I live very close to this location so I stop here often, but I stop at many Starbucks locations while I’m work. But this location is far and away one of the best. Ciera helped me today, but my experience has been universal at this location with any of their employees. They are always kind, welcoming, and seem legitimately happy. When I have stopped by with my son they’ve been just as pleasant with him too. Drive through? Same. Always the best to deal with. Props to the store manager for having and fostering such a great team.

Had the nicest experience today. This location has always been great, wonderful staff, fast service. Today I came to get my husband a coffee only because I had got one from another place, and it was very disappointing. The subject came up when talking to the gentleman taking my order, and he completely made my day with the sweetest gesture. I cant remember his name, but it was around 8:15 am, Monday July 31st. I am very surprised the type of customer service we received from Sally on Saturday, April 1st around 7:18pm. We received a drink that we asked to be decaf however, when my sister-in-law took a sip from her drink she tasted the caffeine. The Starbucks cashier Sally stated that it had espresso but failed to give us the heads up when we purchased the drink. You would imagine that if we wanted decaf you would also assume no espresso. You would also imagine her at least offering to get us another drink since there was a slight confusion. She advised us that she could not return it and if we wanted a different drink we would have to re-buy another one. Sadly, we did, but I am more shocked We were treated so poorly from her, especially, someone whos working for Starbucks, which thrives to provide a great customer service could have someone like her who was emotionless, unprofessional, and seemed so miserable to be there.

Last time Ill be coming here. Cashier was counting money so I waited around 5 mins. Then she abruptly turned to me but with a rude tone. She was so bothered when she took my order. Unfriendly and aggressive tone. When I asked her name she replied with hostile attitude and refused to initially until I asked again. Yvonne is what she said her name is. Shame on Starbucks for changing their culture one person at a time. Maybe Ill go to Dutch where they seem to be happy to have my business.

Oh this place will get a professional review as I really had bad experience with the supervisor a young white lady around 5,4 inch 👱 blond between 23-29 yrs old who created an issue by her bossy attitude where I have lost a cigarettes pack with a gold coin worth with $480 and went in a very gentle way to tell her that I just left it like 3 min and I told her that there is a homeless (no offense) but he was sitting there charging his phone without even ordering anything and I went I told him plz did u take it back and says no then I go for the supervisor Bre I guess from this morning shift and explained for her and asked her plz chec ur camera as I don’t have the right to do any investigations or to search the guy as am not a police and she told me that I have to check with corporate and this is not her job and I have to deal with it and it’s not her responsibility what’s there or who takes anything. The funny thing it’s her job to let homeless people set down next to other guest who purchases a daily more than $25 just on his drink which is more than 2 hours pay for a supervisor but no the suspect left and I will call the police there and I have records from my camera and my receipts or maybe the staff In Collaboration with suspect to come veyday and does this when guest goes to the rest room.Am just saying maybe.

Good service. Good coffee. I like how they fit this holiday season atmosphere.Irish cream cold brew was actually better than expected. Quite sweet but now too much to break the balance of the flavor. A little touch of coco power gives a kick with its aroma. Cold brew coffee is pretty good and cream foam makes the whole experience worth buying again.

This Starbucks was actually one of the better ones that my wife and I have gone too. There was plenty of seating inside. The staff were extremely friendly and quick to fill our orders. The atmosphere was very relaxed. the parking lot was easy to find a parking spot for our large vehicle.

Usually they are very quick but lately they have been falling behind with up to 20 min drive through wait times. And whats worse is Ive found that mine and my coworkers coffees were decaffeinated though we order several additional espresso shots and I can only assume to get through the line quicker. Will probably not return here for now until they work the kinks out again.

For, crying out loud will, some body please get me a white chocolate mocha with caramel extra,extra drizzle. I aint playing. Some of these places dont get me when I say extra drizzle but, this here store, does me justice. Great service all the time. Try and at least not make it obvious you have a problem with me having different pigment then the rest of the people at the store. The worst part of strawberries, old and un ripe. The flavor was absolutely horrible. The worker was irritated for me just being there that made the entire experience worst then the drink which was pretty bad. I wish I could leave a picture of what they gave me. Bad from the start and never got better.

At 6:00 am on a Sunday morning its a serious surprise to be greeted with such pleasant attitudes as the staff at this Starbucks has! When I went in to pick up and order for an event we had going on I expected to be told, your coffee and stuff is over there but the warm greeting and help was nothing of the sort! I gave this place a two star only because of the night crew. And they should be getting a four or five. But I averaged out the minus two and came up with this two star rating. Morning and afternoon service is obsolete. Do not, I repeat, do not go into this place if you are on any type of time schedule. I am not trying to disrespect anybody so do not take this as anything other than it is, a description. These people look like a bunch of monkeys screwing a football. I have never seen so much confusion behind a counter. And out of the 25 or so times going there during the day, I would say that they have one successful completion of my order. I may have just ordered water that day I cant be sure. However, the average time spent in or out on the drive through varies. The drive through appears to be a priority. Time wise. Not accuracy. But inside, they fail at every level. You wont get three things there,your order right, your goal of getting out in a few moments, and absolutely, you will definitely not get good service. Who are these b&%$#s. And what did I ever do to them? I feel hated every time I went in there.

I go to Starbucks at least once a day. I usually visit the location by my work, but frequently visit this one. I know the policy on refills- only given during the same visit at the same store. I asked for a refill but I usually just buy a new drink for the day because reusing the cup grosses me out, but was refused. That day I happened to already spend $12 there. When I go by the one by my work, I go so often and they know I have to work and can’t necessarily sit in their lobby. They are happy to refill my drink...but like I said I usually just buy a new one. How does it affect the barista giving a refill? It must just irritate her, because it doesn’t come out of her check. If making coffee is what you do anyway, why not satisfy a customer? I work in customer service and the choice of whether your customers are satisfied is up to you. I’ll just say I won’t be visiting the Ontario Ave location anymore, because I don’t want to be helped by someone who doesn’t want to help a customer out of irritation.

This is currently the closest location to home for me, however, it seems to be so busy all the time with a line throughout the parking lot for the drive thru. If you can get here before 7am, you may get through pretty quick, but after 7am, it will be a toss up if you can get through quickly. Because of the long line usually in the mornings, I opt for the location closer to my office. Also 1 out of 10 times, your order might not be correct or so it seems and they tend to be out of items more so than other locations.

I understand that things sometimes get hectic and go wrong but for $5.75 for a cup of coffee, try to get it right and operate with integrity. By mobile order I requested an additional shot for my beverage. I picked it up and could immediately taste that it wasnt there. So disappointed in the RUDE batista this morning! My family loves the holiday cups and made sure I was going to get one for each of us this year! I set an alarm to wake up and be in line before they even opened (4:15am to be exact, I was the third car in the drive thru). I ordered 1 Grande WCM, 1 Grande Salted Caramel Mocha, and 2 Peppermint Hot Chocolates. I pull up and pay and the batista hands me one holiday cup. I politely asked if it was one holiday cup per order or one per Holiday drink. She proceeds to tell me one per Grande Holiday drink (I just ordered and paid for two and you still only handed me one, even though I should have gotten 4). I explain that Starbucks corporate has stayed numerous times, including social media, that it was one Holiday cup per each holiday beverage regardless of size. She says shell check and then turns around and hands me 2 more cups (for a total of 3 now). As soon as I took the cups and placed them in the seat next to me she rude closed the window and walked away. Ive never experienced such rude customer service from Starbucks!! Now I have to try and hunt down, and pay for another drink, for another cup for my last family member!!

They always take forever here. Now I know why, I was glad when I walked in there was only 1 Person in line then a huge rush came in behind me 5 or 6 people.... I watched them make everyone elses iced drinks while I waited for my hot drink everyone came and went, even though I ordered before everyone else. Then to top it off employee Kelsey who was standing at the ready counter writing things down had a young man come to the counter and make chit chat she asks him what he wants, he tells her, and then proceeds to shout out to another employee to quickly make his drink which she did. Im very disappointed and devastated about Starbucks not in all the locations you find the same customer service I agree but in this location in Corona by the Ontario and the 91 freeway have I noticed that Ive had the worst service ever they only give you one option and thats the option of its their way or the highway I was 15 minutes ago in there trying to buy just the tea bags for my medicine ball at night the cashier answer Im sorry I cant sell them to you you would have to buy it one drink and pay for the extra tea bags you wouldnt get the drink but you would pay for it just to get the tea bags they only charge you $0.20 a tea bag and the drink was about $4 but you wouldnt get it when in other locations nearby they could sell you the tea bags without needing to buy a drink or any other item in the menu first I had an issue with a Starbucks cup then I had an issue with the T then I had to take issue with a coffee drink then I had the issue with the TV whats next the manager that was right in front of the register couldnt even granted she gave the no options to the cashier and the cashier obviously only doing his job apologize which was the only thing I I like about his positive attitude but that manager really or supervisor or lead or whoever she is doesnt realize shes brushing off customers like that and maybe I should just stick to the ones that are so busy and do give that courtesy attention for the customers that are purchasing other items that is not a drink at the moment

I used to go to this starbucks all the time (due it being in my vicinity), but guess what, my phone got stolen. wait, i was ROBBED! It was a huge scene. Starbucks should really enforce some Security system for their customers (at least during the Finals week) just like banks do!!Moreover, the customer service I received in the last week via drive thru service (thurs night 11pm), was horrible. the girl assisting my drinks was really rude. it almost seemed like she didnt want to be there. she didnt give me or my passenger a chance to talk about what was wrong with the drink until her manager came into the picture.
