One of the worst Starbucks Ive been to in the world.The Hispanic young cashier was kind & took our order in a pleasant way. The young chubby young girl handing out the drinks was very rude, seemed she was in a bad mood. Im not sure if Starbucks trains them but they should take lessons from Chickfila.The restaurant was dirty and the restroom was filthy and gross!! So disgusting

My morning coffee was pleasant until I reach the end of it. In the past I worked with a coffee company and if I understand correctly I know that coffee grinds arent supposed to be in the consumers cup. I am not really disappointed in them accidents happen, just to give some awareness to making a good cup of coffee.

After ordering six drinks and patiently waiting for 20 minutes, the staff shockingly declared that they wouldnt serve Palestinians. This discriminatory and racist behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of this specific location but also raises serious concerns about Starbucks as a whole. The only famous person I seen was myself, when I looked in the mirror. For that aspect only, this is a 5 Star establishment. The drinks were alright, the food was average and the atmosphere was rushed. People were reading movie scripts, which seemed legit. However, reading a script in Hollywood instead would have made a better impression on me.

This is one of those lazy starbucks that has one bathroom dedicated for their employees only, while there is only one restroom available for customers.Not only that, but the restroom was filthy and lacked basic hygiene products such as toilet paper.Theres a reason why most hygiene friendly businesses check their restrooms every hour. The manager here should be ashamed.

Every time I’ve come to this location over the past year they’re always out of the ham and cheese croissant (haven’t had this issue with other locations). They also don’t have an order ahead option which makes it inconvenient, since they’re usually packed and people have to go to work. Some of the workers have good customer service but I don’t plan on coming back to this location

This Starbucks is usually packed. But, in a pinch it is perfect. If you were here early in the morning you can sit down and work. Otherwise I do not think I would recommend sitting inside to work. There are some seats outside, but it is extremely tight.

Admittedly I should have checked my order before leaving. Sometimes when you are in a rush, you expect others to get things right when you had previously inquired before placing the order.Before ordering I inquired to the cashier if butter croissant and a reindeer cake pop were available, to which she replied yes. I order a butter croissant, reindeer cake pop, and a hot chocolate. Unfortunately I was given the pink cake pop and an almond croissant.I did not pickup the wrong order since they called my name and repeated the ordered items. Since the items were bagged up, I figured there was not a need to check the order. Guess I will need to take the time to double check my order.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this Starbucks has consistently disappointed me. I go to Starbucks a lot, and I’ve worked in similar positions like this, so I try and smile when I order things because I know how crazy it can get at coffee shops. However, every time I’ve been met with a sour attitude. It’s a little rattling...They also seem to water down their iced teas with water; perhaps this is a CA thing? In WA no Starbucks I’ve been to does this. When I apologized and asked them to remake it without any water added, the girl poured out the top 1/2 inch and added on top of that. Not exactly remaking it, because 80% was still the same watered down consistency. Still diluted.Also, whenever I get a breakfast sandwich it’s burned. I understand sometimes it gets busy and you can’t get to it right away, but it always seems to happen when it’s pretty slow.... and the employee just sort of tossed the sandwich at me when it was done.I would recommend instead going to the Starbucks at 9811 S Santa Monica Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90210! They are excellent! And only a few blocks away. Super friendly and always seems to make good drinks. Have not had one burned item there. And the seating area is very spacious :) :) :) five stars for them!

Starbucks is in no way the best coffee in the world. In fact, given the option I will usually try a different coffee shop nearby before going to a Starbucks. Except for this one. Prices and taste are about the same as all other Starbucks coffee shops around the world, but service is what give this shop the five star rating. Whoever has trained these employees has done an incredible job. Though generally busy, the employees take every order and every upset customer with smiles and kindness. I went to go pick up a coffee (which I received as well as an extra free coffee) and when I returned I found a complimentary chocolate crescent waiting for me at my table. While this is not the case for every customer. I was definitely happy with this Starbucks just for the people that work there. I wish i could do more to repay them for the insane amount of love I felt reverberating from them.

This Starbucks is packed 80% of the time! But the staff is really fast and cheerful. It also helps that you can do pick up on the app. Theres not a ton of seating, and its usually taken so if youre going to do work, make sure you go early. Theres parking just past the store and its free for 2 hours if you get in before 6 pm or $5 flat if you get in after.

Parking is metered and not plentiful,so it may be best to avoid this location on the weekends. There is public parking available across the street for $2.25 every 15 minutes,or $22.50 for the day. Nice place to sit down and enjoy a latte or frapp with friends. They dont have those cozy couches some places have,though. Other than that,cool spot!

I have some serious issues with this Starbucks. It seems since COVID-19 started instead of being on their A game to keep customers happy and satisfied they are on their F game.ISSUE #1: On Friday I went and got a venti pike place. When I grabbed the cup the lid came off my hand and the coffee spilled everywhere. Bottom line the cup was smashed and the barista tried to force the lid onto the cup anyways. When I asked her why she did that she said we dont throw anything away. I asked her so you give me a defective product so I burn myself because you dont want to waste a cup? She proceeded to shrug her shoulder and walk away.ISSUE #2: On Sunday l went and got a mocha latte Xtra hot easy chocolate. It was cold and extra sweet. I asked why my drink is cold and extra sweet? The barista replied you asked for lukewarm with chocolate. I showed her the lable on the cup and it said extra hot easy chocolate. She made me another drink easy chocolate but cold.ISSUE #3: Dirty bathroom. Most of the time out of order. No toilet paper.This is not how you run a coffee shop.

Ive worked around this area for several years now so Ive been here plenty of times due to the walking distance - and Im finally writing a review.. this Starbucks is, most of the time, one of the slowest locations around. Theyve forgotten my order multiple times, and the afternoon crew near the end of the bar (preparing the drinks) arent too friendly if you inform them of a mess-up on your drink or if they forget an order. Theres one barista in particular (she was working today, Thursday 9/26/19 around 2:30pm) and shes usually not nice to me if something was forgotten. :( lol. I suggest going to the Starbucks on South Beverly instead - theres less of a rush, you dont wait very long for your drinks, and the baristas are much friendlier.

Trenta iced coffee, which is usually $3.75, is fifty cents more, because its Beverly Hills. True story. I was offered half and half with my drink, but, they didnt put it in there. No one was in line except a guest speaking with a cashier, once he was done dealing with her he walked away. I had to wait for someone else to take my order. This is a common thing with customer service in LA, and its remarkably annoying.

A year ago I gave this location 5 stars . Today i got my mother a dirty chai latte and myself mango dragon fruit refresher. The cute young man behind the counter with the hat was very sweet I asked him the chai Part is it premixed or how does it come in .
