Starbucks is a delivery nightmare.Now not only because of the terrible waiting time, but also because the manager is unbelievably rude!May 14, 2024 I went to pick up an order and after waiting 20 minutes I asked if she could check the order and she replied so rudely that I should wait as there was an order. I told her she didnt need to be rude, after all I was there working like her! She even said that she could remove me and call another drive! simply unbelievable!She didnt have the capacity to be a manager, after all. She was even more stressed than all the employees!I have been avoiding all orders from this Starbucks!

If I could leave 0 stars I would have. With 7 employees working it still took 35min to get a microwaved croissant and an Extra Hot Peppermint Latte. This isn’t the first time I’ve spent far too much time waiting for an over priced coffee, but it definitely will be the last time I do at this location.

22 mins for an ice cold brew drink. I get it’s busy, but good lord 22 mins? If you’re that busy perhaps hiring another barista or tell the cashiers to advise customers of long wait times.

Waited in drive thru for a while, no one responded. Drove to the window, they waited on the car in front of me, and then closed the window and never came back to open it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just left here with my oatmeal making my way down to San Diego. How am I supposed to eat my oatmeal without a spoon? This is probably the sixth or seventh time this particular location has forgot something very frustrating… it’s not brain science folks. If you can’t do your freaking job right don’t work at Starbucks...

Literally takes forever to make one coffee. I ordered a cake pop too, I got my coffee first after, 10 min, and didnt get my cake pop, so I forgot I ordered it and left. This is a recurring problem. My simple latte was made incorrectly, I ordered a tall Hazelnut latte. They made regular latte with no syrup. It was too late. Im super nice, I tip well. I am not complicated. Disappointing

My drink is never made correctly at this Starbucks. Today I placed a mobile order and, in addition to my drink being made incorrectly (two customizations missing), I waited 20 minutes for my food to be ready. I finally asked about it to be told the item I had ordered was out of stock. There was no sign in the store or anything in the app to indicate the item was sold out. After I waited this long for nothing, I didn’t even bother asking them to remake my drink because I couldn’t wait any longer. Unfortunately, I’ve never had a good experience at this location. The products at Starbucks are too expensive for orders to be consistently made wrong.

This Starbucks always has a ridiculously long wait, and I’m not sure why. A few weeks ago I ordered a coffee traveler an hour before I needed to pick it up in the morning. I spoke with a barista and left my name. When I showed up, they had my name, but no coffee traveler, and they asked me to come back in 10 minutes. They offered no apology and no explanation. When I returned, I was “served” by a brunette barista with a bob and glasses, who did not have so much as smile or say that she was sorry, did not even say thank you or goodbye. I will never come back to the store again.

This is my third time at this Starbucks, the coffee is very good. Unfortunately I did not feel welcomed by the employee that attended to me. I was waiting for my coffee and when I went to ask how much longer to wait, another attendant asked my name (Rose), at this point the attendant said she did not understand my name and that is why the coffee was identified with the letter L.She could have asked once more if she hadnt listened well, I have a Portuguese accent and we live in a country where many people visit and speak English with an accent.I am sure that she would not want to be identified by a letter that by the way has nothing to do with my name.My coffee would be cold if I didnt go and ask for it because I would never imagine that underground had become a simple letter. This is my favorite Starbucks. The crew here are nice, work hard and are efficient. Drive through Starbucks don’t always have a good dine in area but this one is always clean and cheery!

Such a low quality Starbucks, the bathrooms are always a mess, the employees are rude and will ignore you, and anytime I have to do a delivery for this place the drinks are spilt in the bag before I even get them. The baristas here should maybe go through customer service training again because they just dont know how to treat people, if youre working in a customer service setting and you cant do that properly then why are you working here? Please hire more quality people.

The policy that allows people to camp out and take up seats, doing business calls, bringing in dogs… should change. Half don’t have drinks, just come in and set up shop, making it unpleasant for real customers.No feedback form online.

The 1st time I went in to pick up my mobile order I politely asked the Barista for a 2nd cup for my Americano because for some reason they make the cups very flimsy unlike other drinks and I even made sure to not interrupt her while she was giving another patron their drinks and she snapped back at me, Youll just have to wait a minute! She could have easily said, Sure if you can give just a minute or something nicer. I thought she was rude.Then I went back the next day, I was in town visiting family, and my daughter In-law asked me to get her an Oatmeal. Since it was a Mobile Order and the Oatmeal was in a bag at the Mobile Order pickup area I didnt bother looking inside and just grabbed it along with my drinks. When I got back to my Daughter In-laws place I noticed she hadnt eaten her Oatmeal and my wife said it was because they didnt put any of the condiments (Brown Sugar, Fruit &Nuts) in the bag.Im a major Starbucks consumer and it was perhaps the worst service Ive ever received at any Starbucks.

The manager of this branch needs to know the employees at this location require customer service training. If the manager was working this day, then the GM needs to come in.The teens/young adults here had quite an attitude for simple requests. They were not announcing the drinks that were ready at the counter. I realized this After waiting for 10 minutes at my seat. I approached the drink counter behind a woman grabbing her items. I saw the iced water on the counter and asked the employee if it was part of her order.The response was goofy “I don’t know, if it’s not hers it’s not mine, if you didn’t order it you can have it if you want.” I responded that I ordered ice water, and that’s why I was asking.Cue awkward moment. I took the water and walked away. After that, they announced 1 name of a customer that ordered, then went back to silence even during a rush.I needed to use the restroom before I left. I walked over to the door and noticed there was a keypad so I headed to the counter. Two girls chatted as they mingled around orders. I stood there trying to catch their eye. They ignored me so I said excuse me. No response, so I spoke louder “Hi, excuse me.”They both looked at me, one walked away and the other rolled her eyes and said “we’ll get to you in a moment.” Then turned her back.The other person behind the counter turned so I told him, “I just need the bathroom code. “ after which, he told me kindly.I’ve worked retail growing up. I’ve been a teenager. I know some customers are frustrating to engage with. This is why I always approach service employees with respect. In return, I was given attitude, snarkiness, and flippant behavior.This is not the way to treat people. It was also bad customer service and enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth and lead me to find a different Starbucks to attend.

I have never been so disappointed in a drink in my life. My toasted vanilla shaken oat espresso was made completely wrong and instead of doing a splash of milk, I got basically a latte. I was drinking straight oatmilk. this is not the correct recipe. this drink is horrible. plus one star because the coffee cake is awesome

The nitro iced coffee is underwhelming. 12 oz for $5 was too much. Get the regular iced coffee and add a dash of cream. Youll be just as happy. The service was attentive and helpful as I tried to use the app for the first time. The drive thru was a line of a dozen or more cars. Service was faster walking in.

Three times I have brought in my personal cup and three times the person on bar has made my drink in a disposable cup then poured it into my cup. The carafe has measurements so you don’t have to do that, I make sure my sticker says “personal cup” in the Ask Me… it kills my enjoyment of my coffee. Please train your bar to use the shot glasses and carafes. Thank you.

Just visited this location 1 hour ago. The sugar plum cheese danish was great! It tasted almost as good as homemade. Unfortunately, I couldnt enjoy my frappuccino as there was hair in it. I choked on a long brown straight hair. I tried to convince myself it was mine, but theres no way. My hairs black and extremely curly. I looked into the bottom of my cup, and found 2 more hairs mixed in. These were beneath the whipped cream and caramel, so Im sure the contamination occurred in the shop. I threw the drink away, of course. While the danish was awesome, and Ill be seeking them out for as long as theyre in season, I definitely wont be returning to this location.

Friendly staff, clean place, usual long waits, limited parking, drive through line blocks parking during peak hrs. Otherstake your order 🧐 because their system separates the orders and you have to hunt down yours instead of keeping it together. Staff made me feel at fault 😡 and wasted my time going to check if I was idiot enough to not check for my order 1st before requesting a refund (I couldnt wait anymore, i was late for work, and 18min wait after the estimated pick up time was more than enough). Then staff proceeded to yell across the room if I needed the order remade. I reacted badly (dont mess with me before breakfast and coffee). I was soo late for work, its NOT even funny 🤬. Got a courtesy $4 card as if this will pay for my time. It didnt right to use it somewhere else, so I gave it away 😮‍💨. It irritated me to have taken it since I dont feel like coming back here (yey! for them, I guess). Its not the first time its happened to me at this stablishment (getting out after a long wait without my order). I might just give up getting my am Starbucks coffee at this location for good and make my coffee home before coming in to work. Im a regular customer since they opened, but I guess not that appreciated. Itll be less stressing and itll save time. What a bummer!! This experience took the joy out of my coffee for the rest of the day 😮‍💨 (no, I didnt go back later, I said I wouldnt. I made my coffee at work 🥳). Thanks for reading. Hope its helpful.
