I’ve been to all the Starbucks but my family and I love coming back to this one in particular because the coffee always tastes the BEST! We never had a problem with our drink orders. It’s perfect and delicious. Staff are very kind and are true professionally trained baristas. Ample parking with handicapped spots. Places to sit inside and outside. It’s very chic in this shop. Great selection of cups to purchase. I buy them for gifts. It’s very clean inside and outside. My favorite Starbucks, bar none.

I really do love this location- the workers are always so respectful and kind. Today leah (Im sorry if I spelled that wrong) really made my day with her kindness and generosity. She made sure I was taken care of and that my order was correct. Thank you Leah for being so sweet and helpful!!

2 stars because the workers were super nice! I ordered 2 drinks and they both were not great. The first drink tasted burnt. Never had that before, probably bad shot. The second one was a cold brew and for some reason he put the milk in first before the cold brew. Which, I find odd. He did ask me if the milk was the right amount but it was hard to tell because he put it first.

This very kind employee, by the name of jupiter i believe, gave me the best chai i have ever had. spectacular service, pristine beverage, 10/10 would go again as long as this employee specifically is making my chai.side note: jupiter also happens to be my favorite planet, what a coincidence.

They let my shot die a bit (you could taste it), but otherwise fine. Staff were friendly and quick. The atmosphere in this Starbucks feels odd, but it isnt uncomfortable. Overall Id come back to this location.

Left my jacket in this Starbucks store a week back and I was trying to trace where I left it. I remember wearing the jacket before I went to this Starbucks with a friend. One week later, I found the store phone number online and called them, just out of curiosity to see if they have it. To my surprise they have the jacket and told me to come an pick it up. In that jacket I have my apple watch and it was returned to me with the jacket. I am very impressed with the people who work there. Good experience!!

Food out on display, but not available.I ordered a drink and some food. Paid for both. Had to remind the employee to give me my scone, only to be told they didnt have any left.Pointed to the scones on the plate in the case. Was told they were not for eating.Wouldnt be so bad, but I had already been charged.

This is far from the nicest Starbucks, but its the one I usually find myself at. What wins me over here is convenience more than anything else. The next closest location is downtown Campbell, and while that location is generally nicer sometimes I dont want to battle for parking just for a cup of coffee. This Starbucks is quite large with plenty of seating inside and out, so if I plan to hang around its usually not a problem. Its a busy store, but well staffed so Ive never seen lines get that long. Service is generally good though staff here seems oddly less friendly. Overall its a Starbucks, the coffee isnt the best but its still good and its the same youll get anywhere else.

Very disappointed in the attitude and the gestures at this store. I understand the limitations with the mask thing. But dont lose your culture because you decided that when my daughter and I were there, it was more important for you to finish your conversation without even saying hello.Good luck. This is very much the WORST Starbucks I have ever gone to. And BTW, you got our drinks wrong as well.
