I went through the drive-through. Mind you, the store is open, and it takes the worker a while to take my order. When he does, he is rude and snappy. I just assumed he was having a bad morning. When I got to the window, he then asked what my order was, I was the only person in line.... I was happy to be gone after getting my order. BUT when I get to work and take my coffee out of the cup holder, the lid comes of instantly and VERY hot coffee spills all over my hand. Coffee cup was filled up to the brim with hot black coffee, I asked for room.. Once I clean up and start walking to my building, the cup is getting hard to carry since the heat is burning through. I have one cup in each hand. THEN the sleeve comes apart🙄...I definitely wont be back..

This place always gets drinks wrong.There are homeless drug users hanging out everywhere.The employees at this location are gangsters. Extremely rude and do not care about anything. Avoid this starbucks if you care about whats in your food and drinks.

Always get drinks here. Service depends on the person working the drive thru. Some times they are very friendly and attentive and other times they will not have any personality. But the drinks are always good.

Without a doubt every time I come to this Starbucks location the iced coffee is HORRIBLE every single time. Watered down stale old coffee is what it tastes like. The Starbucks by my work has the best tasting iced coffee but when I come here the quality is extremely poor. Do better!! Something is not being done right, stop cutting corners and make better iced coffee. I come to this location for the convenience of the drive thru but I refuse to waste any more money here. Stop being lazy and actually prepare the iced coffee the way it’s supposed to be. Stop giving good paying customers watered down old coffee. Managers if you’re reading this, please get to the bottom of why the iced coffee tastes awful every single day.

I support businesses that let their customers use their restroom. This location doesnt. I only let my adult kids go in only due to convenience, because of a giftcard. Id rather get coffee from the nearby McDonalds. No tables or chairs either with all the space they have.

This location has always been my favorite despite the terrible traffic ALL the time but lately my matcha lattes have been short. Half foam and it disperses by the time I get on the street light that it seems like I was given a tall size in a grande size.

Most of the staff is very friendly. The drive theough is superfast. Like honestly thank you guys for great service. I say most though because there is this one guy that Ive encountered in the mornings who seems like he hates working here. I worked between 10-14 hours a night in construction and I would come here in the mornings for a nice warm coffee and dude just had a negative tone to him. I thought it was just me until recently my wife told me she has been dealing with him as well and thinks the same. I think his name is trey tall skinny black dude. Word of advice buddy, if you dont like your job find another. Some of us just got off work and want to enjoy a coffee after a long night, we dont need your bad attitude to ruin it. Some people are just starting their day and dont need to feel like they wasted their money paying you for your bad service.

I ordered through the drive thru but received the wrong drink but didnt realize until I got to work, which is unfortunate because I work in LA. Not being able to call until my lunch break, I was pleased to hear that they would refund me if I can come into the store or they could re-make my drink. I spoke with Lily and just want to say thank you for making the process a breeze. :)Now, all I need to do is get my drink ~Also, just wanted to mention that all the staff here are usually pretty friendly and upbeat. Would give 0 stars if I could, some of the rudest baristas, I was being very understanding and calm and the buff guy with tattoos and beard was super rude and denied me my receipt after I asked for it more than once he kept avoiding that and instead would asking me another question. I understand it’s a stressful job but he wasn’t even following the Starbucks requirements that we as baristas we’re supposed to follow when we mess up a customer’s order. Like come on man, do better. One of which handed drinks to another customer and completely ignored me! I think the worst part was that there was but 1 car in the drive thru and 1 other person in the store. Avoid this place like the plague! Went there to get breakfast on the way out of town yesterday morning. Went through the Drive through (once you get in the drive through line there you cannot get out no matter what). There were 6 cars ahead of us. After waiting nearly 20 minutes in that line. We finally got to the order area. I could see why it was taking so long. I tried to give the person my order multiple times until I finally gave up on part of it. We get to the front window pay for everything. We get our order and the guy tells us at that point that they are out of something and would we like something different. There was no menu and I had already wasted more time there than I had cared too so I just asked for my money back and left. Have been ordering online recently through uber eats. A little disappointing that the menu varies daily and not everything is included. At times I can order a basic hot chocolate and the next day the item is not on the menu anyone. My double chocolate chip frap is a hit and miss as well. Wish there was full menu and more consistency

Today I went there and the drive thru Cashier made my day ! I vented about being tired and what not and all she showed me was compassion and kindness! I appreciate the great customer service I get there all the time but the cashier that served me today wasn’t just doing her job she also showed me that there are still kind people out there ! Especially for being a Starbucks, the mini Starbucks that I have visited the attendants are usually rude pompous and obnoxious. They have the air of coffee beans being stuck with the sun dont shine. We got our order no problem then my mother ordered a tea and waited over 10 minutes while others after her were all getting their orders that came after her, and had eventually ask about her order for them to resolve the problem. They told her they ran out of cups for the size she ordered after waiting and asked. Then they finally gave it to her in 2 cups. No refund or any other accommodations.

As far as the interior and service... Great!! Just wish they wouldve made the location solely for them. Very small corner shopping center, drive thru tends to be full every morning so itll interrupt access to parking lot if available. If you manage to go walking or during late afternoon, it is a nice quiet indoor area for work or relaxation.

Extremely rude at staff. There was 4 of us cars in the drive-through and apparently they closed there was no cone put at the beginning of the drive-through for any way for the cars to know so the staff decided to just completely ignore the cars. After waiting for 5 minutes at the speaker to place my order I proceed to the window and realized as soon as I get there that their hours are closed 10 minutes earlier. I tried to get the staffs attention to let them know there were other cars waiting in line to place an order so they could go have a conversation with them or put signage or a cone at the beginning of the drive thru. One worker mopping the flloors shows me the cut throat symbol while the others ignored me. I then again tried to motion and mouth that there were people behind me. he comes up all the way to the window points at the sign with a hours and walks away turns his back to me it would have been as simple as opening the glass window and have a conversation with me especially when I was clearly mouthing something to him but he couldnt be bothered. Im a hospitality general manager and manager of this store you have a problem at your store i would look at that

What a wonderful Starbucks. Nadia is such a happy girl who made my drinks. Great attitude. Kyle took my order. Really good with customer service & took my order with a proper Starbucks greeting and a smile. All the employees were in a good mood and happy even though they were working on a Holiday. This is a nice Starbucks. Shame that everyone wants to write bad reviews because they had to wait in the drive through. They expect instant service but forget that the 5 people in front of them in the drive through ordered a Double Mocha Caramel Crème Frappuccino Latte with extra Caramel and 4 shots of espresso and yes do not forget the whip cream on top. Do you bring a laptop to work? Need to charge your device? Good luck. The center table has no outlets. There are wireless charging pads that are not active anymore. There are only two spots in the entire store to charge, but those two tables are ALWAYS taken....seriously, the moment someone stands and starts packing, theres already someone asking if theyre leaving. There are electrical face plates all over the place, but theyre all blank with no outlet to plug in. Ive never seen a more useless Starbucks.The floors need a mopping badly, windows have hand-marks from kids all over the place. Just dont come here if you need to do work, or desire to be in a place that hasnt seen a cleaning in hours. Never coming here again.The staff was very nice though.

Its extremely busy in the mornings and afternoons so be prepared to wait a while for coffee. You could always order it through the app, the down side parking is extremely limited. Usually orders are fulfilled within reasonable amount of time. My only complaint, NOT all drinks are listed on their drive thru menu which unfortunately makes it difficult to choose something else when drinks go out of season! When I asked the barista for suggestions he showed very little interest in suggesting anything but a cold brew iced coffee. That was disappointing. Other than that most baristas at this location are friendly and helpful.

I visited this place at 6:30am. I was the only one in the store. I never heard my ordered being called out and after sometime had passed, I walked up to the counter and asked about my order. The clerk had it on the counter and told me she had a sore throat and couldnt call my order out. That being said, I was the only one in the store, she could have brought it or simply have someone else call the order out. Having a customer simply waiting until they figured it out is not great customer service.

Staff is great, service is what youd expect. I had to meet an employee here. The drive thru clogs the entire parking lot so its difficult and a battle to get a spot. Solution? Park on the street and walk 1/10 of a mile, but not on Mondays, street sweeping.On top of that there seemed to be 2 or 3 locals lurking in front of the store. Clearly not buying anything. And I got the vibe if we had just stayed a little longer the lurkers would have hit us up for cash.

The store itself was perfectly fine but I had two big issues with it. One is the entrance to the lot / drive thru which was inconveniant at best. The second is the surrounding area is a mess, every time we went through the drive thru we could notice needles in the bushes. The inside was perfectly fine but it just stuck out in our minds how we saw not just once but multiple times over months different needles left behind in their bushes. You can most likely go through without noticing but once you know to look its tough not to while stuck in line.

Every time I come to this location all the employees are rude unapproachable unfriendly they dont know how to greet or acknowledge you as youre in the line waiting on service. Last night I get to this location order 4 different drinks 2 venti coffees and 1 grande as I go to pick up my venti coffee I notice that the cup feels extremely light so I open my cup to find it half full. So I go back into the store with my drinks and as I am walking into the Starbucks I can see the cashier rolling her eyes and already starting to have an attitude. I walk up to the counter and tell the cashier that I was just in the drive thru and I noticed that my drinks are half full can I please have them remade. She said okay with the smartest attitude like I was bothering her she never not once apologized to me. I asked to speak to the manager and she said thats not gonna happen since the manager is not here tonight so I asked her if there was a supervisor or shift lead I could speak to. She walks away to go into the office to get the supervisor as I am waiting for my drinks to be remade I see the supervisor come out of the office and tell an other employee something and walks back into the office. I wasnt able to speak with the supervisor since she didnt feel the need to come out to the front of the store to address the issue I was having. Then another employee comes over and asked me what happened so I explained the story again so he told the girl to refund me my money which they did.when I asked the girl if I was still going to get my stars for my purchase she told me yeah no thats not gonna happen. I asked her why and she told me well because you didnt pay for the drinks! i told her well I did and now Im back because you guys didnt give me full cups of coffee. She told me well now your getting free coffee so what more do you want! She said the only way I can get my stars is if I repurchase the drinks. This is the way this location treats their VIP gold members.... to the management and area manager for this location I hope that you all can fix this issue and have a long talk with Bree about the meaning of true customer service and how she should have handled this situation better and to the supervisor that was on duty that night who hide in the office 1/6/17 was my visit date around 8pm. I really wish I didnt have to give a star since my experiences have all been horrible I rather drive 15mins out of my way than drive around the corner to get my coffee from here!

Slowest Starbucks drive thru EVER. All the time everyday. I try to avoid this location, but sometimes its so convenient, but they never disappoint me with the looonnnggest wait times. And Ive had more than enough time to write this review while waiting for my chai tea latte.Edit: After I wrote the review, I finally got my chai tea latte. The guy at the window was pretty nice. Unfortunately tho, my tea tastes like coffee. A waste of $5. Im not going back. Lesson learned to taste my drink before I leave the window!

Pretty tiny, parking is usually a nightmare, but it has a drive thru. Sometimes they get overwhelmed with orders (like they did this afternoon) and it can be torturous. Out of basically everything. W/O drive thru it would be avoid--with its 2star. Neighborhood is underserved.

She was very rude, un helpful, and on top of everything i still had to pull to the side to wait an extra 10 minutes for my drink on top of the 15 minutes i spent waiting before Dana even acknowledged i was at the window. This is by far the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. Most of the baristas are not nice at all. They all seem mad, and their service is super slow. it takes them about 10min to make a Coffee Misto. I worked at Starbucks for awhile and I was super nice to the customers even if Im having a bad day. The starbucks itself looks very clean and it is in a good location but the baristas should improve their customer service skills and their speed in making drinks. Advice to customers heading to this location, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALOT OF TIME AND PATIENCE.

They have put me out several times because once I we my grocery shopping and they told me my bags were a security Hazard. The other times I had luggage and they refused to provide service to me. I was handed Muslim literature so many times while in there minding my own business. Was told to leave because I hadnt purchased anything and when I pulled out money to pay they gave me a lecture about me still having to leave, for no good reason. I have such a horrible time here that they really need to be secret shopped by a African-American person because they have no problem showing their racist, prejudice, discriminatory attitude!

I would normally have given this Starbucks a five star rating, but this last trip was not quite like I expected it to be. I went in and gave the barista my order of a tall hot tea. They were completely out of any decaffeinated teas and only had a few packets of English gray tea. I had mentioned to the barista if they possibly had any in the back. The barista mightve had a long day because it took a couple of questions after till the barista said that they were not going to have any teas until the following business day. They normally offer different alternatives, but this experience seemed like an inconvinience to them.

I love this Starbucks. . . .for the most part. The girls in the evening and the guys during the week make the best drinks. I always get an iced chai tea latte or something super caffeinated and sweet and creamy. Sometimes, the birthday cake pops run out which meh bc my son loves them. Sometimes it can be a little expensive but you can download the app and get points which result in free drinks. Everyone is always really nice and they will answer your questions for vegan and low carb options if you need ;)

Best to only use the drive-thru here :(sometimes when the drive-thru line is too long, I go inside to order, but for the past 2 times Ive done that, theyve lost my order.It took 15 minutes of waiting by the counter until I had to ask about my order, which I was glad the cashier made it right away.
