I frequently visit this store during lunch hours, and the staffs kindness always brightens my day. The friendly atmosphere makes my lunch break even more enjoyable. Although there are occasional delays in order preparation, I understand that its due to the high volume of customers during peak hours. Overall, I highly recommend this store for its friendly service and delicious food.

The girl who claimed herself the store manager on 1/14/2024 5pm is very rude! She kept talking with her friends, and forgot my order for the food, while the other staff are busy with serving the clients.It is recommended that this store manger needs to be replace to save the Starbucks’ reputation.

We have been getting drinks from this location for awhile now, and lately when we order our venti, we received drinks almost quarter missing, I dont ask for foam, and theres no foam filling up the empty space, just a grande in the venti cup. And the Cheese Danish I ordered had coffee grounds all over it, that I at first thought it was just burned crumbs.Dont come to this store and get your money scammed. Check your drinks, and food before walking away, because theyre not paying attention to what they do.

Come for the coffee. Stay for the wifi. Starbucks is pretty consistent around the world and in that regard, predictable, and comfortable. The number one complaint I hear is about their coffee (generally, not regarding the specific location) but Im not a coffee snob so its fine for me. Customer service is generally pretty high-quality.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I got a impossible sausage sandwich. Ordered a iced coffee with cream got a black iced coffee with no half and half out to add to it. Cashier was flirting with some guy and forgot to get my sandwich let alone the right sandwich. Unfortunately I threw the nasty fake impossible sandwich out. Nor did I have enough time to go back and fix it.

I went in to this Starbucks this morning and, as usual, I came to get my thermos filled with Pike Place coffee, for which I am always charged $3.25. I also had my heart set on having a breakfast sandwich. They figure youre not using the cups, so to fill a thermos is less expensive ... EXCEPT THIS MORNING!The young lady barista wanted to charge me an outrageous $6.75, and she wasnt in a very good mood. I am a 70 year old man, and I am under the impression she has issues with elderly folks. The manner in which she spoke down to me was unconscionable.I left without my coffee, AND ALSO WITHOUT MY BREAKFAST SANDWICH, which was very inconvenient, and started my day out on the wrong foot.This will definitely make me less likely to continue buying food and coffee at Starbucks again.I used to be pleased with the friendliness of the baristas.If this mistreatment of elderly people is a new trend in Starbucks, you wont see us there anymore.

Ive visited all the starbucks locations nearby Mountain View and this one is my favorite. Most the staff is generally polite. Ive never once had my order made wrong here either. Theyre usually fast paced & make the order quickly. I do wish this location had more options with merchandise & bagged coffee though! They never seam to have much, but it could be bad timing on my part! The good stuff seams to sell quickly! This location always looks clean as well, which is amazing in itself. :)

This Starbucks is my favorite! Never had a bad customer service experience. They go ABOVE and BEYOND to make customers happy. Service with a smile is great but when the smile comes from the heart & is supported by compassion it makes everything better. The staff can help a bad day seem better and great coffee seem amazing.

I rarely give out bad reviews and reviews in general but, today I had an absolutely horrible experience at this particular location. I always had off and on experiences at this location. When I was ordering today the Bautista was extremely rude and I know this time is stressful for everyone during Covid but no matter how much I tried to be understanding she was just awful. She kept yelling at me to speak louder so she could hear me and I kept trying to rise my voice and I ended up having to shout to give my order. The person in front of me did not get yelled at or the person behind me. They both were speaking at the same level as I was but, I was only one who got yelled at and I felt very belittled. She didnt say Excuse me, but can you speak a little louder I cant hear you very clearly.I basically was getting yelled at for being soft spoken. I honestly am not going back to this location. Ive never had a problem with the location in downtown mountain view. Ill just stick with the location in downtown where I know the customer service is constantly good. I would not recommend this location at all.

This is my usual stop when I do get some coffee or breakfast in the morning. The store itself was recently remodeled and has plenty of space to sit and relax. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. On the one occasion where there was a mixup with my drink they took care of it quickly and professionally without a hassle.

Quite possibly one of the worst experiences Ive had at a Starbucks. The cashier forgot to queue my order. I waited in line ten minutes before I finally decided to get closer to the serving area to claim my drink. The cashier just stared at me and didnt even bother to apologize. I found it to be very rude. One of the baristas was nice enough to address the issue promptly, but the cashier lady ruined my experience that day.

This Starbucks is acceptably awesome .Pretty spacious for such a small seating area.The barista on duty that morning were courteous and professional regardless of the demeanor of any arriving customers.My order was taken and delivered promptly. This is a rare diamond in the Starbucks world.They treat Asian men(as I am) simply as customers and not aliens to be treated with derision. However, your experience may differ with the rotating roster of baristas.

Sunday 8Well, today I went to Starbucks and bought a Vt Mocha and my daughter got a Vt hot chocolate, and my Vt Mocha was really good, but my daughters Vt hot chocolate were not good. Half of her cup was filled with whipped cream and the other Half was with the hot chocolate that I had finished with him in 2 minutes and the rest was just whipped cream, I dont know if Starbucks thinks kids are dumb because my daughter told me that someone from the Starbucks worker put more whipped cream than the drink real

I love Starbucks. This location is my least favorite. There is absolutely NO hustle from the baristas at this location. They are extremely slow. The cashiers are very quick, the baristas are slow moving. Ive visited here daily for the past 5 mos.

Typically long lines, but the service is quick so the wait isnt horrible. I happen to buck the whole hipster holier-than-thou trend to small-batch roasteries, and I enjoy Starbucks for what it is. This location feels a little shabbier and more rushed than others Ive been too - less loungey and less of a place to stay and hang out.

I have mixed feelings about this Starbucks. Depending on who is at the cashier, it can either be a super super quick trip (definite plus in the morning on the way to work) or quite the opposite - SLOOOOOOOOWWWW like a freakin snail.I came in at 5:45am on a Monday morning and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. As I walked up to the register, the barista asked to make my drink. While she was making it, the cashier rang me up. Both are superstars!The very next day, I came in at 5:50am and there was a line of 2 people ahead of me. A different cashier was working the register and OMG she was so slow. I dont know how it can take so long to ring up a coffee order but seriously I was in line for 10 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. As I waited, the line behind me grew to 5 other people. Everyone looked just as aggitated as me. I mean seriously, were in here at 6am for a reason, we need our coffee and we have places to get to! As a result, I was late to work and was super annoyed as I stood there waiting and watching in disblief.The baristas know their regulars and remember their drinks orders.

This location has been plagued by plumbing problems which means no bathrooms and no indoor/outdoor seating. Only grab and go items. Also the store hours seem to vary by day.Avoid disappointment, check with the store before going.

An excellent starbucks. They are very quick and the iced lattes are amazing. Ten years ago Id get mcdonalds iced lattes to save money but after years of starbucks iced lattes mcdonalds ones literally make me vomit.Mcdonalds for iced mocha starbucks for iced latte.

Nice little Starbucks on the corner of Middlefield and Rengstorff. Its right next to Fresh & Easy supermarket and neighbors some smaller stores in the strip mall.Great for errands and stop-by alike. Lots of parking, leather couches, outside seating, Starbucks Rewards and Google wifi. Deal.

I went there to pick up a drink. Their online system is down, so I (and others) couldnt pay using my Starbucks card. With that feature down, you would think they will try to work something out to give people back the points. Their answer, with a blunt attitude, youll have to call customer service.
