It is now 610am on a Sunday and there is 11 people waiting to get inside. I wish the business hours posted were accurate. 2 employees inside setting up and responded with it is going to be a few minutes. Weird...maybe we need to move locations.

I love the architecture of the building and the views of neighboring buildings. The only trash can is not conveniently located depending on the seat you choose in here. At least the popcorn was in stock 😋

I asked for a refill of water, the girl that was delivering the drinks took my bottle and left it out of my reach just to make me wait 10 minutes for her to finish some take away orders. A refill of water takes 30 seconds, if you don’t want to refill water on the hottest days of the summer at least don’t take my bottle and make me wait for nothing. Left without water and late for work, that was rude and completely out of place. Do not recommend at all to go to this place.

Its Starbucks, so you already know what youre getting. The employees here have been consistently pleasant for years and years though. Theyre always helpful, and if theyre not too busy theyll pretty much always take extra steps to give good service.Its a little sad that they dont have their own outdoor seating (its all taken up by the nearby Cuban restaurant) because the seats other than those at the big table are usually taken. Thats fine for me though because walking around the plaza with your fresh drink is often better than sitting anyways.

Coffee is great here, and so is service, but please, please, please, reopen your second bathroom for customers. It was tagged closed a few weeks ago, actually open to staff. Since then, there is a line of customers for the only one now available to them. This is real pain, so I hope you will reconsider and reopen the staff only one for everyone. Thank you.

Very low energy staff.I’ve tried to used my precious stars as a loyal customer and I get a mad curly hair lady. Very disappointed, today you’ve lost a customer Starbucks at this location.You need a manager here like the one next to Best Buy in orange or the Euclid and Katella, which by the way are the best!Weak weak weak staff at the orange circle.

I tried to get a water there and I was told If I wanted to come in I needed a shirt so I said well maybe I don’t want to come in and promptly left. I went to the competitor and got served no problem. Better luck next time IF there is a next time!

Very refreshing Starbucks in the Orange circle. It has a unique design and pretty competent workers. Quite spacious inside as well.The restroom is a little unkept but other than that it is a great place.

I have been to this Starbucks many dozen times. Both of my own choice and also for my employment. The staff at this location usually are nice but Ive encountered many instances where the people that work here are either not paying attention to their customers or just dont seem to like their job. Having another Starbucks directly across the street is a benefit in that when this Starbucks is having a bad day I can go across the street.

This is a nice place to get your Starbucks fix at the Orange Circle. I like getting my drink and finding a seat on one of the benches outside. Service is always good here. Its different with COVID just follow the signs telling you where to wait for your order.

Kinda hidden in corner and looks real small but it has a lot of seating. The workers were all real friendly every time I have gone in. Ive been a few times and never had to wait more than like 3 min for order and only been there during lunch so probably never that busy but idk there is another one across the street but its hidden in a bank.

GREAT ! great staff ..great coffee All welcome .. college,(Chapman University and CSUF being closet as well as JCs) /townee( locals long time orange residents) vibe.along..well to do or urban camper who are slept on the street are here. ...the usual or standard Starbucks philosophies are in place and there seems to be no noticable issues, 2 bathrooms ..clean.Good mix of eclectic music for atmosphere ( it was feb..which is black history month ..lots of great black musicians featured ( I heard a similar mix at a nearby Sants Ana on Tustin Ave location.....mostly soul funk and r&b At times there can be a wait for a bathroom but thats to be expected. Perhaps some regular open mic or coffee house entertainment in the evenings would

Their somewhat rude when it comes to customer service despite their moto of liberal behavior. Im surprised at the coldness with which they treat people in their store whom they suspect might not beBig spenders. They are also big on making the use of their restrooms a harrowing and rushed experience as though they are timing you in a very vulnerable and helpless moment for anyone. I am surprised with their sociopathic policy.

Provisions is nearby which is an awesome place for beer and food and I really, really, really wanted a beer but he suggested we hang out here instead since its a school night.Fine.There are two Starbucks in the immediate area and I drove to the other one. Bleh. Luckily, this one is a short walk over and smaller.Inside, the crew is friendly and fast. My iced chai latte was perfect. He got the passion fruit tea which is another favorite of mine. We eventually just shared the drinks and sat outside because theres a great view of the traffic circle and some awesome opportunities for people watching. It was still early for dinner so we hung out here for a bit before heading out for the rest of the evening.

It was very bad to ask for a cafeteria that doesnt care about customers who dont speak English. The person who served me didnt know Spanish. My entire order was bad. They should focus on people who dont speak English and have employees who speak two languages.
