How is a Starbucks in a converted bank lobby a reserve location lol. Are they serious? Orange county has 50 Starbucks in buildings like this one and not one is reserve . Had to wait in line again for a cup of water.

We came because this showed as a Starbucks reserve but we asked staff if it was and they confirmed it was not. Just a regular Starbucks.Not a deal breaker for us but wish Google updated this.Our drinks were great and came out fast. we came early in the morning on a Friday and there was enough parking (although the spots were very small )

I know what they mean by Reserve now - it’s the espresso they hold back in reserve. I’ve been going to Starbucks all over the Bay Area for over 25 years, including many hours at this location before they made it a “reserve”. But this is the first time I ordered a latte and got back milk, with subtle hints of coffee.

Well situated. Good outdoor seating area with shade. Community feeling during the day. Parking is good nearby, easy walk from Vasona Park nearby and from the Middle School area. Watch out for Tesla drivers parking directly outside here e.g. for pickups - the place has had a couple of remodel incidents due to drive-ins.

Quality is like most Starbucks so really not much to say. This location used to be a reserve that had a Clover, vacuum, etc and reserve coffees. The bar area remains but not the machines. Anyway, nice bright space with windows all around. Its next to a middle school so it gets swamped as they get out so kind of busy in the afternoon.

Place is cool and all but there was a lady who was being rude and was telling us to move and stuff and I said that was kind of rude and she heard and said Its not rude after that I Ignored her, She even claimed that Worked there I didnt believe that because she was not in Starbucks uniform. This is one of the best Starbucks in the Bay area. Because it is reserve Starbucks. They have different menu then regular Starbucks. You cant order those items from online app. You have to come and order it manually. Try to.drink in the store. They will serve it with special cups and plates.

So I wanted to give this Starbucks 5 stars. It may have some of the best indoor and outdoor seating options I have seen perfect for work. However, today I learned that is only true before 1:30 pm. At 1:30/1:45 during the week, it becomes full middle school playground romper room. I was in a meeting when suddenly 50+ tweens showed up to order drinks and hang out. They were shrieking and running all over the place. Sadly I had back to back meetings for the next 2 hours so I had to just suffer through it. It was bad. If you are a tween looking for a hangout, this is def the hot hang out. If you want to get work done, leave before school gets out. This is not the place to do work.

Just now, 4:10 pm，the outside temperature was more than 36 degrees Celsius, which was very very hot. My daughter went to the nearest Starbucks to get a cup of ice cubes after she came out of the church. We waited in the car out of the door of Starbucks, and she went in by herself. It was too hot, no customers came in or came out, I waited and waited in the car, ten minutes passed and my daughter still didnt come out. My clothes were soaked in sweat all over my body, and I almost fainted . I got out of the car to find my daughter and she told me the employee said there were many online orders that he didnt have time to give her ice. Really incredible, all the space in front of the counter was empty，no any customers except my daughter. She just kept waiting, and I just kept waiting in the car outside at 36 or 37 degrees. I realize that ice cubes dont charge customers’money, so they don’t like to do this action. My daughter has 4 dollars in her pocket and plans to give it as tips, but the employee doesnt know that my daughter will give tips and keeps ignoring her. When I went to find my daughter for the second time, I had been outside for 15 minutes. I asked my daughter I will sick because wait at car too hot, should go home quickly. My daughter said that she had bought a $4 drink and she could get it right away, The employee deliberately made my daughter——the only customer—to wait 15 minutes . I felt that he was bullying and discrimination a child who wanted free ice, but in fact the child had already prepared tips.I hated this Starbucks culture so much when I walked out the door, to let some young people come here, Let many children witness them look it is a popular lifestyle, and imitate, but in fact it is a fake business goal. All beverages can cause cardiovascular disease and are not healthy at all. This kind of culture penetration is really bad. Please,please Against Starbucks.

I like this Starbucks. Orders are made correctly and the staff are pretty pleasant, although service can be slow. Avoid this place like the plague when the middle and high schools get out for the day. Its a total zoo then.

Starbucks is nice, as is the staff, but DO NOT go there from 3-4pm. We went today, and there were children (middle school aged, maybe younger) screaming, cussing, and climbing on top of and walking on the table. We had to move our drinks to the other side of our table so they did not knock them over while they were rough housing and running on the furniture. The staff did ask them to quiet down, but the children just mocked them as they left. I dont mind excitement and laughter, but the bad manners are bothersome. Would just avoid going during 3-4 on a weekday.

Today I was at Starbucks in a rude worker screamed at my friend because she briefly ran for a second. Even though my friend shouldn’t have ran, I think that the worker was yelling at us disrespectfully, and a tone of voice that I thought I was rude and mean. As a frequently paying customer, I expect more from these employees and I really hope that Starbucks improves their employees behavior and respect for customers.

Starbucks killed the Reserve drinks and you can no longer purchase them at this location. This place should no longer be called Starbucks Reserve. On top of that we came there and they were out of the ability to get a regular Mocha, all completely sold out. Starbucks needs to bring back the Reserve brewing to this location.The staff has always been super helpful and kind at this location.

Ive been there couple times. Interior design probably is the best Starbucks Ive ever been. Everything is modern looking and simple.restroom is clean and everything is organized. I would definitely go there again. But there are some issues that may bother you when you are enjoying your coffee. Temperature was incredibly low. I dont know why they put AC on cooler mode. I had to go outside to warm up myself and get back.Seriously, in winter time! I thought that happened accidentally but when I read rest of the reviews I noticed that this happened before too. Now I dont think it just happens by accident . maybe theyre trying to keep there not too busy and comfy! Anyway, If you like to go there, make sure you have more than enough clothes on and do not go there between 2-4 PM because you will annoyed by bunch of teenagers talking loudly. If you are teenager I dont think you read reviews to go somewhere if you do read reviews just ignore me .

After coming to this location I never want to go to a regular Starbucks again. I never knew about the Reserve locations and was super pleased with the fact that my husband could get a decaf coffee in under 5 minutes (he always has to wait like 20 minutes for a pour over at the reg starbucks). I absolutely love this Starbucks. This location tends to be crowded on weekdays after 2:30 (most likely because of the schools nearby), and the workers are all determined to make you your drink ASAP! Of the 40+ Starbucks locations in the Bay Area that Ive tried, this store definitely stands out as the best, and its easily my favorite to frequent.• Incredible Staff - The employees are always genuinely friendly, charismatic, attentive, and professional. On the very rare occasion an order is filled incorrectly, they take responsibility, apologize sincerely, and make things right. A big shout-out to Kevin, Sergey, Jo-Jo, & Little Bears mom. Together, theyre a well-oiled machine and make tackling the morning rush seem so easy.• Great Facilities - Especially after recent renovations, this location boasts an ample amount of various seating options (indoors and out-) for large groups lounging and chatting the time away, individuals quietly working on their laptops, and everyone in between (pets and kids, too). The wonderful barista told me that when they remodeled one of the higher ups witnessed someone on their computer all day and made the decision to remove and cover up ALL outlets. Its not a great place if you need a charging station but nice if you just want a chill hang and a beverage.

Every time I come to this location, my drinks are just not made well. I checked 5 of the other locations around me first and they were either closed or out of this drink, so I begrudgingly went to this one, hoping theyd gotten it together. I ordered a Stawberry Acai refresher, which turned out as basically a big glass of water with a tinge of strawberry flavor. So disappointed.

I liked this Starbucks due to the atmosphere that was cultivated. The furniture was not shoved in to maximize the number of people that could be in there drinking coffee, but to actually allow people who were drinking coffee, to enjoy a good sit and chat. Just a fair warning I didnt buy anything when I visited this place. I was on my way to meet a friend and he was running late. So I waited around the area and walked around, when suddenly nature called and I really have to go the bathroom. Due to COVID most places dont allow their bathroom to be used, but this Starbucks location said I could use their bathroom. I was so grateful since it would be a few more hours until I can get home.I wanted to buy something since I already used their bathroom, but Im afraid if I drink, then Ill have to go again, and Im quite full since I just ate. The staff didnt give me a hard time even thats the case, so I was quite relieved. This particular Starbucks is actually a Roastery, which there are only a few here in the Bay Area, so I will definitely try to go back in the future.

So after visiting here quite often for the past year this is what I have found. This Starbucks is probably one of the most constantly full ones I have seen, as from sun up to sun down the place is full of customers. They are known to sometimes give out baked goods at night, but dont bank on it since I have gone at closing before and the General Manager was there so they didnt give any. Other than that they are generally very nice.

Wow! This location has been recently remodeled and its just stunning! Its now a Reserve Starbucks Location that offers everything that a normal Starbucks offers but with the added bonus of the Star R experience! Single origin small lot rare coffees that you just cant find anywhere..... Along with a Black Eagle espresso machine and several top notch brewing methods..... The intent is to slow you down, take coffee back to coffee and educate their customers on the unique stories that each small lot coffee has to tell. As well as sharing their passion for brewing the perfect cup of coffee. The conversations are captivating and engaging. Well done Starbucks and Staff 💚

They recently renovated this Starbucks to become a reserve store. They have removed much of the seating. Tables are now being reserved, so even if its empty you cant sit there. Ive given them a chance to regroup after the re-opening. But seriously today took the prize. The barista on register has no clue as to why my drink is charged the way it is. Just thats all Ive been told... And cant tell the difference between a standard oatmeal and blueberry. Really? Plump little blue fruits from the refrigerator? Honestly. Welcoming atmosphere when we stepped in the door. Was able to look at the merchandise while waiting in line for our turn. When it was our turn to order the gentleman at the register was polite. We waited 10 mins for our drinks, and only two of them came out. We had a total of 3 drinks, strawberry acai refresher, nitro cold brew malt and a iced chocolate Almondmilk shaken espresso. The malt was made as a float, the floor manager seemed displeased that we wanted what we actually ordered. We waited another 5 mins for that to be made again... well not remaid, just dumped into a blender to be blended... right infront of us. Then I looked at the shaken espresso.. nothing chocolate about it.. was a regular cold brew with an expresso shot. Horrible reserve, will not be stopping here again.

This is one of the nicest Starbucks around because of its open floor plan. Theres lots of seating, including stools at the bar, and the baristas work behind low-pying equipment that leaves everything visible. Added bonuses: plenty of parking, a large outdoor seating area, and a Chipotle right next door.

Really big location but a lot of waste of space making it hard to even move around. Things were odd, I could barely fit the phone at the terminal to make NFC payment as they had stacked stuff all around it and fixed the unit too close to the register frame. They have space to sit outside. Have tables for two and four seats inside. Some over sized sofa chairs and bar stool seating at the cold brew bar. Service was ok, seemed staff had a busy day. They have nitro and variety for cold brew here. Plenty of parking but this is a busy complex.

This Starbucks has awesome employees but crappy customers. Some of the most arrogant people come here with the most complicated orders. Plenty of OCD freaks as well. This lady ordered a drink and was explaining how she wanted it to froth up and then remove the froth put whip cream and the place the froth on top of the whip cream. Then make sure the caramel is drizzled heavily in the middle and light on the edges to make room for caramel dots around the rim of the cup with a specific temperature. I mean for God sakes what part of that is coffee? It took 15 minutes for us to get two venti cups of black drip coffee. If you are in a hurry dont go here. If you want to hang out and chill with snobs who have no idea what coffee is go here. The staff of this place puts up with a lot of unnecessary garbage here.

A clueless woman with an aggressive pet yorkie was in there when i went in. First time at this location with my service dog. Immediately knew it was a pet dog not a service animal because it was being held and not on the ground, it was barking and growling at my service dog, and it knocked the frappuccino out of her hand trying to drink from it. When i confronted the employees saying, hey you know only service dogs are only allowed in here, right? The employee answered, yes but i cant do anything because im not the manager. What?! It doesnt matter what employment position you are in! Youre required to adhere the company policies and federal laws put in place! I told her it doesnt matter and you need to remove her because it is a safety hazard and a federal offense to allow her in. As i go to wait for my order, i attempt to educate the woman on the laws. She smirks and smartly says, well how do you know hes not a service dog? This is said AS THE DOG IS GROWLING AND SNARLING AT MY SERVICE DOG WHO IS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. I just give her a dead eye look as the woman says he gives me joy and comfort.i said thats not a thing. It is a huge fine plus jail time to have him in here. Please take him out. Your daughter can get your drinks. She just smirked at me like i was in the wrong. I then confronted an employee telling them the dog was being aggressive towards my service dog and the owner needs to be asked to leave immediately because it is a crime. That is when the person MAKING THE DRINKS KICKS HER OUT FED UP WITH THE WOMAN AS WELL. She apologized on behalf of her coworkers and the woman. She was the only one responsible! Ridiculous this happened since the ADA is over 30 years old and Starbucks claims to be a service dog advocate! Never going to this location again!

I have several not so good experience with this Starbucks. Mostly the coffee they served not as fresh as I expected (french coffee, macchiato, latte). I can taste it straight away, which is different bitterness than just-being-brewed coffee. One occasion the macchiato just plainly too sweet, as it try to cover the bitter of roast coffee. But the services is excellent and the place is great if you do some homework there. I think it just the matter more training for baristas.
