This location is very consistent on what they do and the employees clearly care about this restaurant seeing how clean it is. The customer service here is awesome with all the employees being super friendly and efficient in what they do. They have free wifi and power outlets which make it a great place to do any studying or just computer work. I always go to this location and noticed the cleanliness and the consistency of the restaurant. Keep it up!

This location is easy to find as it is right along the street. The parking lot is large. The culture of the staff is personable and service oriented. Some of the staff even remembers me, even though I dont go in that often.

Not happy this time! They messed up my ordered! Wanted Appled Crisp ICED Machiato but they gave me Hot. I let it go. Then I didnt realized till I got home...they didnt give me my coffee cake! Wasnt worth for me to go back!! Normally Im very please with this store...I dont know what happened this time!

The Starbucks in South Pasadena has outside seating shaded side Patio with a water fountain there is also dining inside.The Staff/Baristas are helpfuland courteous..thank you Starbucks for giving a place where people can go.

This is a smaller Starbucks located in Pasadena. It is comfy, like most Starbucks around here. The barristas are friendly and helpful. Even when they get busy, they keep the lines moving along. Good place to sit with a group of friends or to work on your laptop while drinking coffee or tea. Excellent service and well kept sitting area.

Small but nice Starbucks. Ive tried studying here a few times, but I couldnt find an open seat. Ive also joined a few meetups here, but theyre usually outside.Tons of parking by the hardware store. Traffic on Fair Oaks can be rough, and sometimes I duck in here for a quick coffee before braving traffic again.

Put a mobile order in at 5:30am. Went to pick it up at 5:45, nobody at store. It opens at 5am, they didnt get there until 6am and we had to wait outside until they got things ready. Lots of unhappy customers

This location is a bit hit or miss. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the location large with plenty of outdoor seating. They have a wireless charging table where rough 6-8 people can sit (bar stool style seats).The last time I was there I had to have my drink remade, and a short time ago the charging stations have begun to emit an annoying, intermittent electronic sound due to what we think is a tech glitch.If youre looking for Starbuck coffee - this location works.

Cashier was super friendly and had suggestions on what I should try. I ordered the pink drink with light ice. I got my drink with half a cup of ice and 1 inch of the top not filled. The girl making the drinks seemed overworked and was rude to the person in front of me. I think I will go to my usual Starbucks at home instead of coming here when I get to work.
