After ripping into my egg white bites and downing my grande iced americano, I took a company wide zoom call from the outdoor patio here. I was a tad nervous as you never know how wifi will be at coffee shops, but this was lowkey better than my wifi at home. My head nods, subtle laughs while on mute to show Im engaged, and the 30 seconds where I actually had to talk were all peak Zoom performance.The egg white bites were surprisingly delicious, but $5.25 for 2 is CRAZY work. You can get them at Costco for $2.83. Price gouging at its finest... but thats really not this locations fault, sometimes I just gotta vent.The employees were actually hella nice and seemed happy to be there. One of them even informed me I had enough points to cover the egg bites, so shout out to him. I wouldve had no idea.This really was one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Must have just been remodeled, as the floors were squeaky clean, the interior is beautiful, and they have a digital board with order status for ones in progress and received. Arrived here at 5:30am for some go juice and the lady was very warm and welcoming. I was expecting employees who were upset I was coming in so early as they were still putting some stuff out to get ready for the day, but all I got were smiles! And the atmosphere was cute. I’d sit and study in there or take my mom here for a coffee date. Thanks!

CONTRIBUTING to Starbucks profit...This one is closed to COSTCO and like Starbucks everywhere, it aint cheap. Going to Starbucks is a lifestyle statement and an expensive habit if one were to visit daily. Thats just my honest opinion.Came for a muffin and 2 tiny bite sized veggie egg white whatever and thats over $7, still hungry.

The customer service was good and my vanilla latte was perfect. But the store was dirty. There was trash and crumbs on the floor and it looked like the tables had not been wiped down all day. I went to get a napkin at the sugar and cream station and the trash bins were filled to the top and it was a mess.

Be prepared to wait. Saturday is very busy. Staff was working diligently to get the orders out as fast as possible. Recommend you order ahead of time. That way you can just walk in and your on your way

I spent a month and a half in Carlsbad, California. The Starbucks was just around the corner in a crazy Costco parking lot. About a week in, as i waited behind two cute grandmother types at the register who were not quite sure what to order or which tumbler to buy. I was enjoying the bit of confusion between oat or cow milk (oat was triumphant) when, to my surprise, over the glass comes my Chai ti latte with a huge smile, she says Kevin I have Ginas Frappuccino in the blender Ill have it ready for you in a jiff. She knew my name, my wifes name. She only came in with me once. I was shocked to have such a wonderful personal service (most Starbucks have great service), but in a week, knowing my wifes and my name are drinks and with such a smile. When I got to the register, Xavier said good morning, and Kevin would like anything else. They all knew my name, my drinks, and how to make my day. Over the rest of the time I spent in Carlsbad, the buristas became the best part of my day.You must stop by if youre in the neighborhood and tell Xavier Kevin says hi 👋

This Starbucks is bottom of the barrel. The store is visibly dirty (it was not busy). Our drinks were so-so. If Starbucks plans to continue charging outrageous prices then Starbucks needs to do better; consistent drinks, service & atmosphere. We have been to Starbucks all over the country, and easily this location is the most disappointing.

What do u get for $2.95 at Starbucks. Hmm an insensitive gal at cash register who can’t pour a pike roast and instead wants an already overloaded barista to do it. Wanna get better - learn to do it yourself. Ask for feedback - others can assess hard to admit skill sets.

Usual Starbucks experience. Friendly and they were going through orders quickly. They had a number of very large orders ahead of me so took a little longer than usual, but the delay was easy to understand with the sheer volume of app orders sitting on the counter. My order was completed correctly, and did not hear any complaints from others waiting on there orders.

As far as Starbucks go Id say I quite like this particular store! They recently reopened to the public and they were more than prepared!You dont go into the store and instead use the app to place your order and then an employee will walk it out to you.I was picking up food from somewhere else in the shopping center and decided to pop over to get a coffee, not knowing this was the first day they had reopened. The lady who was walking the drinks out was explaining to everyone how the system works now. Because it was the first day she was taking orders to people who walked up, and they had pamphlets out explaining how ordering works now along with hand sanitizer.However I wanted to order on the app as to not be the only person waiting who didnt get my drink that route. After placing my order the app wasnt letting me select the store so I did end up having to order by telling the lady (I know- it would have saved much more time to just have done that in the first place 😂) my order verbally. I kept apologizing because I felt bad but she was very sweet about it and I was extremely happy with my experience.Of course the drink was delicious as always too. 5 stars for great service 🖤

Ok this Carlsbad Starbucks is my first five star location because it opens at 430 am and sits square next to a Costco gas station, also open early, which carries gas that is at least fifty cents a gallon cheaper then the nearest competitor. This means I can buy breakfast at Starbucks with the five dollars I save filling the tank of my Prius!So if I come hear and need to fill up, the coffee is free! That is the perfect Starbucks location!

I love love love the staff at this location! However, my drinks have been so bland and yucky the past couple times I came in… I don’t ask for new ones because they’re so busy and I assume already stressed but I’ve been disappointed lately…I got a venti iced matcha latte with oat milk and it tastes like straight oat milk with absolutely nothing else, also my iced white mocha latte didn’t even taste like one, iced americano was disgusting… always out of my favorite breakfast sandwiches 🥲

Lately Starbucks has been a place of refuge..a place to be greated by masked faces and smiling eyes.. a hot tea and latte on a pit stop of a road trip..a decaf on an early morning in a new city.. a quick snack and icy drink on a hot day of running errands. This place and the employees were just that. Friendly, lighthearted moment on an early morning before hitting the road back home. The best start to a day is joy. Thank you.

Very busy Starbucks as it’s in Costco parking lot next to some food places, bank, nail salon. Parking is hard to find most mornings and afternoons when Costco is it’s busiest. Nice outdoor seating and friendly staff.

The person making the drinks at 4:45 pm acted like he as mad and look like it to. After he finished a drink he would just set it down and not call out names. Drinks sat there until the customers realized they were there. He did not say thank you or anything. I have never experienced this at a Starbucks before. I hope the manger sees this. I go to this Starbucks every morning. I work at the Costco right next door. The manager and most of the employees are awesome except for one the baristas, Taylor, she is so rude! Everytime she makes my drink it taste different. It’s only 3/4s of the way full. I’ve called cooperate a few times and so have some of my Costco coworkers. Interaction with customers doesn’t last longer than 60 seconds at Starbucks, how hard is it to be nice and make drinks correctly?

I go here all the time, and the staff is super friendly and on top of it. Came in New Years Eve, today, and whoever was making the drinks (ive never even seen her there) should NOT be in the service industry. She was rude. I could go on and on about her HORRIBLE attitude. Theres nothing special about Starbucks. They have their standard drinks, which everybody seems to love, myself included. Having said that though they do put a lot of sugar and all of their drinks to get you to come back. Even their tea bags that they use their contain sugar, that Starbucks has put in just so that they can get you hooked. Having said that, I do like some of their breakfast sandwiches, and their eggs. I also like the mobile app, that lets you pre-order.

Service is very slow. This morning it took 17 minutes to get a warmed up blueberry muffin and bagel with cream cheese. My coffee was half gone and already cooled by the time we had our muffin and bagel.The servers were barely audible when they called names for orders that were ready... you would have thought it was supposed to be a secret that your order was ready!

Dont ever go there if you are in a hurry and ypu placed an order pickup. The app told me my order was ready but instead took them 10 minutes to give me my entire order. First they dont have the classic order pickup tray that they have in most locations, you actually have to ask the barista for your stuff and if they are busy that would take a bit. Then when I ask for my warmed up sandwich they were heating this big in store order & had to wait like 5 sandwiches before mine (I mean I get it but in other locations they give mobile orders a faster service). Third item was sold out at this point I exchange it for something cheaper and I was already late to work. Have to say if you are not in a hurry and your gonna order in store your good to go.

I was at the counter asking for my drink and the tall blonde hair woman IGORED me as I was asking where my drink was, when I asked she rolled her eyes and pointed to it after 3 times of asking. I walked in with a group of 7 girls at 8:26 pm on a friday night and only the first 2 people of our group were helped with an order.. after those 2 were checked out the cashier told the rest of us in line that she cannot take our orders bc she is now closed and cannot open her register. There were other customers also walking in and were denied service. The girls working at the register were rude and it was very unprofessional how we were all turned down even though we walked in before closing time. Our group was visiting california and on vacation from georgia. Really bad service and horrible employees. I would recommend going to the Starbucks 5 mins down the road at the outlet mall shopping center.

So, I walk into this Starbucks for a venti iced green tea latte. From what I can see, they arent terribly busy (at least compared to other Starbucks Ive been to) and I was able to place my order relatively quickly. I wait for a few minutes (Im just goofing off on my phone, not really paying attention) and my name is called. The gentleman who took my order is holding my ersatz green tea latte in his hand. I can see that its milk on the bottom, a layer of ice, and dry green powder sitting on top. Im not so foolish as to think that they are drying green tea leaves out back and mixing the ingredients by hand, but I am also not expecting this kind of IKEA make-it-yourself product either. The gentleman gives it a half-hearted swirl and then hands it to me. I undo the lid and try to mix in the green powder with my straw, but if youre at all familiar with trying to dissolve a solid in a cold liquid, you know Im not having the best luck. I turn to the barista and ask, Can you mix this for me, please? I foolishly assume she will pour the contents into one of those faux cocktail mixers they use for other drinks, but instead, she grabs a wooden coffee stirrer and begins to try and mix the green tea powder into the cold milk. Seriously? I know Starbucks isnt paying these people $25 an hour with full benefits and a 401K, but this isnt rocket science.
