Customer service was great and the store was clean. However, there was no indoor seating nor any available outlets anywhere inside to charge your devices.Outside seating area was decent, but there was a deranged homeless woman screaming profanities which detracted from the ambiance of the location.The drink was great, but I had to enjoy it on the go.

Employee was extremely rude, I was about to defecate myself and was refused the bathroom. It wasn’t busy and I’m no an unhoused vagrant. Luckily I was able to hold it and not defecate all over their door. Next time I/they might not be so lucky. Just let normal people god to the bathroom.

I love San Jose. I just found my new happy place at this location in the south. The service, drink and food was amazing. The strawberry green tea infusion and their roasted ham and swiss was too good. I don’t give five stars much but this place I will!!!

Good service when its not busy.Walked off after 10 minutes waiting for my drip coffee. Management needs to delegate its employees better. Register people at the Register, floaters floating, bar people on bar. Was exact opposite when I was there. Someone came in 5 minutes after me and got their drip immediately while I was still waiting & I asked if I could get mine and was denied.

Moderate Customer Service. Seating outside the store is a good comfort, to chill & have the drink. The store is neat and well maintained. Some of the staff tend very well. Being in a Downtown area can sometimes be off-putting due to homeless individuals loitering around. Overall, a good Starbucks store to get a quick snack or drink.

This Starbucks is great. The employees remembered me after only 1 visit. They will ask about my work and ask me about other things I never expected them to remember. Obviously a Starbucks is going to be similar wherever you go in the way of taste and whatnot. That is a given. This place stands out because the people here actually seem to care about their customers. I come back more and more just for the people.

Seriously so thankful for the wonderful staff at this Starbucks. I went in at 9am during finals week and asked them to remake my drink that another Starbucks had made incorrectly. There was a huge wait and a million people in the store. They fixed my drink, made it perfectly, and had me out of there in 5 minutes. I attribute the A on my econ final to this Starbucks and their wonderful staff.

This was my go-to Starbucks when I attended San Jose State. The staff here was always friendly and would make the effort to know and remember their customers. The location is extremely convenient and I still find myself here on a fairly regular basis simply because its next to the light rail, and many restaurants and bars in the area. Beyond location and friendly staff, it is a typical Starbucks and the coffee is identical to any of the other Starbucks locations you will find yourself in across the country. Only downside to this particular location is its very small. There is very limited seating inside, a decent amount outside but it can be very crowded during rush hour times.

Starbucks products are consistent. This location, although very, very busy, sets itself apart with better than average (compared to other SB cafes) service. Ive been coming here for many years and there are times the service is slow, but usually theyre hopping. Outdoor seating is available.

When we entered, the lady was cleaning the floor without gloves. She took our order and started preparing the coffee without even washing the hands. And then while making coffee she started cleaning again. Is this the level of hygiene you guys maintain and play with health of people specially during COVID?I ordered mocha frap and She didn’t make it correctly so I asked her to remake it. She took my cup, poured it to the jar and added more syrup.She Didn’t even bother to throw it specially since it’s time of COVID and I tasted it before asking her to remake. I wonder how many times this would have been done throughout the day. I expected high level of hygiene and service.

I love this Starbuck the most. Great services 99% of the time, but sometimes you just have to encounter a horrible barista. Ex. I asked for an extra pump of vanilla syrup...I was told there sugar at the station. Which is why I give it 4 star. Overall, you should expect a great experience if you visit this store.

I really never have issues with starbucks but theyre normally very accommodating. This one however has been let down after let down. The staff is friendly but they always seem to make my drink wrong. I normally come here right before class at SJSU so I dont have time to wait for new ones. I literally just suck it up.Also the dont have restrooms. Im not trying to exaggerate but I have NEVER run into a Starbucks with no restroom. And Ive been to pleanty in many states. So I was really thrown off and upset about that shocker.Their attempt to be spacious is sad. Tiny tables inside. The long bar faces a window that gets tons of sun AND their blinds do t roll down more than a quarter. Thats odd. The outside is larger than the insides with more tables but on days where its 90 outside its a choice of dealing with the sun inside at the bar or the heat outside in the shade.I just think they could have dealt with the space a little better. Its unfortunate that this is the closest to my school. Probably one of the only reasons they have so much traffic. Location.

This one is inside target so less people know about it. This is why you can almost always find a seat here. The noise of the target registers is a little annoying, but if you can ignore that its a solid place for professional meetings.

I love going to this particular Starbucks. The Baristas all know me and my lil service dog, Im greeted by name and even come out from around the counter to greet my lil Sammy too. Anyone who visits this establishment will not be dissapointed. Ask any knowledgeable barista what is on the secret menu for a fun and tasty beverage.
