Absolutely amazing experience, the two young ladies baristas that helped me on 4/7 were magnificent, gracious, and went above and beyond to provided perfect customer service. This business is truly lucky to have them, give them a raise!!! 😁😁😁

This particular Starbucks sucks! They didnt have hardly any sandwiches ie... carved ham ect. And when I asked for the Cinnamon the guys response was, we only have the pumpkin spice. What a poor excuse for the high standards Starbucks is supposed to have. But then its in a very liberally screwed up City, Santa Monica!

This place is always busy. It doesn’t matter what time it is you’ll be faced with a line. A line to order… a line for the restroom. If you’re trying to grab a quick coffee or treat, don’t go here.

The baristas here are wonderful. They always have my order ready and it always tastes great. When they’re busy, everyone is hustling and they are really courteous to customers who are super annoying (I’ve witnessed a few overbearing customers). The cafe is always clean and there is a lot of parking. This location is prone to unhoused individuals and the baristas treat them with empathy and respect. I’m happy this is my local Starbucks. Their cup merchandise selection is subpar but I am forever grateful because it keeps me from impulse purchases. They have a great selection of pastries and boxed lunches at all times. This location is also rarely out of certain ingredients, which I appreciate. My drink is always done accurately and tastes awesome.

Was great until a homeless person entered and sat next to my table upset my dining experience because of the strong stench of urine and feces. No offense but it seems like more of a hangout for homeless people, but what can you do they have rights to.

The barista was very nice, I wanted an iced peach green tea lemonade but she said they were out of peach. However she offered to add strawberry or mango in it. I told her to surprise me and she picked strawberry said it was good and it was. Thanks 😊

Mixed review here. The staff is great, especially the early morning crew. I like that they just removed the big comfy chairs to discourage people sleeping in them all day. Not really happy with the fact that they covered up the outlets. I like to get some work done while enjoying the cup of coffee that I overpaid for. Time to find a new place. Sorry morning crew.

Sad Barista day. Approached by aggressive man twice while in line...a man who wished to have my money...I am a 66 inch tall white man and took his attitude in stride. But two of the ladies in line left prior to purchase after his aggressive behavior. And the Barista ignored it all and kept looking down at their next creation.

I waiting too long on their patio to drink my tea and it became cold. When I went up to the counter, they actually offered to just replace it! (I didnt ask)I know that it is not a big expense for them, but it was the friendliness that I found was great. Not all places are like this., but it isUnusual in Los Angeles to see this.

The coffee and food was fine but I had a terrible experience going to the bathroom. One if the other customers started wailing on the door as I was trying to do my business and the employees just ignored it. He legit tried breaking the door down and I had to deal with this insane person slamming on the door. How do the employees just sit back and watch that happen for minutes?

We stopped in for a quick drink before starting our day. The staff was rude and pressed because of a long line. No one was paying attention to the quality of the drinks they were handing out even though they werent actually handing out drinks any faster because of it. This is ridiculous. Dont waste your time let alone money. Too many local shops to be handed this for your money.

I was in Starbucks today, 6/23/20, at 11:30. There was a very rude young man with a knit cap working the register. After waiting 15 minutes for a drink, and I was the only person in the store (noone was making drinks), I requested my money back. He argued with me and wouldnt give it back to me. I couldnt stand this arguing and extreme lack of customer service, so I simply left. Starbucks made $4.50 off of me today. This young man should not be working there. He gives Starbucks a very bad name for their brand. I did call and let the supervisor there know.

Its a Sfarbucks. Nothing fancy. Staff is super friendly. But the big drawback is the lack of power outlets. I get the reasoning I do. Is one thing to have only a limited number of outlets buy to eliminate them all makes it tough for those that like to enjoy the cafe nature of Starbucks. The parking and the staff give this location its stars. Otherwise I wouldnt recommend it.

The WORST Starbucks ever! The staff have NO clue how to make drinks, had 2 very simple drinks (tea with room for milk) both made wrongly in two different occasions. 1st was made with hot frothy milk and secondly given the wrong tea entirely. Seriously hot and filled to the brim. Hardly able to hold then having to ask for some to be poured out.Instead of asking again if they don’t understand ( which would be less time wasting for everyone) they think it’s better to just make what they think they heard.And as for cleanliness the service counter it could do with a good clean.

I ordered a tea and veggie salad both great, my favorites at 7 PM. I ran into a friend and we talked for 3 hours, undisturbed . This is my favorite Starbucks on the westside . They always have a wide variety of foods and soor run out as others do. It is large with plenty of seating in a variety of seating types. They also have good outside seating and is conveniently located near many other businesses.

Asked for a Carmel macchiato and got my order left and had to come back cause the coffee tasted burnt and gross and like a normal cold coffee with milk. They put like a super small spritz of caramel ìn both the remake and original like carmel was being hoarded. Both my orders of coffee were just junky quality will not be coming back.

Mobile order handling needs lots of work. You can order ahead of time, and the order will be ready. But if the order is ready before you arrive then you will need to get the attention of an employee (while they ignore you standing there) in order to actually get your food. This happens every time.

Its a starbucks. The McDonalds of the 21st century. Stopped here before a few trips to the hospital. First to use the bathroom...then to get a drink before a procedure. All the normal stuff with the addition of a long line and consistent train of homeless peeps coming in to use the facilities as their shower. No biggie. There are a few reserved parking spots out back for Sbucks customers which was nice.
