Ordered 8 Frappuccinos via mobile order for pick up through the drive through. Arrived at the drive through and the order was not quite ready. Batista told me to pull forward to the window. Arrived at the window and was told Um, its not ready. You can just come in Pulled around and went inside. Once my order was finished (incorrectly I might add on 3 of the drinks) my name was called, followed by a very snarky Youre mini mountain of Frappuccinos is done I guess doing their job in large quantities is bothersome for them.

Due to the fact theyre Drice-Thru is NOW OPEN 24 HOURS! This is my favorite Starbucks in the area 😁 I order a tall cold foam cold brew cascara latte. Its less than 60 calories and has minimal carbs. One of my favorite coffee drinks available here.

Good place always have bunch of folks studying or working, has a drive thru as well. Typically most of places are taken. Not the best option if you are huge group and want to sit and sip a coffee, but to get and go or have a quick coffee with a friend, good option. Both roadside and parking lot should have enough places

The staff was so friendly and really seemed to care about your order. It was a very chill and relaxing spot to do the work I needed to do and even had a charging station for my tablet. The store had a decent sized parking area and was not crowded like most other Starbucks in the area. Will go back!

Quick and easy Starbucks location. It has a little drive thru in the back parking lot, enter by the alley. I needed a drive thru because my little one fell asleep, and not a lot of drink places in the area had one.

Unfortunately this starbucks says they close at 7pm on Fridays. It is currently 5:35pm and they are completely closed . Unfortunately this has happened more than usual, No note or anything .There times are not accurate online and in person on store door.

Worst customer service by a guy named Chris. Looks like he was above the other employees, not sure what was his position, because for a while I stood at the no line place, and almost 10Employees that was there and some laughing and sitting, no onde said hi and ignore my presence. After a while someone came talk to me, and I explained that my online order came without cream cheese, my daughter said that there is no option to add cream cheese on line, this Chris was really rude and ask if I can show him the order. Come on, my order was a $30 order, do you really believe that someone will stop by Starbucks to beg for a cream cheese for free? Even if you need to pay extra, of a customer mistake and did not order this cream cheese with a $30 order, you just give it to the person that stop in to ask for it!! The way he treats me, doubting I had a order was ridiculous! I went to the car, I show my order, I had the money to buy the cream cheese, but I feel so offended by the way he took my time and making me questions on top of what I was saying to him that was unfair, rude and bad. Never was treated this way before. I am home, with my daughter eating her beagle with butter. Was not what she wanted, and it was not about the money on my side, it is because of a rude customer service!!

I work nearby I go to this location every day to grab a coffee and lunch and every time I arrive the front door has a handwritten note each day its a different time that they put on the Note but it always says that the Lobby is closed the employees do not seem to want to have anyone in the lobby they refused to open the door and only will allow you to get a drive-thru order what is inconvenient for me is that I do not drive therefore do not have a car and cannot get my Starbucks and enforce to Uber Eats my order which ends up costing me a whole lot more than what I should have to spend to have Starbucks everyday I really hope that Starbucks corporate manager can take a look into this and fix this problem PS it is not closed due to construction that is being done in the lobby there is absolutely no construction being done so thats not the issue here its just that the employees do not want to have to do their job I guess if they are being paid for

I live near downtown (20 minutes from here) and wait to order a drink after I drop my daughter off at school so that I can order. Why? because staff members like Damon and Isaiah literally make my day better after our short little conversations. I run a business where our priority is customer service. As a result, I only support business locations that offer the same kind of customer care. Go here, you won’t regret it.

I had ordered a quad ice toasted Oat shaken espresso and that’s not what I received. It was completely more milky than espresso (considering I paid for the extra shot). Stop cutting corners for paid customers and give them what they paid for. Thank you!

I love that this location is a drive-thru. The employees are friendly for the most part and service is fast. Unfortunately, this particular location has a hard time getting drink temperatures correct. I cannot tell you how many times Ive ordered a drink at warm/kids temperature and have burned my mouth because my drink was scalding hot. I would say it happens 80% of the time with my orders. I keep going back because of the convenience, but I am seriously considering changing to a different location. It has just happened too many times.The food temperatures could also be turned down a notch. My kids and I regularly order blueberry muffins, but we have to wait a couple of minutes so we dont burn our mouths.Not everyone can tolerate consuming very hot temperatures. Its important to watch temperatures, especially when the person orders a lower temperature for that very reason.

I’ve been to over 100 different Starbucks and this one is the fastest and friendliest I’ve ever been to. Mark and Rose are amazing baristas. They knew my name after only one time visiting. So now when I walk in they greet me by my first name. That’s next level customer service. Amazing.

Great service. I went to the Starbucks on Grand and they not only got my order wrong but they forgot my bagel. I drove to Garnett Starbucks and they fix the order and gave me a Bagel. I really like this store and it is now Open since it was close for a week or so. There is no line but it does tend to get busy because they have Great customer service! Well how should I put this,without being a rude guy and offending millions of Starbucks lovers.You go into a Starbucks to spend money wow you have to use the bathroom but the bathroom is occupied for more than 30 minutes and now you have buying customers 3 or more waiting to use the bathroom and none of the staff says anything all because they have a kindness rule but this person is homeless and they know it and rather let him bathe or sleep in the bathroom rather than say something kind.I guess buying customers arent kind enough to buy from Starbucks.They dont have common sense.Your on your own in the Starbucks now days.

I typically love Starbucks, but this location is terrible. The sandwiches are always still frozen in the middle, the snack boxes taste old, and the drinks always taste off. It’s worth driving to the one by Ralph’s to make sure you get the familiar, high quality Starbucks you love.

Definitely do the mobile order here if you are in a hurry... drive thru is usually 6 cars deep all day but there is usually a parking spot in the lot or street. Mobile order, park, walk in, walk out. Very nice!

I used to work at Starbucks, at a drive through in Los Angeles that used to be the number one store in the country for sales. I know what high standards this company strives for with customer service and food quality. This Starbucks absolutely misses the mark. Out of all the times I have been through this drive through (mostly with friends because I prefer not to go here), they have only gotten the order completely correct once. The people who work here generally fall significantly short of legendary, however, people pass through this store pretty quickly and I have met a couple of really good baristas, but on the whole the customer service is poor.

The service is fast and accurate and basically what Starbucks should, but there are a few issues with it.1. seating is quite limited. Oftentimes youll need to wait to catch a seat.2. The outlets are not close to most wall seats. The middle table has a plethora, but the seats by the walls have two double outlets for 4-5 little tables and those are only easy to access from the ones closer to the door.3. Its very cold there. Its not an issue for a few minutes, but I worked my online job from there for three hours a day for four days and would say you definitely need a sweater if you plan to work there for a while.4. The bathroom has a pass code, and you need to ask the staff for the code. Sure, its free, but it is inconvenient nonetheless.5. There is only one bathroom accessible to one person at a time, so you may have to wait for it if you need it.So if youre going there for Stabucks beverages its a great place, but otherwise Id opt for a different one.Note: the music they played there also didnt match my tastes at all (by contrast most public places are ok in this regard), but thats just my opinion and this may not be an issue for others.

Parking in Pacific Beach can be an issue, so its nice to have a place where you can actually count on a parking lot or a consistent drive through experience- This is sort of an oasis in a seedy area of PB where you can get the consistent Starbuck experience and take refuge from the unpredictable area surrounding it. Considering the wide range of clientele, its a nice place to chill and meet up with people with decent wireless and the same old OK coffee you get at every other Starbucks. The staff is polite and the service is above par compared to other Starbucks, and for sure better than some of the other options for coffee, and there are many other options, within walking distance.

Graceful manager gave me a free drink after trying to order on the mobile app on-site, but the app was off and they were only doing drive thru due to covid. But i was walking with my wife and 3 infants in the strollers, it was a long walk for coffee, and would be a huge let down not to get coffee, but he gave me my latte free of charge. Thank you!

The baristas seemed rushed and annoyed, even though it was the slow part of the evening. All of the food was already gone from the case even though closing was not for several hours. It would have been a great place to hang out for our meeting, except it was freezing inside! However, it was extremely hot outside, so maybe the universe was trying to balance itself. Three stars instead of one because I love Starbucks, and they still had breakfast sandwiches - I just had to ask. Coffee tasted fresh.

Worst costumer service and employees don’t know how to make drinks. I ordered a pink drink which is a pretty easy drink to make and I was given a guava drink that tasted like chemicals! When i asked the baristas to remake it, they were very rude and gave me the same drink! I felt bad asking again so I just left and threw out both drinks. This was a very frustrating experience especially since I’m a loyal starbucks customer. I would not recommend this location to anyone who wants their drink made correctly.

A good location to meet for business meeting. Help is professional get the job done but not very friendly (my experience in many visits).Usually there is adequate seating but there isnt any outside seating here. Parking is also a bit of a problem. PB is one of the busiest small towns and parking is always an issue (generally I find parking easily though).Location is on Garnet Ave which is a favorite for shoppers (lots of shops and bars).

I dont know what the deal is with Starbucks but you can never go wrong with Starbucks if you got your drink you got your drink mine is the double chocolate Frappuccino that is my drug of choice with a little bit extra chocolate extra ice Im good to go and they always give me an extra little cup of whipped cream for my doggy now theyre sitting sucks but thats because they dont want you to hang around forever so you have to sit on those wooden chairs work on your hemorrhoids and your lower back while youre there if you dont have hemorrhoids or bowel problems with your lower back you will if you sit too long other than that Starbucks is awesome you might have to bring yourself your own little seat cushion then youre pretty much okay unless your Starbucks dont mind you moving a couch in thats the only option youll have is the seat cushion

I have not been happy at all with how the drive-thru works at this location. It is great if you have 10-15 minutes extra to wait but otherwise Ive found McDonalds by the freeway to operate a lot more smoothly, or another Starbucks somewhere else. This location is just too small for the number of people they have and not worth going to.

I usually love this place, but the quarentine is messing everything up and they just cant handle it. The car line is so jammed up people get into honking wars, cant leave the line when done because other cars dont leave space and when they do, I have seen twice now, another car trying to jump in line where the other cars must leave. It is crazy. I feel bad for the other cars who just want to use the main road, the line is always in the street. NO ONE PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING IN THE MOBILE ORDER PICK-UP LINE. They dont even have any six foot markers, no one wearing masks that ive seen, (this morning about 15 people, and only 1 person, a man in line, wore a mask) even the lady handing out the drinks had no mask on. I saw people invading others space, and grtting into spats over the 6 foot rule, and the security guard was basically non-existent.

I took my own cup that I bought from them. This is the second time they do this. My cup is for a venti drink. I obviously order a venti but they cut off my drink when adding the whipped cream. I paid for a full venti size drink with whipped cream on top not for a freaken grande with the whipped cream insde the cup. Use common sense people. Total ripoff

Nice, clean, relatively fast service. (Although, they forgot to warm up and serve my Old Fashioned doughnut. But that happens at literally every Starbucks I go to.) It wasnt that busy and I was able to find a seat right away on a Saturday afternoon. Wish they had an outdoor patio though.Side note: I did notice a few vagabonds (?) loitering outside and one inside if that sort of thing bothers you. Didnt bother me at all but I figure its worth mentioning.

The Starbucks has better prices than many Starbucks in the city centers. There are enough seats and even extra parking spaces for the Starbucks. There is a drive-in. I recommend that everyone take a small jacket or something with them in the summer because it is heavily air-conditioned, but everyone should decide for themselves whether it is too cold or not too cold. I recommend everyone a Strawberry Frappuccino, my favorite drink and I can recommend it to everyone, unfortunately this drink is not available in Germany.
