2024-06-25 20:53:40I came to try the new dairy free cold foam and it was not dairy free! I quickly rushed home to the bathroom and had stomach issues. Someone made it wrong, because they used regular foam on top and I think they did not read the “nd” on the sticker. I did not take any lactose pills prior to drinking it nor consume any dairy the entire day. Disappointing!

2024-06-25 20:04:47We were visiting Temecula for a wedding, had flown in from Georgia. I was craving Starbucks so we went to the nearest one and I ordered my usual fave, iced chai tea latte… and in general I prefer Starbucks for this drink because they usually do a very good job (some places charge me $6 and it tastes like they gave me a cup of milk…) however this location had the best chai tea latte by far! They had the spices in it to perfection!!! I even made my bf try it so he could understand what I was saying. So, 5 stars for this location on their iced chai tee latte!! Also, our cashier was so kind and friendly and chatted with us. (Sorry I don’t recall his name, but we were there this past Saturday afternoon 6/22) The atmosphere was awesome and the place was super clean! Highly recommend!

2024-04-17 05:14:17Extremely Disappointing Customer Service ExperienceI visited this Starbucks location around 5:40 PM on April 16th and was met with incredibly rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional service from an employee named Natalia. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any Starbucks.Natalias attitude was unacceptable, and its disappointing to encounter such behavior from a Starbucks employee. Her lack of professionalism tarnished the overall experience and left a negative impression on me as a customer.I frequent other Starbucks locations daily, such as the ones on Temecula / La Paz and Temecula / Pechanga, where the service is consistently excellent. Its evident that Natalias behavior is not reflective of the typical Starbucks employee and is an anomaly compared to the exceptional service provided at other locations.I plan to speak with Tanner, the manager, when he is scheduled to work on Monday to address this issue. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate action to correct Natalias behavior to ensure that other customers do not have to endure such poor service in the future.If I decide to visit this location again, I will definitely avoid engaging with Natalia. I urge other customers to be cautious when interacting with her and hope that management addresses this issue promptly to maintain the high standards of customer service that Starbucks is known for.

2024-04-17 00:57:44Very rude customer service from the lady that serves the drinks with shirt hair and an accent. She said she couldn’t give me a straw unless I asked but I ordered 2 Frappuccinos. They also never called my name so by the time I saw my drinks the whipped cream was melted. Won’t be coming here again.

2024-05-07 15:07:11Overwhelmed father and a screaming toddler walk into a Starbucks... the staff helped so much, and I got my little man to calm down and chill. Staff and patrons were all friendly and kind.

2018-06-05 18:23:24The service at the Starbucks is excellent as usual.If youre not using the laptop you do not need to be sitting at a table that has a plug. If your gold member you should have the right to reserve a table if your regular user at the Starbucks. If you have noisy kids please take them outside this is like a library people are thinking and concentrating relaxing they dont need to hear screaming kids.

2023-01-07 21:43:10The Barista served me a cold pour over coffe, that was suppose to be hot .Never apologized or offered to fix it .One of the counter ladies that is very nice and professional offered to have them fix it.I had already waited 20 minutes for a drink that was supposed to be 10 minsI said no thank you.She attempt to refund my money put I paid with my rewards.So I am out of luck.This store is the worst Starbucks post COVID . I am a local so every several months I will give it a try ..Its a hit and miss .The staff is almost never pleasant very unprofessional.This time I will not be back .

2022-09-08 20:12:14Super friendly and great attitude from people working here. I think is the best customer service Ive experience in a starbucks. They make you feel really welcomed. Great job managers keeping a great work enviroment.
