This Starbucks is great. It has comfortable sittings and lots of outlets to charge your phone. I haven’t gone at Starbucks for a long time and I ordered the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and was wondering why it’s taking too long.. I went and asked and they forgot, they also literally put “drive-through” even though I have ordered inside. For this service, I give this Starbucks a 1 star. I even gave $1 tip for a $4+ coffee and I got a very horrible service— which made me realize that it’s not worthy to tip in the future and I will only tip if I get a good service.. otherwise, people can just do whatever they want even if you treat them good. Not worthy. Thanks for teaching me a lesson. The place, however, is designed beautifully. The atmosphere is great. It’s also nearby Costco and In-N-Out which is why we visited this place on our trip. Next time, I’ll use the drive through or just order on my app— if there will ever be a next time. My rating overall is 11/15 which is 73%. So 3.65 stars. However, I just rate it 3 instead of 4 because of the service.

I purchased my weekly Friday special and ended up spilling an entire drink in the car as I was pulling out. I ran in asking for extra napkins. They gave me a microfiber cloth and as I was cleaning my car they made me a replacement drink for free. I didn’t ask for it and was ready to pay as the spill was my fault. They were incredibly kind and supportive. It’s hard to find such sweet customer service in large cooperations but this Starbucks did not hesitate to step in. I will only be visiting this S store in the future. Well done 💜

Starbucks is good most of the time I always order theAmericano coffee. Sometimes I feel like they serve me the already made coffee. Its happened a few times where it just didnt taste the same. But I still go back and I just want to say the prices are getting to be too much!

Without fail, this place always makes their drink consistently good! Everytime I come into town, I order the same thing and it always tasted the same! Other places tasted like leftover cereal milk, and can never taste the matcha in it.Love love this Starbucks here in Redding!

Got to love a new drive-thru Starbucks in Redding! Conveniently located in a new shopping center on the south end of town. Good service with a smile as usual and great caffeinated beverages! Ive been enjoying their green tea frappuccinos lately! It seems as if that is as good of a milkshake as I can tolerate anymore. This one looked pretty busy today. I would imagine they will do well here.

My mobile order was made wrong and getting a replacement felt like I needed to get an act of congress. Even though I immediately called to state my issue, they said, Come back, well remake it. I said I was already on the frwy. And I would come back by the following day. The clerk took my name ( supposedly). I was told no problem. But it was a problem.

Disappointed with this location, we got three different drinks and they all tasted bland, kinda like nasty ice (and I ordered something that I knew I liked because I’ve ordered it before at the Weaverville Starbucks). Plus mine took about 15 minutes to make. Maybe they where just having an off day but I don’t see myself returning :/

Best staff at this location out of all the coffee places Ive been too. The baristas are always so kind and friendly even when theyre in the trenches of a morning rush and I have no idea how they do it. All I can say is that every employee at this location should have a badge of honor and maybe a purple heart. I would give them all gentle forehead kisses if I could but thatd be pretty weird so instead Im posting this review to say Ive never had a bad experience at this location and I always get the best possible service every time Im there. Thank you guys for all you do.

The 4 people making drinks, cooking food, taking orders & processing payment for drive thru 5/5/23 at 8:50am need positive recognition. We honestly don’t have a good experience at this location usually, like you make one modification to a drink & their day is ruined, but we go once in a while still because it’s so close to home. Whatever. These guys today made sure we had the correct number of pumps in our drinks, confirmed sugar free or not, sriracha was handed out with the food without us having to ask again, drinks were made PERFECTLY, & all within a good time frame during morning rush. Quick, thorough, easy. Good job guys and thank you.

Barista was friendly. Only one car was ahead of us so we were surprised it took several minutes. Small, hot dirty chai with almond milk was one of the best Ive had. Companions quad shot decaf latte was disappointingly weak and tasteless. Location was convenient. Clearer signage to the drive-thru would be helpful. Price was average.

Absolutely atrocious service. One worker inside one hundred percent deserves to be fired. He shouted profanities at me out the service window and then proceeded to tell me I wasnt allowed to come inside because I was panhandling on a corner well away from their property. Im disgusted with how the worker handled things and quite frankly I dont think he should be working there

This is my favorite Starbucks in town! I go here about 5 days a week and I’ve never had a poor experience. The employees are wonderful.. extremely friendly and helpful with new recommendations. I hardly ever have to wait in a line. I think the most cars I’ve seen at one time when I’ve gone was maybe two or three cars ahead of me, but I’ve never waited more than five minutes for my coffee. My children love the cake pops and blueberry muffins, and they always get a big smile through the window. It’s very large and clean on the inside, and the bathrooms are very spacious and squeaky clean! I did find it strange that there was no sink in the bathroom, but right outside when you walk out, there’s a huge beautiful sink and mirror. Totally great experience every time I come here!

Sadly.....this visit was very disappointing. Hubbys Frap did not have his 3 pumps of peppermint. My Frap just tasted like a blended coffee & cream w/whip. No white chocolate mocha! This has been a favor of ours. We will give it another try in a month in so in hopes that it comes back around.

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all the person they had on drive thru was incompetent. When you are on drive thru you deal with one customer at a time. Either taking there order through the spear or dealing with your customer at the window. This girl was trying to do both and would ask if I wanted anything else just for me to say what and be ignored for a couple minutes and her come back and ask the question again. I had to repeat myself 5 times. Which I normally would just be slightly frustrated. Then I get up to the window and I have 2 $25 gift cards my order is like $26 something so I had her one and she scans it. I hand her my other one for the dollar something left due and she scans it and throws it away. I ask why she just threw it away and she was like of sorry and pulls to completely different gift cards out of the trash. I had just gotten 2 red Christmas design cards and she pulled out white ones. I proceeded to to tell her those arent my cards. Anyways a whole argument ensues where she tells me Im wrong and I say whatever and pull around and come inside. Long story short manager gets involved still insists Im wrong on which cards I had. Tried to give me a little sorry heres five bucks card. And I showed her which cards I had so once she actually dug through the trash can she found my original gift card finally. And I was right it was the red Christmas one. So dont come here unless you want to deal with stupid people that will just tell you youre wrong.

I was there yesterday and ordered my coffee together with my friend who got her order 15 minutes earlier than mine and it took me long to watch the baristers cleaning the counters(which I am well to receive this service in front of my eyes) and also servicing the drive-in customers (which is also okay) but nevertheless I should not be waiting as the only customer to get my order which was simply a grande de-caf americano with cream and sugar...Couple of times I asked why it takes too long to get my order and I was answered to wait since they were serving to drive-in customers. When I got my coffee it was cooler than regular heat, although I was asked to renew it, I refused claiming not to be waited another 15-20 minutes.Later on a lady approached my table with a tall cup of coffee and asking me if this was hot enough to satisfy my request and extended her appologiez. She was the Store Manager and heard the last conversation with barister that I was saying No not to wait for another 20 minutes..and from there on she investigated about our conversation and wanted to extend their sorry for the incident happened.I do not know if in store customers will have priority to receive the service as well as the drive-in customers in future due to this experience but I HIGHLY EXTEND MY APPRECIATION to the Store Manager who gently held this inconvenient circumstance.

Nice new location, convenient off and on freeway.Mobile Order pick up counter is just 4 steps inside door - to the left.Only concern is the line for those ordering at the counter goes along the sneeze guard/espresso making area, yet the drink pick up is at the other end, so customers have to go way around, or walk past all other customers to get their order. This is more disconcerting in a time of Covid-19 and social Distancing.

The people at this Starbucks are very impatient with order taking. They often rush and speak too quickly which ends up wasting both of our time. Inhad a large order for my family and they got 3 of the 8 drinks wrong. I would rather go to the other Starbucks that is basically across the street...

Clean quick friendly service. Double checked to make sure I didnt need anything else. Asked my name to make sure we got the order right. And was very personal in delivery, but not too personal. Good location. Although like all Starbucks drive-thrus the exit leaves a little to be desired. Product was fresh including the slices of cake that I got for a snack. And every seat along the wall has a outlet that you can use to plug into or to use a USB cable. Definitely worth returning to just for the experience. Plenty of places to lock up your bike or personal conveyance. The only con that I noted was theres limited outdoor seating which should not be a problem over the summer here. Beautiful place to have a coffee and snack in the morning outside because the shade hits that area just right. Free Wi-Fi. Thanks for listening adios Billy W.

UPDATE 2-1-22. I stopped ordering the Nitro cold brew and opted for straight cold brew. Same issues. Not sure if it’s the store, the machinery, corporate or what… but they gotta get that sorted. I can’t ever count on them having my coffee of choice availPRIOR REVIEW - If they can ever get the nitro cold brew machine working consistently, I’d add more stars. Easily 50% of my visits the goofy machine isn’t working.When it IS working 50% of those times staff pour poorly leaving me with the equivalent of have a grande worth of foam that never settles down.
