Like most Starbucks locations, staff is more concerned with the drive through. I ordered from the counter and never received a hello or a smile from a staff member. They honestly felt antagonistic. My coffee tasted so bad I couldn’t drink more than two sips. I give it three stars only because the sitting area is very nice.

The drinks can be challenging for the baristas as they learn to prepare themselves. Close attention when it comes to mobile ordering hours. This location can get busy so can the drive thru.

Amazing Starbucks location! The staff at this location is beyond helpful! Orders are made extremely fast!TIP: Speak clearly when ordering, as they will mess up your order, if you dont. They messed up my order, but they made it again for me!

Great location Starbucks! Easy to get into as far as drive through is concerned and you have a whole neighborhood to line cars on without cause a massive back up of traffic. Barista was friendly, drive thru was quick. Had the app for touch less transaction. Nothing better than a new Starbucks to call your own.

First of what the hell Starbucks? I been getting the same drink for years. I always ask NO ICE & (cup of ice) on the side because they always put so much ice, But today I came to this location and asked for a venti Pink drink and they gave me half of the cup? Not even the ice filled it up..Talking about “ since it has no ice it won’t be full” never heard that anywhere else. DONT GO THERE PPL waste of money

It’s always 1 employee that makes the company look bad. It can’t be wrong more then 10 times and this is the 1st time he is right. I know some customized orders are difficult but there is know way company is offering you the venti and you are giving me almost half a cup and say that’s the most I can give you. Train the employees or change the recipes on the app. That’s our hard earned money.

We were turning left into the drive thru since the car to right waved us in and there was no one behind him. We got slandered by an employee when we got to the window for “cutting the line” and were threatened we wouldn’t get our order next time which was extremely rude and unacceptable. Even though the person waved us to go in front of him everything being cordial. This type of behavior is why people don’t visit certain locations again ew. Also my drink came with room when I didn’t order any.

Okay! I know the drive thru line is always long here. I must say, I live seemly closer to the Starbucks on Temple the one inside the target. But, I prefer waiting in a long line when I am being greeted by the most nicest friendliest staff. In particular today. Shout out to Miguel Cruz at the the drive thru. This young man keeps his cool on a hot & super busy day. The line was outside the parking lot. He is respectful, friendly, and super nice. He got my over complicated order perfect and his over all attitude would make anyone’s day. Don’t forget to download the Starbucks if you haven’t, these points come in handy! Lol fr

This is the 2nd time I come to this Starbucks. The drive-thru wait is horrible. I waited 30 minutes to get my coffee with only 4 cars in front of me. Only reason I come by because it close to my job. No longer wasting 30 minutes to get a coffee here again. Time a arrived was 1:50 pm left at 2:20.

I really dont like leaving bad reviews but this was literally the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. It looked run down the drive-through line was very long and very slow. When we got to the front we almost drove off and then realized that the cappuccino was 99% coffee and tasted strange. And the iced tea even though we specifically said no lemonade had lemonade in it. So we had to sit there even longer to have the drinks remade. It was kind of a mess.

Went thur drive thu order my drink and water asked for big cup of ice water but was give a small cup and ask if they can put in my Starbucks cup which i was told no that they counted and still five me a small cup of water manger was rude after asking why this wasn’t possible will not be going here again other Starbucks are much friendlier and will go above beyond never had a this type interaction with any drive tru or in shop at other location please avoid this Starbucks

Music in here is so @&!$ing loud, lights are harsh, barista was hostile. The furniture arrangement is great but they clearly don’t want people hanging out in here, I suspect to deter the homeless camped outside. Can’t say much about the drive thru but I won’t be coming back.

Ive come here plenty of times. And every single time, no matter what shift it is, they mess up the drink or it has zero flavor. Everyone is very nice, and have even remade a few of them but even the remakes are gross. Good customer service though.

I go to this location every Saturday and Sunday and ask for the same exact thing. There is no consistency in the quality of drinks. I enjoy foamed cold brews and for the most part they do an okay job with the foam. However, after more than handful of times I’ve had to come here and let the Karen out. I know the difference between whip cream and cold brew foam; if I wanted iced coffee with whip cream I would’ve asked for it.

I work up the street from this Starbucks and I rarely go here because there drinks are trash. To be very honest, I don’t usually write reviews but today I went here for my coffee and you know holiday drinks are here so I asked for a caramel burlee latte and when I got to my office and took a sip, it taste like hot milk and it reminded me of the reason why I don’t come here. This is the place to go to if you love milk more than coffee . It’s not the first time, that’s why I’m writing this review. Change your barista.

I ordered my starbucks through uber eats. It was delivered wrong as usual. I called the store and the guy who answered the phone said that i could come either tonight or tomorrow i told the guy that i will just go over there because i got the wrong order and i didnt want it and i want my original order. So i went in sure the front was closed… i knocked no one heard me. The girl saw me but didnt even did anything. I went in to drive through and knocked at the glass window and still no one checked. I knocked hard and the guy saw me and looked at the girl and said “we are closed” but the guy opened it any way. I explained the guy the problem and i told the guy that i dont want the order and i want my original order… so the guy checked the order and he pointed at the screen and said that there was an order for doris… so then i said the guy that i want my original order.. he looked at the order and told me “I because we dont have cinnamon sugar roll” then i said i thats fine but the order is far off from my 1 hot drink and cheese danish and cinnamon sugar roll because its so obvious that is both venti cold drinks. He just rolled his eyes at me then made my drink without checking what i wanted in my drink. This people are obviously doesn’t know what customer service means.

This one on Glendale Blvd is a drive in too and its always super busy. But the kids serving are very nice and always make good iced coffee with lots of milk as I request. When we can sit in again its a cool spot to have a coffee. Very clean.

I got the best service ever on my visit to Starbucks by a barista named Virginia, she was full of smiles and eager to help she even got my drink correctly even though I always ask for a complicated drink. Thank you for being so ready to help and making sure my drink was made special. I will definitely be visiting this location again and recommending to my friends

Its a great looking venue ruined by ultra loud music. Its less a cafe and more a club with how loud it is. I asked a worker (who Im assuming is a manager) if it could be lowered and she stated that this is the lowest we can go. To put it in perspective, the lowest is club level loud; people have to practically yell at each other to hear themselves (including the workers).

Safe service and great cup! Just make sure to call before placing a mobile order in the evening. I usually park and walk in to pick-up my mobile orders at this Starbucks because the drive-thru gets ridiculously long and causes traffic congestion and intersection of Montana St. and Lake Shore Ave. However, when I tried to walk in and pick-up my mobile order the front door was closed! The problem was compounded when I had to wait in the vehicle drive-thru line an a additional 35 minutes to pick-up my hot tea drink, which was made worse when I was given my lukewarm tea. Perhaps there is not much to do about the long delays in the vehicle drive-thru line, but customers who are willing to park and walk in while the store is still open for business should not be penalized ... most definitely not without an app warning making it clear that walk-in service is closed.

This location does not follow business hours as different days they seem to close their doors at different times. Ive been there many times, and their doors are closed at 6pm when theyre supposed to be open until later at night. Theres no consistency and its difficult to know when to go. One of the workers was very rude when I asked at what time the doors were closed, and was unsure what time to say.

This isnt quite a why would you ever location, i.e. plenty of local alternatives for coffee nearby; that is because this location replaced a very sad and disgusting combination taco bell/KFC. Certainly, any fast food joint is worse than a Starbucks. When they took over the space, they fixed up the location so that the community can actually get some benefit from the location. Walking distance to Echo Park Lake.

A small Starbucks but worth it if you have to stop for a quick coffee. Except that it is better to enter through the drive-thru because the parking lot is very small and it seems to me that getting out is going to be difficult. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable in what Starbucks offers.
