The food is massively overpriced for what it is. The food tastes good, but I would eat here again. I would rather pay a similar amount for something more filling elsewhere. There drinks are enjoyable. This location isn’t too busy inside and is clean. The employees add friendly and helpful.

I was on verge of tears until I drove thru here. David and the other gentleman working on the drive thru just totally made my day. He was kind and cheerful even though you KNOW its been a busy morning, and everyone inside was happy. When I got my drink, theyd put a cute little heart on top without even knowing how much itd mean. Thank you so much for the smile, guys!!

This rating is for the Drive-Thru only. I am not sure what’s going on with this Starbucks but it has the slowest drive thru out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to. Even when there’s only three cars in it. It’s best to avoid and go to another or order ahead and pick up (inside) if this Starbucks is your only choice.

Management should teach their employees how to hand over orders and treat customers. This branch has a young blonde girl how literally throw the cookie over the table today as I was waiting for my order for more than 10 min. She did not deserve the tip that I left her when she was processing my order. I did not have time to confront here as I was talking the phone. Will never come back to that place.

Every couple mornings I see the same blond girl I believe her name is Katarina, she is the most sweetest girl I met. She brings so much joy to my mornings with her amazing personality and beautiful smile. She always greets me with a positive attitude and make sure my breakfast is perfect. I love the staff here. Always have smiles on their faces and make amazing drinks

Usually i don’t try to leave bad reviews to damage a business at any extent but man that older blonde woman that works there is just awful. I have been here several times and this lady just is the most rude and unpleasant person i’ve ever met. Countless times she makes only 1 drink out of several in a mobile order and when I stand at the bar waiting for the rest of my order she just stares at you…and then after 5 minutes pass she rolls her eyes and asks if you need anything…obviously that’s why i’m still standing here. Today was particularly horrible. She carelessly tossed the tray of 4 drinks into my car and slammed the window, no hi or anything. An entire frap went into my lap and all over my car she never came back to the window, so I just drove away…Out of the remaining drinks one was missing whip cream and no straws for any blended drinks. She needs to be fired immediately, her attitude and customer service skills are appalling.

This is the worst drive through ever! 9 out of 10 times it’s a 10 minute wait to get through the drive through. I’ve finally decided to skip this location as it’s so close to my house. Instead I wait and drive down the hill to Camarillo. In and out in just minutes.

Why is the doors always closed when I get a mobile order? It’s making waste my last 15 min break literally just waiting on a long line of other cars when it would’ve taken me 2 minutes tops to get my drink if I walked up to the door and just grabbed it. And also it’s not the first time it’s happened, as a matter of fact this happens quite often.So my proposition is that u either turn off mobile orders half an hour before closing the doors or keep the doors open if mobile orders are on.It seems to be a management issue to be honest because besides that workers are amazing and they’re doing a great job despite being understaffed.

Horrible place. This morning went to get my pre ordered food. Online it states they are open at 5 am . So I walked up to go inside and get my order. Doors were locked with no sign stating drive thru was open only, instead the staff just stares at you with their sad grouchy faces like you’re doing something wrong. So I go through the drive thru to get my food to find my drink half way full and they gave me a food bag that’s empty. Staff needs to fix their grumpy faces, if you don’t like working there then don’t work there, and corporate fix your hours of operation online

It used to be that when you went to Starbucks the coffee was burning hot🔥. The first sip was taken at your own risk. Unfortunately those days are gone. This was the second time we ordered hot coffee and it came out lukewarm. So you can imagine after a few minutes of sitting the coffee was cold😂. I usually dont like piping hot coffee, but if I wanted cold coffee, their iced coffee is really good. Unfortunately here in Southern California the temperatures are in the 40s. It really is hot coffee weather. Starbucks, the coffee is really good served hot as well as cold. Especially if hot coffee is what youre expecting.

Amazing employees who work there. Great drinks to start anytime of the day( when their open :) had one employee come check on me when he notice a weird activity going on. He asked if I was okay 👍 and let me know if anything weird activity occurs, to come get the employees that work there. He didnt have to do that. Very proud of everyone who works there. I Had a rough day and that simple of act of kindness got me to feel better.

Closing time is 8:30 for the drive thru, but apparently 7:30 for the cafe. Not a huge deal if it was posted as such, but here and on the door of the location it says 8:30. So when you drive to meet someone after work and then you get told to leave, it’s a bummer. It would be great if you could change the posted hours here and in person. Thanks

Very pleased with my experience at this Starbucks. The red headed girl naned Caitlan(I think) was very happy to take my order and gave me great customer service even though I get a very complicated drink to accommodate my health issues. she definitely deserves to be a higher status at this store and hope that they hire more people like Caitlan!

Went through the drive thru at this location. They were pretty good at making through the line. I got a Grande Pink Drink and the Turkey Pesto sandwich. It was perfect. The sandwich was nice and warm and the pick drink was the perfect cool temperature. The lady at the cash window was also super nice. You could tell that she has a great personality and was smiling. Always a plus to have smiling service! She was also patient as I figured out how to bring my rewards up on my phone.

Very good place. Large and spacious and a good place to sit and relax. The only complaint I have is one woman who works there (everyone else is super nice and rarely ever gets my drinks wrong). I think her name is Courtney or Connie. I usually dont write reviews but I have never seen somebody so rude to both myself (and even her co-workers).

I came in off the road to use the restroom and grab a drink, we had 2 hours left of our drive. We have made this location our pit stop a few times. I ordered and paid with a $100 bill and it got awkward quickly. The cashier stopped and just handed the money to a guy who started feeling the money and giving her looks. It was quiet for about 3 minutes. I asked if there was an issue (I got the $ from a bank teller so I knew it was real) to which he informed me he was testing with his fingers to see if it was real. I promptly asked why he didn’t just take out the pen. He stated “they don’t do those here.” So your going to just make it very awkward for us is a better solution. I’m aware cash is strange now, however I’ve never experienced something like this. I won’t return, and also won’t use cash anymore 😂😂 #DutchBros 🤙🏽

The drive thru is a little small, so theres usually cars lined up within the parking lot during the morning rush. This is understandable. However, this morning, I was handed a drink in the drive thru with a loose lid, which then spilled all over me and the inside of my car. I had to ask for napkins to sop up the mess, and the only offer of help I received after that was an assurance that I would not be charged for the drink and food I ordered. No apology was made. Very lackluster customer service during this incident. I most likely wont come back to this location.

Im a morning coffee guy, this place is busy to the max waiting in drive thru 10+ minutes is unacceptable. I recently started using the app to pick up mobile orders and its also waiting fiasco. Management here better start piloting some alternatives. Reason for the 3 star rating.

Probably will never come here again. Ordered the hot peach tranquility tea (hot water and a tea bag), there was a line so I knew it would be a wait. Couple mins and people after me a lady ordered and stood waiting. Then she went to complain and the barista stopped making drinks in order to help her.We all have places to be and when you walk in and see a line you should expect to wait too. This frustration led to me not even wanting to drink this tea after waiting 20 mins for it.

They arent always the fastest with a drive through AND walk up that never has no line, but they are always friendly and do their best to make each drink promptly. If you order ahead, you walk in and grab it after 4 minutes and its hardly ever longer than that.

Nothing better than an early morning overpriced breakfast purchase that ends up with a breakfast sandwich that doesnt even have the bacon cooked. Wife decides to just wait until our next stop to cook the bacon in a microwave over stopping/parking/going inside to spend who knows how much time to rectify the issue.Such a great experience, and one of many, it wasnt long ago that the chocolate croissant we bought barely had any chocolate in it, (As compared to all the ones weve had there previously), just cant wait to go back and sit in line to roll the dice again, and again, and again, like some stupid lemming. Thanks Starbucks, for getting me to drink the cool-ade over and over-when my wife wants you guys. To be clear- I never go there for myself, so Im not a complete imbecile...(I hope?!)

This has to be my go to Sbux! Superb service, great large space with a welcoming atmosphere, fun fire pit outside for iced tea and sunsets. Ruth is just amazing and I appreciate the caring she puts into my order every time. I routinely see the fire dept, sheriff and police depts hold small meetings here -- good coffee and feel safe all the while, cannot ask for more.

I always love a Starbucks. This one has a drive through. As per usual, place your order on the Starbucks app. It will make your life much easier.The is plenty of parking but if it’s raining sorry, it’s not close by.Inside it’s a a nice large space to sit and work. They have a variety of food items and they always have inventory unlike a lot of other locations that run out of stock of popular sandwiches mid morning.

Fast and friendly customer service. You can order ahead of time and pick up the order inside. Besides many varieties of coffee hot or iced, there are decaf and non-caffeine tea and cold juice options (including USDA organic, probiotic, cold-pressed juice options) and a variety of snack options. I did see at least one gluten free snack option for those who need to avoid gluten (meat and cheese snack), but Mod Pizza a couple doors down (about 20 steps away) also has gluten free custom pizza toppings for those whose dietary restrictions must be dairy free (get feta cheese instead, which is not from cows). Choice of seating in direct or indirect sunlight and dining table height or barstool height. Two unisex individually-locking bathrooms. Bathrooms do smell a bit more than some other Starbucks bathrooms. Has some outside seating that is not heated. For heated outdoor seating, there are a number of restaurants in The Oaks shopping mall in Thousand Oaks about a 15 min drive away.
