Clean and merchandised well. Friendly, experienced, and welcoming staff. Parking can be slow going but for good reason. Park off to the side and walk up is recommended during busy times. One of the best locations Ive visited. Keep up the great work team!

Went to this restaurant recently. Ordered through the mobile app. Had to wait a little bit when I got on site but it really was because they were very busy. The staff are extremely nice and very helpful, the coffee was hot and tasted good. Theres parking, handicap parking, The Establishment is handicapped accessible, theres indoor seating, and bathrooms located on the premises. Would absolutely recommend for a visit!

This store is super busy and staff seem to be overwhelmed. They were out of stock on most common items including soy milk and cheese danish’s. Waited for 20min plus. While waiting decided to wash my hands in the restroom. That’s when I discovered the door handle lock was broken so I had to slide the trash can over to keep from opening. After washing my hands went to grab paper towels but instead of paper towels there were Starbucks napkins to dry your hands 😂. Waited another 10min before my order came out. One of the hot chocolates I ordered had blue coloring on the lid, and have no idea what that was. This place desperately needs some solid direction amongst the staff. Staff seems angry and annoyed. This store is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and refresh. Furniture is worn and dirty and screams “ curb alert material” with remnants of drink spills and poor house keeping practices.

My local Starbucks at McDowell and E.Washington is consistently a positive experience. My choices are always available, the baristas are always friendly and efficient, the bathrooms are clean, and even when its busy, my order is always ready quickly ✨️🌻

Ive had great experiences at this Starbucks. I only use my mobile app and my drink is always ready within a couple of minutes, no matter how busy the shop is! My favorite barista is Sara because she makes latte foam correctly! Velvety and not bubbly.. the best!!

This is my favorite Starbuck shop. Its pretty small but they have the best customer service. The batistas are super friendly and kind. You always get one or 2 rude, entitled customers and yet they keep their cool.

This was a tough one as the first girl I spoke with was awesome and the drinks were good as expected. Bathroom was nasty and smelled quite bad. Then, when I was taking a picture to add to this review, the manager tried to run away (which is fine, as some folks hate their picture taken). He then says actually its against Starbucks policy to take pictures in the store. I have actually contacted both regional managers, and the call center managers, who have both assured me that the policy was not at all intended for this type of photography (social media and personal, etc). In fact, they strongly encouraged me to take any pictures I want for the purpose of reviews and social, as they love that!The management of this store needs to be educated (he was nice ish, but had a bit of an attitude)
