How does that make sense, to be asking for a tip starting from $1 and up? When my drink is at ~$3 ? Tip of 33%? For pouring hot water and dropping packet of tea?Friendly and welcoming staff, great service!

This is the best starbucks ever!!! I live a mile away and walk here almost every single day. When they mess my drink up they let me keep the messed up one and my right order without charging me! The employees are so nice. They know how to get the line moving and make my drink just how I like. Sometimes, there isn’t a lot of parking near the building, but there is a walgreens right there with tons of parking!

The guy with the beard made a really good pink dragon drink mix with coconut milk. The service is great and ambience is nice. I do agree that cappuccinos could have less foam. It would be nice if Starbucks gave an option to be able to use the reserve blend for espresso drinks. This has nothing to do with the location, but Starbucks management. Starbucks could improve on their bean quality and get something closer to temple, coffee, or chocolate fish in auality but I like this place for the service at the quality has nothing to do with this location.

I live in Folsom, but I drive to the El Dorado Hills store just because of how welcoming the service is. The baristas ask about your day, move the line along quickly, and always greet you with a smile. At some stores I have encountered issues with drink consistency, with strong bits of syrup sucking up the straw, no coffee following it. Ive never had that issue with the El Dorado Hills location. Theyre also quick to resolve any issues, such as when the app didnt recognize my birthday, but they trusted me and gave me my free drink anyway. The atmosphere is great for studying, which as a student I greatly appreciate. Overall best Starbucks in the region!

I went to this new location on April 22, 2021. The drive thru line was wrapped all the way around the building! I was nervous about how long it would take but decided to give it a try. It took me a total of 11.5 minutes to wait in the line and get my items. I was very impressed! I thought for sure it would take at least twice as long. The staff were very friendly. The ordering kiosk ask a live video feed with the person taking your order. It adds a nice personal touch. There is a great patio area in front of the store with several tables. The biggest draw back to this location is the parking lot. It’s a funny shape and very cramped. The entrance to the drive thru intersects with an entrance to the parking lot.

Customer service wasn’t great and for an $8 drink I don’t think they should put this much ice in the drink. I order the same drink almost everyday and have never gotten so little amount of drink. I was really excited to try the new 24hour Starbucks in my area and I won’t be going back because I don’t want to pay $8 for ice. The drink tastes great but see photos for the ridiculous amount of ice.

I recently got really sick from buying the bacon sausage/egg wrap, I am pretty sure it was expired. Today my daughter got the cheese protein box, a drink and coffee cake, she is sick feeling like throwing up. I checked the expiration on the cheese box and was recently expired. Please Starbucks dont sell expired food items.

This Starbucks is the best location around! The staff is super nice, and I enjoy getting to see my friends that work here. Every time I come here, the staff always gets my order right. Ericka Stave, Jerel, Anthony, and Seth all have great customer service. They are so sweet, and always kind towards everyone that walks in those doors.

Wonderful location.Very chic, very modern design.Great views of the El Dorado hills.Friendly staff.I come here regularly, Fridays.HOWEVER. All of the fortune of existence is wished for you if you try to wash your hands, here. Their automated hand-washing unit spits out only enough water if you dont use soap or if you have the hands of a homunculus.PLEASE, franchise owners, companies, DO NOT do business with people based on relationships, alone - its who you know.That is not a merit-based model and what happens when you just do business based on relationships is...the partners get sloppy. Since they know that its not what you know, but who you know...they come to expect contracts regardless of quality of works, services...So they produce sub-par products like the sanitation units in this Starbucks.Really. No one can sufficiently clean his, her hands when the water runs just 3 seconds and you have to keep moving your hands back and forth...back and forth...People then tend to give up...and you know hygiene is something they do because theyve been historically forced by religion, because of fear of disease, fear of public ridicule...So if you take those away...With poorly performing machinery like the hand-washing units at this Starbucks...People will give up washing their hands after excretion and?Spread disease, again.For the love of God, Moses, George Washington...Give me a manual faucet or give me death.😉

This Starbucks has the absolute best staff, they are precious and should be protected at all costs! Due to our kitchen being remodeled at my office, we had NO coffee, so I ran over to order their traveler box coffee for the office. They were SO nice, I didnt realize youre supposed to order them 30 minutes ahead, but totally makes sense - I mean, they have to brew it. Anyway, best Starbucks Ive ever been to, even though their lobby isnt open. There is a line through the drive-thru, but it actually went very quickly. 10/10 would definitely order from them again!

Drive-thru is busier than indoor each time Ive been there. Lots of baristas so service seemed relatively fast. Drive-thru is open 24 hours. Service has been very friendly. Inside is pretty spacious, clean, bright, plenty of seating, with both small and long tables, restrooms, some patio seating. Not a lot of parking, and parking on the side of the drive-thru line is sometimes blocked by the cars in line. Its right near the Hwy 50 ramps so very convenient on the go.

So this a little disappointing. My first 3 visits, flawless. My last 3, not so much.1st time-Made wrong drink then questioned me when i returned it.2nd- Waited over 10 minutes at counter before being asked what i was waiting for. It was a warm coffee cake. 3 minutes later, got it.3rd- Got my drink in no time, like 2 minutes. However, guess what i was waiting for....again? My warm coffee cake took over 10 minutes...again!!! So disappointed. No apologies. Just threw my cake on the counter and walked away. A bunch of entitled kids 🙄

The inside is spacious and has a decent amount of seating. There are 4-5 tables with chairs outside. I was there around 6:20 AM with a group of 25 guys and it didnt feel too cramped. The staff seemed nice.

The cafe ambience was just right for me - quiet and spacious. Loads of parking space, and if you are not interested in the cafe culture of sipping coffee and watching the world drive by, grab a coffee through their Drive -Thru.Definitely recommend. I got a Mango dragon fruit lemonade.

This is by far the worst location Starbucks has made that I have visited. Staff aside Im sure theyre great but parking is horrific and people are so rude. I pity the employees who have to deal with the typical El Dorado Hills mom who goes here. Parking is horrific the drive-thru is always packed and people in El Dorado Hills are so awful...

The staff is wonderful and the store is spacious with lots of seating. Unfortunately the parking is always an extreme problem. Very limited parking for both customers and employees. I only go to this store between 5:00-7:00 am. Otherwise, it is a different Starbucks or a Peet’s.

A month ago, I simply posted the “staff is great.”What’s changed? I’m not in here like every day…maybe 1-2 times a week and they almost always remember my order when they see me. And a couple who can’t quite remember have actually apologized!Twice, I’ve seen a very minor slip up on a customers order. How do I know? Before the customer even realizes it wasn’t exactly right, staff has given the customer a card for a credit on a subsequent visit.Yep, I’m still happy here.
