Please be aware to go to fremont blvd/ washington location. The cashier will over charge if you don’t pay attention.this morning at 10:13am 5/22/24, my coworker order 3 cups of ice triple espresso, 4 pump white mocha and salty foam, the cashier charge her over $33, is it right price?my co-work told her to recalculate again, and the cashier did 2 times, and argue with her, but we know exact price because we use to order on the apps. Finally she agree with the correct price at $6/cup, total $18 without apologized to my co-worker.

I just had my daughter’s birthday party there. We had 20 kids in all. The staff was very efficient and did a great job hosting us.

Very bad attention, the workers have no order of what they do. I have approximately 30 minutes waiting for an order and I see how others who take their order after me leave first

This is the Starbucks location I usually go to. Be aware that there aren’t a lot of parking spaces close to this location and it gets packed during the weekend.This Starbucks is very small with limited seatings, but most people order through mobile. It is well designed and very convenient since I live less than a mile from there.I usually order through mobile and my orders are ready when I arrived. Sometimes, I come by here to relax with my laptop.

Me and my co workers go here quite often for work, and know and like most of the staff they are awesome and know how to make our drinks without problem. But one worker in particular I believe she is the manger always messes up our drinks. At first she was at another store I used to go to often but now she is at this store. I used to think it was just me who she messed up orders for but come to find out there is a lot more then me example a co worker ordered a basic coffee he received his coffee and it was just warm and not even hot. He let her know it was cold, and she poured it out and poured another cup from the same pot. Again, it was warm and not hot. He returned it again and told her, and she said that it is on the hot tray and it should be fine . After arguing for a second, he proceeded to just ask for his money back. Many other co workers have had problems with drinks she makes for them, half the time she is there and making drinks, she messes them up. Im not sure of her name I will try and get it. I would give it a five-star if it wasn’t for the one Manger. Everyone else is awesome.

The employees here are SO NICE. My husband and I walked in and were greeted with a warm hello and very friendly service. Its sadly hard to find that at a Starbucks these days. Would highly recommend this one simply because of that. It really made us feel more comfortable and made it an enjoyable time there.

Service is good with the day shift crew, but on the weekends there is a bit of a lack of attention to detail on orders. Everyone is helpful when I go here and theres usually a seat available. I wish there was less merch in the way of the door. Parking is also a pain, a very small lot.
