Location was perfect for a year and then all drinks started tasting like water. In a company that has lost 35 percent of their stock value overnight, I would think quality would be a priority, same drink made twice today, you judge in the picture

The coffee is, to my liking, made a bit strong. Pikes even has a bit of a kick.Weve been to this Starbucks several times, and the service is magnificent. The employees are always working at a break neck speed, so waiting is kept to a minimum.

Used app to order ahead. Service was fast. The only negative was I put in for pick up through drive thru, but it was closed (no reason posted). I had to park and enter the store to get food. The order was ready and available at the counter.

Excellent service and friendly staff even during Monday morning rush, timely as well. Very clean location, moreso than your average Starbucks. Only problem was warmed cheese Danish felt/tasted like the bread was in the older side and quite dry. Would highly recommend this location but maybe be hesitant with some pastries. Keep up the quality service!

What a great store! 7 cars 🚗 n front of me, they were standing outside took my order before I got to the order station. Guy had a name tag Steve! He was happy and chatted with me. I got to the front to pay and Rico was loving my Bronco card! Great people fast and efficient. Every time I go it’s like this!!

A photo from 7 years ago shows 6 umbrellas in the patio. this is sadly, no longer the case. we held our coffee meetup here & were not coming back - there was only 1 umbrella 10 of us had to share in the blistering sun by 10:30am. to add insult to injury, we later moved inside when 5 of us decided to stay & management doesnt even bother to purchase enough chairs for all the tables inside - it was seriously sparse (nobody was hogging chairs - I wish I took a photo it is so barren!) - are they cheap or something? not the kind of Starbucks experience Im used to - I think the owner needs to go back for training.

This is the fastest Starbucks that Ive been to. I gave my order 2 min later they called my name. This was around lunch too. The coffee is the same as every other Starbucks. Good job yall!

My Daughters Starbucks app was hacked and they took about $50.00. When she called Corporate the first time she got disconnected and then they sent her an email to advise her to change her password....ya think?like she wouldnt know to do that. No help from Corporate and she is out $50.00. She loves Starbucks, I just cant believe they did nothing for her. Be careful because its a possibility for this to happen to any Starbucks customer that has this app, Starbucks will not do anything about it and you will be out $$$. 🙄

They charged me 2 times for the same order. I asked for a small they gave me the cup only half full and it was like a kids cup that was placed inside the small or tall cup. So I paid 9 dollars for 2 sips of coffee. I dont blame them for the price but really you guys couldnt fill up the cup?!

It was very clean. The barista that took my order, was very fast. It must have been a good part of town, because there was no code to get into the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean. My mocha and bagel were ready for me in less than 5 minutes.

They overlooked one of my mobile orders. Had to return to pick it up. Nothing I hate more than paying $5 for a stone cold cup of coffee. When I returned to get it, the guy said... you should have put it on the same order! WTH??? No, you should have been paying attention to your job. Pretty hit and miss here. If you are one of a few people its good, if theyre busy chances are good your order will be lost like mine has been. After waiting and noticing people that came in after me were picking up their order I asked about mine. It had been lost. Re-ordered and had my drink in a few minutes. The whole wait time was about 25 though - not good.

Although I love my Starbucks treats, todays drinks were so bland and flavorless at this location, really think they forgot the espresso shots. I hope this was an isolated occurrence so no one else had to suffer the disappointment. I dont know, maybe new hires? Otherwise they are watering down drinks. Not cool.

I’m very grateful for this Starbucks, since it’s the only 24hr one close enough to the freeway between San Diego and the High Desert drive I make every weekend. Staff is friendly. Service is fast. I tend to order through the app so my drink is ready and fresh when I get there. Bathrooms are nice and clean. I definitely recommend you stop here for a drink if you have a long drive ahead of you. 👍

Fast friendly service from the cashier but the barista who handed my drinks off not only slid drinks through a spilled beverage rendering the bottom of my cups sticky and gross but placed paper wrapped straws onto a wet counter. It felt vengeful.

Bought an iced white chocolate venti! It was delicious as always. Was going to get it hot at first due to the fact that it was a but chill outside however the iced drinks offer more ounces for your buck and an extra espresso shot so wiser decision in my view. Great service no complaints.

This location is filthy. I have been to this location 3 times in 6 months and each time I have been here, its been filthy. Dirty counter tops, dirty floors, closed bathroom. The staff seem somewhat disconnected from the customer. I will now visit another location as 3 times in 6 months is a trend not a one off. I spend way too much money on a monthly basis to endure a poorly operated location.

I like Starbucks because of their consistency. Many people say their coffee is gross and beans burnt, but at least they’re consistent. Also seems lately that Starbucks is becoming some haven for drug addicts and homeless people. This one is close to my work so its convenient. Most of my visits are 70-30 if my order is correct weekend i use the drive thru. This last visit i waited a while as it was busy only to find my drinks were sitting on the counter. I was disappointed as they called everyone elses name out but mine they forgot. I use this store every once and awhile because its 7/24. I usually go to Winchester/Ynez or Winchester/Nicholas. I order two coffees, a grande extra cream two sugars and a Venti extra cream only. They ring it up and typically tell me, $5.10 at the window. I went to this store at 01:45 ordered my coffees and went to the window. There was no total given after I ordered. She made my coffees, came to the window and told me it will be $6.30. I told her, no, its $5.10. She told me that Starbucks charges extra for milk or extra milk. What! When did this start? She didnt know. I can walk in during the day order my coffees and use as much cream as I want, no charge. I can go to the other two stores and no extra charge for extra milk. I will wait till the Starbucks opens at 03:30 on Winchester and Ynez.

After calling corporate she miraculously remembered how to do it! I have been coming to this Starbucks for 4 years now almost every work day in the mornings. I see alot of people complaining about the drive thru. Yes, its a long wait, but you can park and walk inside and be out in less than 10 minutes. This isnt McDonalds.I would have to agree that it is pretty common that there is only one person at the register. Its a space issue, and due to this, it can take at busy times 10 minutes to get a coffee. Not 15 to 20 minutes like some have said on here. I am hitting them for a half a star because of only 1 person at register when they could do 2 people at register.However, there are alot of people who go in and order foo foo drinks, and Starbucks has alot of foo foo drinks. Me, I get a venti blonde. Nothing more, and nothing less, so I am done in 40 seconds. If everyone just got coffee, then it would be better. All of the other stuff is just how they make more money.Parking is a prime. Its a tight space. There are several businesses in that area. But isnt every Starbucks built in the same fashion? Dont get mad at them. Get mad at each cities zoning rules. They are the culprits behind the lets cram as many businesses as we can in a tiny area to maximize our tax revenue, while simultaneously causing traffic and parking issues similar to NYC chaos we see every morning when we want that delicious cup of venti blonde, or our foo foo drink.The staff there are excellent though. Zero complaints. Very customer service oriented. We do get some inconsiderate customers who dont want to park the extra 50 feet away, and instead decide to park in handicapped spots when they are not handicapped. I being a combat wounded veteran get upset about it, and wish the cops would hide out and catch them in the act. Heck, I would even be willing to pay for the cops coffee and breakfast if they would catch one of those, what I call, just lazy folks who cannot seem to follow the rules.We also get a few hypocritical customers who will sit all day in that store, then complain about how many people take up space. Its kind of funny to hear them complain. I have mentioned to them that maybe if they didnt spend 4 hours inside the store sitting at the tables, then maybe there would be some extra space.Colleen who works there is a sweetheart, and knows exactly what the regular customers want before they even make it to the register. Ivy is like a ray of sunshine, and treats all of the veterans that come in like gold. There is really just a good bunch of folks here who frankly, are kicking butt everyday and giving good service.To make a long story short, dont go through the drive thru, stop being lazy and parking in the handicapped spot because you want to get your 3 pumps chai latte when you know you shouldnt park there, and there is an open spot 20 feet away where you can legally park, dont camp out all day at Starbucks, stick to coffee only, have patience and wait in line 5 to 10 minutes, get your coffee, get in your car and leave (dont sit in the parking lot and smoke a cigarette, chat on the phone, eat your breakfast, put on your makeup), or just tolerate the chaos, taxes, traffic, parking, foo foo drinks, idiots parking in handicapped spots who are not handicapped, and enjoy the awesome staff at this particular location, as well as that kickbutt cup of venti blonde!

As far as Starbucks locations go, this one is OK. The drive-thru is PACKED always, and the inside is quite small. If you need to go to a Starbucks, go inside, grab your drink, then head back to your car. Better yet, order it ahead of time to avoid all the lines.

Went to the Starbucks in Ralph’s on Temecula Pkwy and ordered a smoked egg sandwich. I was given the wrong sandwich! They made me a new sandwich, put it in a bag and put it on the counter next to wear it was cooked! After waiting more than 10 minutes I asked for my sandwich! She picked it up off the side counter! Why would you leave my sandwich on the counter and not give it to me? It was cold! Very disappointed! Horrible service!

I give it a 3 star not because of the staff, they are outstanding and always do a fantastic job. I gave 3 stars because the drive thru is a trip all in itself. It wouldnt be so bad but the way its designed in a parking lot... makes it impossible to get out of line if you realize its starting to take too long. Which it usually does. On average, you will spend about 16+ minutes in line. I have spent over 25min, though. More than once. Hoping this changes a little after the new store opens up the road. For now, of the 4 starbucks in this area, 2 are inside grocery stores, and this one is the only with a drive-thru. So there are no other options with the convenience of not lugging all your kids out of the car. Lets be real... how many moms dont want starbucks when the kids are going nuts? Anyways, avoid the drive thru during peak times if you are in a hurry.

Theyre one of the slower Starbucks, some employees are nice, some have a stick up somewhere, and one lady at the drive thru makes the orders more complicated than it really is, i tried doing a walk in to see if the service is better inside the lady who took my order was nice but the lady i asked an extra cream cheese for looks like shes obviously having a bad day? The one on Clinton Keith by the 215 is a lot better, theyd even have more cars and same amount of staff on the floor and get that line moving faster.

This place has the one of the worst waiting in drive thru. I ordered ahead and still doesnt matter and took 5 cars ahead of me and a 30 minute wait time. I dont know how many people are working but I have never had to wait this long ever.
