Honestly one of the more run down looking Starbucks I’ve been to. The coffee was good and the sandwich was as good as anywhere else.The staff was super friendly, that I will say.

I am an Uber eats driver.Frappacino Chip Chocolate.More ice yhan coffee. Too late, ten minutes later to shop again and they said they would have to charge the fiull amount again. I have learned that the customer is aleaysvforst.

At op Blvd in Santa Monica Gabriella’s kindness went over and above. The patron behind me was extremely rude to me for asking a question instead of fast ordering. While I waited for my order Gabriella called mw over, apologized for the rude patron and I now am so happy for the rest of my day. Thank you Gabriella!!!

Santa Monica is the most inhospitable city I have ever visited. There are NO outlets in the coffee shops. The employees explained that it is because of the unhoused population. I think Starbucks thought this was an understandable concept for its customers but it’s actually pretty gross. This was the second location I visited in the area while here. The employees here are amazing and accommodating. I wish Starbucks had the same ethics as their employees.

By far the worst SB this side of downtown. I stopped going there and came back after a year, and they managed to get my order wrong yet again. Its as if they grabbed some old coffee off the heater rather than brewing fresh, and it wasnt even the right roast. Im going back to Petes, they have better coffee and better service.

Chanell was one of the most helpful baristas she directed my blind wife to the table brought our order to us we were having issues today with payment due to card and she bought us and our three year-old son a breakfast burrito and croissant she truly went above and beyond and brought my legally blind wife to tears with her generosity she deserve to be recognized for her generosity and excellent customer service this was the first Starbucks I have visited since moving to California

Jasmine and the team at this Starbucks are the nicest and hardest working Starbucks team members I have ever seen. Jasmine often is handling a good sized crowd with amazing kindness, speed, accuracy, and phenomenal service often with just one co worker!!! My favorite local store!!!

Starbucks in the very nice Ocean Park neighborhood of Santa Monica across from the airport and business park.The atmosphere is really nice and its located in a great little shopping center.Staff is friendly and professional. I subtract one star for shorter than average hours and smaller seating area.

Used to be great before covid. i was a daily regular for years., knew all baristas, bought baby gifts for, and even knew regional manager by site, BUT the new manager is confrontational and overly defensive to all male customers who have any issues with mismanaged service. She has banned multiple over 55 long time male customers for what appear to be only her concerns of what others would consider appropriate situational behavior. something very wrong at this branch this last year.

Something just doesnt click at this small Starbucks. Friendly staff makes the experience painless but its awkward that the coffee pickup area is right near the door where everyone comes in. You just feel like youre always in someones way whether you are entering to order, standing there to receive your drink, or making your way out the door. Plenty of outside seating but its not a relaxing indoor setting.

This was a great place to just relax and get a coffee. They have enough charging areas to charge your electronics. However, thats exactly why I say enough, because its actually quite small and can get very over crowded quickly.

Great customer service by the seasoned employees. Some.of the new baristas take na while getting the drinks out but its well worth the wait. I highly recommend asking If the manager Monica is in. Shell make your drink right everytime and get it to you quickly. Remember to tip.

Decent. you always know what youre going to get at a Starbucks, this location is no different. can be crazy busy at breakfast and lunch when the people from all the surrounding businesses are out and about. Pretty much a ghost town at night.

The google doesnt let me know which Starbucks this is. The corporate stores are basically all the same. OK coffee. OK good, breakfast sandwiches like MacDonalds but better cheese, better ham, but still cold and microwaved so it is not as better as the I gredients might make it.And the espresso drink quality is so random. The barristas have no control. It is all about how the machine happens to be set. And sometimes they steam milk right and mostly not. I dont get flavor and sugar so I can taste the differences. Your milage may vary.

Nice Starbucks with two little nooks that are a little more remote and nice for a few minutes away from it all( if you can get them) Parking is usually good(meters, free in rear and underground parking garage) except during lunchtime when it might become challenging.
