Cashier was nice. I ordered a grande light ice drink and it was given to me with less drink and plenty of ice. Why if I am still paying the full price is my drink missing milk. Light ice mean just a few ice blocks, yet as u can see from the picture I dont have the ounce of liquid to equate a grande drink even with all the ice they added. I should taken a picture of the bathrooms they were gross. Starbucks use to have a policy where they cleaned and restock the bathroom, thats clearly not happening anymore. Best way to combat this recurring issue is stop being a customer.

They serve doughnuts that are past the product date. Several times I have opened a packaged doughnut and the taste of the doughnut is HORRIBLE! I asked why they are selling food past the product date and was told with a rude answer, we freeze them.Additionally, the closing hours (2-4pm) are always changing.:(

Customer service wasnt that great during my visit. I couldnt catch the employees name, but the african american lady with dreads had a very aggressive attitude when taking my order. She must of thought I was hard of hearing when she asked for my name because she acted like she had an attitude when she had to repeat herself, but she was muffled because of these face mask we have to wear indoors which made it hard to hear her.

Workers are super friendly and kind! Just knocked 2 stars because every single outlet is blocked off. Very disappointed and upset. I needed to do some work and my laptop dies and needs to be plugged in. Won’t be returning:(

Starbucks, come on, pay them more or hire more people. Having the store close on a sundaaaaay, and its not the first time, sometimes its also in the weekdays. At least put that youre close in the app. Not Starbucks nearby cause both locations are close. The services is always extra good here, especially Cat/Kat, I dont know how they spell their name. This review is because they close the store when they dont have the personal need for it to be open.

It took like 30+ mins to get a hot tea. They had a bunch of online orders that backed up service inside the actual store. They should figure out a better system. And my breakfast sandwich was watery, like with every bite water would gush out. Wasnt encouraging me to go back to Starbucks anytime soon

I really like the overall vibe, cleanliness, and look of this location and the pleasant staff. Unfortunately the outdoor seating disappeared, sadly stolen a staff member reported. I hope Starbucks will quickly replace the outdoor seating as it was typically a sunny warm and interesting place to sit, as well as making the store look much more open and safe. Other than that this location is definitely five star.

Spacious, big bathroom, and friendly staff. Especially this one cashier that took the time to let me know that peoples laptops were getting stolen recently, and that i should be careful. Very kind, she didnt have to warn me but instead she did, and i appreciated that very much :)

I basically go here all the time, while going to work or coming from work. Its really easy now to skip the line if you do a phone app order on your lunch break, which is what my coworker is pretty much are you doing everyday. The place is pretty clean and I like the little complex that it resides in. Bone Apple tea 😋

This is the closest Starbucks to my house and I feel very fortunate to have it! The staff here is so nice, not so with all Starbucks, but this one is full of friendly staff. I come here often and have never had any issues or complaints. Thanks Starbucks on Broadway, keep up the good work!

Mexican heavy set girl very rude and unprofessional when she was taking my order i can tell she wanted me to get out of her face as fast as I got in it once she was done taking my order she took the order of the young man (Mexican as well) behind me after taking our order she began to make his drinks first even tho I ordered before him now I can see if he just ordered a couple of cups of coffee thats easy pour it in the cup and give it to the customer really quick not a problem but he didnt by the time I realize those werent my drinks it was pointless to say anything I know she did that on purpose I was just really wondering why? But deep down inside i knew it was a race thing she wanted to prove a point and let me know her people come first i deal with her kind way to much (in all races even my own) its sad but instead of stooping to her level I waited patiently for my drinks its no point in trying to address a hateful nasty person like that but I definitely wont be going back to this one again

Appealing, and comfortable lobby, despite an abrupt entrance following a short staircase. The store was clearly steady, but not swamped. Service was prompt, well under 3 minutes for 2 drinks. Beverages were about average for a Starbucks, espresso shots tasted old, but were okay in an americano. The latte was excellent.

Today I decided to count the fruit flies in the display, I lost track after 10. Its hard to imagine anything in this display case should be eaten. Be observant when ordering food items and make sure they get you a packaged unit, not from display case.Drinks are always pretty good though.(-1☆ for this)Older: I liked to come here and charge my phone often but all the booths and all wall outlets have been blocked off. So good luck squeezing in with all the people at the one center table that supplies power.Drinks are normal, service is good, it used to be five stars but I find these renovations disappointing.(-1☆ for outlet caps)(-1☆ for general cleanliness)

When I told Barista my drink was supposed to be venti. He gave me a grande . I said I jusr want to make sure I didnt get charged for a venti at least. Since the mistake . He said this is a grande and a iced caramel I said I know but . And he cut me off and said it again. As if he didnt care. I just took my drink and left. He didnt have to act so careless. When you work at these places at least act like you like it. Honestly or find something else.

Whats there to say really? Every Starbucks looks the same and has the same menu. The only thing that stood out to me was the blood splatter napkin left on the table I sat next to. Gross. Their staff needs to be more on top of cleaning the tables and floors after their rush.

This is the most inconsistent Starbucks in Oakland. Every week they open at a different time. ranges from 4:30 to 6:30 am. its pretty confusing because you can place your order but no ones inside and its closed

A small space with lots of windows decorated with the deep mahogany wood of an upscale tavern this was the perfect spot to have a pumpkin spice coffee and bacon, egg and Gouda sandwich in Old Oakland. And as the always the music needs to be Shazamed.
