BRITTANY GRINER on my label.... I recognized the name and googled it and realized thats the name of the Basketball star that was recently held prisoner in RUSSIA....I found it to be really UNPROFESSIONAL and INSENSITIVE To be #1 messing with names on peoples personal drinks #2 Using someones name who was in such a sensitive situation recently all over the news. Ive recently escalated the situation to Starbucks Corporate Office.

I mobile order from here all the time and service is always great…today I have to give 5 stars to HEIDI the barista. She had so many orders and was on fire putting them out with a great attitude! She was a machine! Heidi you’re awesome! Keep it up!!

Nice and quiet place for a morning coffee, parking was available but my visit to this location was at 6am. My coffee was fresh and perfect to my taste. My bagel was nicely toasted. Staff is well trained.

The worst starbucks ever.... Starting with the people that greet you, with no customer service or education whatsoever. Theyre just giggling around talking to each other while youre standing there trying to place your order. I think they are happy with what theyre doing.

Ordered a traveler and when I arrived I was greeted but not acknowledged again for 10 minutes. My order was sitting on the counter the entire time but could not get any of the 10+ staff on hand to assist.Ultimately, I had to ask if the order sitting on the counter the entire time was mine while being ignored for some reason and they confirmed it was.Working in a far larger capacity of food service, this was awkward and problematic. I hope other customers will not have to be subjected to standing around as an army of people do not assist them.

There is a drive thru here, and it is nice to not have to get out of the car, but there service inside is very fast if you just place an order on the app, you can just run in and get it in a couple mins.

I dont support this horrible establishment what so ever but the staff in this location are VERY nice and they all deserve raises along with this 5 star review. I went on a friday morning. One lady took my order in the thru and one handed me my order and they were both super kind.If youre into a large corporation serving you saw dust coffee, atleast support the ones with great staff right? Their manager must be doing something eight versus the rest.

Unfriendly staff. Bad customer service. I used the drive-thru to order a cold beverage. But, I was stunned by how rude the male worker was when he asked for my name. When I drove up to the window to pick it up, he didn’t greet or say “thank you.” Talk about how poorly the workers are trained here.

Perhaps the very best, friendliest, most efficient Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I know I’m biased since it is close to me. But I think that perhaps because it is also a drive-thru, no matter how busy, morning, night, or weekend they scramble for every order - they are a machine. And nice! They remember names, and voices - even in the drive thru! making everybody feel welcome.

To clarify, this comment is for the most recent experience today. I had great experiences before. We ordered two americano coffees. We thought they prepared it wrong, because they didnt taste as coffee at all. They tasted as a watery hot drink with not much flavor. They prepared them again with less water and it was also awful. It was the preparation or the coffee beans. Not sure but it was undrinkable.

This locations operates its business knowingly creating a traffic hazard with their drive thru and does nothing about it. Profit over safety. They need to adjust their drive through window and routing to keep traffic from backing onto Foothill which is a no stopping zone. Everyday hundreds of cars trying to fit three lanes into two and swerving around each other. Either shut down your drive through or make it safe.

4-stars for the longest waits. This place is always busy and the lines are always long.Updated this to five stars for the rest of convenience with the phone app and their staff is on fire. They are mindful of customers needing to get in and out right away and the mobile/app orders are ready when we get there. Theres also street parking and be careful when crossing the drive-through exit.

My son ordered a refresher and it didnt even taste the same as other starbucks. They didnt even ask for a name. My coffee was like just hot water! It was my first experience at this place and it was awful! Ill never come to this starbucks ever again.

The Starbucks in La Canada I usually go to is temporarily closed. I didnt even know this one existed and decided to drive a couple of miles further to pick up my iced skinny caramel macchiato. Very clean store, very friendly and helpful people and definitely wouldnt mind going back to this store for my order pickup. This one has a drive-thru that has a fairly long line so plan ahead!

A cut above most SBs in terms of spaciousness, cleanliness and decor, HOWEVER, a bit like In n Out with neverending lines, esp. at the drive-thru. As a curmudgeon, I have to eh, but I acknowledge the attempt at upscale ambience.

DONT COME HERE IF YOURE WALKING. You cannot pick up a mobile order. I had to ask a patron who was going through the drive through to get my order for me. Worker came out to tell me it was policy she can’t hand me my drink.... in that time they could have just given me my drink and said goodbye. I understand the need for social distancing but they’re still doing transactions at the window which is already exposure, so this is a problem for those of us with no car. Thankful for the sweet family that helped me out.

Another recently acquired location. Friendly staff and a big interior but the drive-thru line was pretty slow. On this site once stood one of the only Pollo Loco Restaurants with a drive-thru that I have ever encountered. That line was even slower.

I asked to Wifi reset but it has been for 3 hours but no one cares of it. I dont understand no one cares about the comfortable place but tossing out a cup of coffee to leave. No need to spend money on the facility then. I rather to drive through.

Large floor plan with little room, lots of wasted space. Most of the chairs are not comfortable, the tables are small, and most of them dont have outlets. The only reason I am here is because the other is closed.
