Excellent customer services at this location! Jerry, Lauren and Tim made my day today. I was amazed by their friendly demeanor and the drinks were perfect. When someone goes above and beyond for you, it shows how caring they are for their customers. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. Kudos to the management for hiring caring individuals.

Meet a client here for a brief meeting .I was warmly greeted as I entered and found a seat . I noticed how they greeted and handled their customers and as a person who used to teach customer service, I was throughly impressed ! The whole staff kept the same energy throughout the visit and from the amount of the repeat customers they seem to have, I am sure the great customer service is 70% of the reason ! I purchased a gift card for a friend on my way out, however I will definitely patronize this location in the near future !

Going here an you have a Starbuck card helps cause you an add money to your card while after you order adds points that can once have enough csn be use towards yoir next food item or drink for Free. Do like on your birthday you can get a free: item of your choose. But must register on line to receive all that Starbuck offers or download the free app to order pay an pick up for quicker service if in a hurry. Friendly staff an so much to choose.

I dont go out to Starbucks very often. This location happens to be ideal for me to meet others at after the early morning rush. The drinks are always good and the staff is super friendly. It rarely feels super crowded.

This Starbucks on Watt near El Camino was packed on Friday at 9:30 am. They misplaced my order somehow and it took almost 20 minutes to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The baristas were fabulous, however, shouting out names and telling them not just, Youre drinks up, but, Your drinks next. Never heard that before in a busy coffee house of any brand!

(Edited since initial review) The drinks are tasty, the baristas competent, and thats as far as my positives go. They now have it arranged so only 3 tiny tables have access to power....and you those are camped hard. So it goes from 5 star to 2.

Been going to this location for awhile. The employees are always so friendly and warm. The new Black guy needs a lesson in manners. No greeting, no thank you. I watched him give a customer a rag to clean the table instead of him making the effort to do it himself. His customer service is poor.

I dont visit this Starbucks very often, since I dont live in the area and it doesnt have a drive thru. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received. The older lady there was so sweet and patient with me, even though she could probably tell I was frustrated (at no fault of theirs) and it just made my day so much better. They made our order quickly and accurately. It makes me wish I lived closer to this one! Big shout out to the amazing staff there 😃

One of the best Starbucks Ive been to. Usually 2-3 employees in the morning and can still handle a rush, better than one with 5+ employees. Tracy is great! Order is always right, and she memorized my name after 5 visits! I wish I lived near this location, because the few near me are no where close in friendliness and accuracy as this location!

I went in and ordered a Trenta cold brew, the staff was super nice, and apologized for the long wait. There was a huge mobile order that backed everything up. When my drink came up, I thanked them and took my drink back to the office. I may have had 3 sips out of it when a freaky thing happened the cup split and the drink went all over me and the floor. I called them and explained what happened, they said if I wanted I could bring in a picture they will make me a new drink. After cleaning everything up I headed back to the store and showed them the cup and it was obvious that I was wearing my drink. The staff went over the top to make things right and made me a new drink. Thank you to the staff at this location!!!!!

Bad design. The interior layout has the delivery counter at the far end, where items in the counter cant be seen from the people seated at tables. Other counters are obscured by sundry seasonal items (in this case, a cardboard Christmas tree). This location could be easily fixed by changing the layout, but the lack of comprehension seems to be related to the overall site management.* The Starbucks Internet service connects to the router, but there is no Internet connection. Barista Lacy explained to me that there was no way for staff to reach Starbucks Internet provider and they knew somehow of the Internet connection was out.* When I ordered using points, my server didnt know about points and billed my credit card.*When I asked for the bathroom code, I was given 5 digits that didnt work. The barista omitted the sixth digit which was a #.*That same barista told me I was a liar. Not good.Theres more, but Ive made my point. Service is enthusiastic but incompetent. Read carefully and smile at stupidity.On the plus side, my coffee was hot and my coffee and food order was filled exactly to order.Summary: if you visit this store, they will fix any of the problems (with the exception of Internet service). 🥰🥰

The place definitely sparks positive energy, fast and quality service. They dont leave a customer unsatisfied and make sure they walk away with exactly what theyve ordered. There was a line of maybe 10 people that they cleared out in about 6 minutes. Whether it was drinks or food the wait wasnt long. They keep the place and countertops pretty clean. Highly recommend ✔💯

Totally cool cats in there, no judgment about my outfit for the early morning, the bathroom was open and clean the store is super clean and they had positive effects on my feelings. Theyre always the most friendly people and I havent had anything wrong with my orders. Theyre always very helpful and the other goodies are really tasty too. Not only does this location seem to be doing an excellent job providing a safe environment with respect to covid-19, but the staff Ive encountered provide excellent service. Ive frequented Starbucks locations across 4 different states, and in terms of order accuracy and service that matters, Stephen and his shift manager, Dri, couldnt have done a better job. Despite the location not having a drive through, this will be where I opt to get my coffee from now on.

I just had to use their restroom, normally I absolutely refuse to use public bathrooms. In this case I thought its Starbucks it has to be a clean restroom facility but honestly it had toilet paper all over the floor, the toilet was all backed up with a fresh dump on top of a pile of toilet paper that looked like someone had just unrolled a whole roll into the toilet bowl. It was foul to say the least!! Hope your next visit to Starbucks turns out better than the on I had.. Good luck!!

This location is my 2nd favorite one! It is only 2nd because it is a bit further from me than my 1st fave. :)The folks at this location are always cheery and helpful. Ask them how they are doing and they will smile and laugh while they tell you it has been busy...it is always busy. This location has it down to a science for getting the drinks done right and quickly. Dont fret if the drive thru is crowded, youll be on your way in no time.

Rude barista always messes up my orders everytime i come to this location, the workers are typically pretty nice but most of the baristas ( specifically Sean ) ALWAYS messes up my order and never offers to fix them. He says If its on your cup then thats what you get so rude and inconsiderate. Would never reccommend this location.

I wish I could give negative stars, this starbucks is horrible. The woman on the loud speaker was rude and cut my husband off while ordering, then we waiting 20 minutes. Line for our coffee. The employees are usually very nice. My biggest concern is their patio area. I have lived in the area for years. There always seems to be garbage outside on the walkways. The ground is very grimey and stinky because of this. Yesterday on my way to Don Quixotes I walked by a homeless man peeing on the pillar nearest to their Kings Way entrance. He giggled and told me he couldnt hold it in, and I got the heck out of there. I felt bad for him. I think the Sheriff dept has set up a program to help people in need. Its unsanitary to pee where people walk and sit. I think Starbucks and Subway could ask them to leave. Thats reasonable in my opinion.

I work around the block from this location and had a thirty minute lunch which I thought was more than enough time to pick up an iced green tea and get back. Upon entering I was relieved to see only two people ahead of me in line as this location is often busy. On this day it was not busy however and I ordered within a minute. Then I waited TWENTY FIVE MINUTES for a grande ice tea that doesnt even take twenty five seconds to make. I was absolutely shocked at how inefficient this location was. If I wanted to spend that much time I wouldve sat down at the cheesecake factory, instead I was explaining to my boss why I was late coming back all over a tea. They could have made good on this by offering me a free drink or at least something to show they value their customers but upon informing the clerk how long I had waited she didnt seem to care. I will never go back to this starbucks. The only reason i would ever go to starbucks is because of convenience, after all the food selection at starbucks is exceptionally poor, and the drinks mediocre and overpriced. If it also takes them 25 minutes to make a drink then I dont know what the point is in them staying in business.

The cashier(Samantha) was super helpful, but the baristas(Tracy & Steve) looked lost. I ordered an everything bagel with butter and cream cheese, and a grande salted caramel cold foam cold brew. No butter or cream cheese on the bagel, and they completely lost my drink order with their terrible organization of the cups and order stickers. After about 20 minutes, Samantha brought it to Tracys attention that I still havent gotten my drink. Tracy thought Steve was making it. Steve thought Tracy was making. After being there for 30 minutes, I left with a drink and a very dry bagel, but Im not certain its what I ordered.
