I used to love this location, but the shaken espressos have been consistently bad for a long while, no matter how busy it is. They dont shake them enough, if at all (theres never any foam on top), and add too much milk, making the drink watery and gross. The Fulton and Guerneville location is much, much better for this drink.

This review has been pending for a long time, but the last representative made this possible. I have never encountered such rude staff in my life of 26 years. My entire family works in the food industry, and we would be appalled to experience this kind of service across our family. I am very disappointed in their customer service and their way of handling a small situation, like asking about a drink and whether a peach tea has a green tea base or black. Thank you so much for your time. I hope this helps you in providing better customer service for other patrons which are keeping you in business. The employee in question has a horribly shaggy haircut that makes her appear to be unclean. Unbelievable. After trying our drink, she did not fulfill our request and I expect a refund at the very least.

Positively DUMBFOUNDED to see the low stars here. Yall are tripping. Literally every single time Ive been here these folks have been slammed to the brink of insanity and managed it with efficiency, grace, and excellence. I want to fight whoever left a bad review. Its astounding the sheer amount of volume these workers have to deal with for the entirety of their shift every single day of the week and extra on holidays...and yet....they boss up and manage it every time. Big round of applause for this location.

They wouldnt put a cheese danish on the order for the person in front of me even though I was already making an order and said they could just charge it to my order and give it to them. I get that they cant give away products, but I got other things on my own order, what am I gonna do, coordinate a two car theft of a cheese Danish? How much of a liability is one cheese Danish anyway? Its not like Im going to drive off without paying over what, two dollars? Company policy, how about human decency?Other than that its a highly average Starbucks. Usually gets busy around right before 9:00 am and right after 5:00 pm. No reason not to go here but like, the drive-through worker is doing too much.

Good food but they are often out of a lot of items and since I only spend enough for a small snack or meal its not worth looking getting anything else when theyre out of so much so often. If I knew they couldve been reliable and have items in stock more often I mightve tried to get a different item. But I like to spend my time where I can rely on someone/business instead.

All I was reading on social media was to be nice to your baristas because they are very busy this time of year, so I always make sure to be extra nice to them. Its not uncommon that I get different versions of a white mocha, but this time I got a black coffee instead. I decided to go back to get a refund because I just didnt want coffee anymore. When I got to the window, the cashier never apologized and was kind of rude. Sorry I wanted a refund, maybe I wanted to go to the other coffee shop. Be nice to your customer, I would have come back but not after this.

This Starbucks is definitely one of the busier ones around here, but they always handle it efficiently. They are always nice and helpful, and my orders (which are usually horribly complex) are made right almost always. The inside is clean and has a good amount of space, as well as a lovely patio seating area that I enjoy quite a bit. The bathrooms have always been clean and sanitary when Ive used them. Great place, definitely no complaints!

I understand youre short staffed but when I wait 20 minutes for nice coffee so I walked up and I just inquired when it was going to be ready and he told me to relax and that theyre short staffed. I know that this store is incredibly short staffed most days, but they are still really good at their jobs. Always super polite and as fast as they can be. Reading some of these reviews on here tells me people don’t understand what it’s been like to work customer service jobs during this pandemic. Just be happy they’re open!

I went to this location July 15th 2020 between 430-445am. The staff never said good morning. Didnt say, ill be right with you, no sorry about the wait. As soon as someone came to the register to help me, she just stood there and didnt say anything. I had to be the first person to say good morning and start my order. After swiping my card and getting my drink, I didnt have ANY interaction with any employees. NO thank you have a good day. Its basic customer service to greet customers or even smile. I wont ever go to this location again, until they retrain their employees on basic customer service skills.

I was pleasantly surprised actually when visiting this Starbucks. They had plenty of tables, indoor and outdoor seating, etc. The staff was also nice, which was great. Also, Starbucks coffee normally tastes burn to me, but theirs tasted pretty alright. The only annoying thing was that BOTH of their bathrooms were out of soap...

So I got to the Starbucks around 315 thinking OK give them 15 minutes to actually open up get everything ready. I get it it’s really early in the morning. So I went go the drive-through because it said it would be open and the lights were all on. There is no answer I tried saying hello for like five minutes nothing came out of the other end. so I reversed back and I parked and I walked where the door is and it was completely locked the coworkers would not look at me they wouldn’t even tell me what time they were actually going to open. so I went back to my car ordered the Starbucks Through my app thinking it might be quicker but not knowing it was going to take 30 minutes later for them to finally get my drink which was super water down and my food was cold ..

Used the drive through for a mocha. Long line, but went pretty quickly. Staff had my coffee ready to go when I got to the window and staff was friendly. Only issue was that they put too much whip cream on my mocha, but otherwise a good location for a drive through.

Went thru the drive thru which is always slow at this location it seems. Got to the window for my hot coffee and my husbands hot coffee too. I took a drink and coffee poured out from under the lid all over my new shirt. We showed the girl the top of cup with the lid off and the seam at the top of the cup was ripped. Who ever filled the cup saw it but still filled the cup and served it. We asked the girl to pour it in a new cup so it wouldnt spill out of the rip/hole. But instead she just put another cup over the broken cup. I fixed it

The establishment is reasonably clean with all the proper precautions being taken inside. They have the plexiglass barriers installed and markers to point out where to stand. The interior is a little bit smaller than I’d like though. The parking lot is challenging with the drive through line.The staff here is really good though. They are always friendly and attentive.

Of the 3 employees I interacted with, I received Great Customer Service. They all made an effort to serve well and Assist in anything as their job dictates. Of all Starbucks throughout Marin and Sonoma County this location is one of the better places to visit for the Service and Coffee. Even if the entrance to the parking lot is Narrow as hell.

But please please be more careful with the drink orders - I am sensitive to caffeine but am cursed with a love for the taste of coffee. I repeated my order for a triple DECAF latte and couldnt figure out why I was so buzzed a little later. It was clearly caffeinated and the sticker confirmed that.

When i came in there was someones food in a SB food sleeve on the pickup counter, 20 or more mins later (it was still on the counter) when my drink finally was ready they tried to give me THAT SANDWICH!! Okkkk um every table occupied and ten of them with single people studying for school. I get that... You should at least have two people minimum at a few tables. What a waste of space My daughter and I tried to address the issue but she is young and had to get drinks out. She said the same thing for her too. We decided to pull two chairs and drag them by the drive through. Which is a safety hazard to say the least. I went into this Starbucks yesterday and was the only person in line. I stood there for 5+ minutes while four employees behind the counter did everything but even acknowledge me. Including the four behind the counter were three more standing behind me, gossiping about work. I stood there at the counter as long as I did mostly because I was so shocked that this was happening. Not a hello, not a well be right with you, nothing. I left. Not one of the seven employees helped me- the only customer in line. I went to Peets instead where everyone was lovely. Spend a lot of time here since fires. Its a 50 / 50 shot with personable, professional and just plain nice employees. You drastically hit both ends of the spectrum. Super nice or unwarrantedly rude. Not as good as it was before the fire. New crew who make a lot of mistskes and brew sub par espresso. A good barista is hard to find and requires more training then most may assume.
