UCI is close by so many students come and study seating is minimal, Theres a balcony, small porch with tables and chairs.Full Starbucks menu but no drive-through. You can use the app to order ahead. Go to the mobile pickup area or ask Barista for your orders status!

Nice place with normally good costumer service. The bartenders are usually nice and friendly. The place is mostly clean, but sometimes it can be little messy, especially after the crowded hours... Sometimes you have to wait for a long time to get your order so I would rather order online and pick up. I wish they had drive through, but they don’t. The restrooms are fairly clean. The outdoor space is small but usually empty.

I came in to order just now. I was the final person in line of 3 people, and after serving the 2 people in front of me, the cashier/barista told me to wait. She then proceeded to disregard me for about 5 minutes prioritizing filling out mobile orders. Processing my order would have taken about 30 seconds, and in that time, she filled out about 2 mobile orders without acknowledging me further. Complete and utter disrespect. Needless to say, I left without ordering. As obviously customers are not wanted there.

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this Starbucks location several times, only to find that despite the advertised hours of 4:30 AM to 12:00 AM, the store was closed with a note apologizing for the inconvenience. This inconsistency in their hours is unacceptable and makes the 20-minute drive there and back a complete waste of time. The management of this location needs to do better in ensuring the store stays open during its advertised hours. Disappointing and unacceptable service. Not only are the inconsistent hours a major issue, but the cleanliness of the restrooms is also a major concern. On multiple visits, I was disappointed to find that the restrooms were in a state of disrepair and uncleanliness. The only redeeming factor of this location is the friendliness of some of the employees, specifically Nathan and James. However, this does not excuse the shortcomings of the overall store experience. This Starbucks location needs to improve in both its management and maintenance.

Crowded and the entrance is off to the side and not super obvious. I found it weird that this was the only location I have ever been at where my drinks were not made back to back. They made one and the 2nd one was made ~7 minutes later though they were ordered together and were the same drink. Thought someone took my drink at first. Not the best customer service when busy so dont be surprised if you dont get a acknowledged by the baristas.

I had an Abuelitas Hot Chocolate made with oat milk (& without whipped cream). It was delicious, possibly the best thing I ever had at a Starbucks.

I had a very disappointing and rude barista at Starbucks, unlike any experience I’ve had at Starbucks around the world. One of the baristas actually humiliated my name for about 10 minutes. She initially called my name correctly, and I received my drink with no issue. However, afterward, she loudly and repeatedly spelled out my name, making fun of it. At first, I thought she didn’t realize I was still there, but I stayed for quite some time, and she continued to mock my name. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my entire thirty-plus years of life. It really ruined the beginning of my day, and now I feel traumatized to say my name. Starbucks should not only provide training for their employees to make delicious drinks but, more importantly, should train them in providing excellent customer service and manners.

Im a regular at this Starbucks. Staff is really nice and very efficient in making their drinks. I tried one of Starbucks secret menu items for the first time, the Medicine Ball/Coldbuster since I was feeling under the weather. It was a really good drink and actually made me feel better! :)

I love it here everyone’s so nice. I especially always love seeing James when I come in he’s so friendly at the register and always adds an energy to the place when he’s working.They haven’t ever screwed up with my order and I’ve been coming here for over a year. No complaints. They also aren’t slow given that this is a Starbucks right next to a college campus!
