Staff was so friendly. I went there because I need to pull an all nighter for school. Had no clue what to get. Don’t really like coffee and she made my coffee taste like a cinnamon toast crunch. One of the friendliest and sweetest person I’ve ever encountered in customer service. Just wish I knew her name so I could thank her properly.

After a recent unpleasant experience at a different store this was nothing short of a breath of fresh air.We opted for a mobile order this time and the drinks were made promptly and properly.The staff are always hustling in any Starbucks store, but sometimes that comes at the expense of a less-friendly experience. That wasnt the case in this store. They took the few seconds needed to make me feel valued as a customer.

So I go to Starbucks every single day. And I ask for bacon egg bites double toasted please. Because they are really mushy if they arent double toasted. Ive had workers who agree with me on this. So I go today and I ask for double toasted. The first ones were not double toasted so I politely ask can u toast them more. He said no cus youve handled them. I just pulled them out and looked to make sure the were right. He goes I have some here Ill toast. He comes back and said here. Mind u I go here every day and this is unnecessary. The first ones are clearly not double toasted and the 2nd ones are burnt and he was straight rude to me. I know how its supposed to be. I go every day and get the same thing. Its Easter and thats how I get to wake up today. Never had any bad experiences at Starbucks till now.

This is the most convenient for me to visit and I still go elsewhere. The staff is fine, not nasty nor friendly. The biggest downside is that one of them has a friend that hangs out at the tables outside smoking and reading books. Stinks up the whole area and is there quite literally all day every day. I have never been to any of the shops in this area and not seen him sitting out front SB smoking.

I get basically the same thing every time i go. Caramel frap with coconut milk. Tell me why, sometimes, i receive it with caramel dripped down the sides with caramel on top of whipped cream, and sometimes it is just the drink with no caramel anywhere to be seen?? Ill have to pay closer attention to see if it’s the barista or the store itself.

This location has not gotten an order right in almost a year. And lately, theyve been missing requests for milk substitutions; if youre lactose intolerant WATCH OUT!Id give 1 star but I feel bad for the folks who work here, they seem to be consistently understaffed, overworked, and underresourced; often working so hard to fulfill orders they dont even see people walk in and stand at the register, and in such a high traffic area Ive also seen some really awful customers treat employees horribly; I dont balme them for hiding behind the wall. Ive often been told we ran out of that item a few hours ago but weve been too busy to update the system. Ive NEVER had a mobile order ready on the time projected by the app, and ordering something like a Chai latte and a bagel in-person can take upwards of 15 minutes because of all the mobile orders. I think this location is trying to complete such a high quantity of orders that the quality of fulfillment has plummeted. Id rather have a longer wait and get what I ordered. I hope Starbucks can find a way to help this location.

This place has gone from a 5 star shop to a 1.5 stars in matter of a couple years. Ever since they remodeled it and got all new staff it went downhill. Coffee now ranges from mediocre to good. HORRIBLE customer service, rude baristas & cashiers 9 times out of 10. Constantly get the orders wrong. Unattentive. Not impressed. Disappointed

My favorite Starbucks! Everyone is always super nice here and ask how’s your day going. They always have my mobile order ready on time and if you have an issue with your order they take care of it for you.Little hard to navigate the parking lot because it’s so small but if you do the mobile order you can park a little bit away from it and it’s much easier than setting in the line and waiting.

Place is a mess. Always a lot of people standing around inside waiting for drinks and it takes forever to service people inside. They seem to greatly prioritize the drive through.I placed a mobile order and was being patient due to the volume of people inside and 20 minutes after my pick-up time I decided to check on my order at the counter. Turns out they didn’t make my order because they were out of pistachio sauce and didn’t find any way to communicate it to me. So 30 minutes after my pick up time I finally got my drink.Another mobile order was placed and they were out of another sauce and went ahead and made my order anyways (better than waiting 20 minutes) and then offered me another sauce on the side. Not sure what I would do with sauce on the side when they could have easily just put it in the drink.Finally, a 3rd mobile order was 20 minutes past pickup time and when the inside cleared out I checked with the counter and they didn’t even have my order. I did confirm it was to the correct store. I showed my order to the barista and they made it but they made it the wrong size and missing the sauce. Barista was rude when I told her the order she remade for me was wrong.While I was waiting they told three other people they didn’t have various ingredients for their orders. Seems like poor inventory management when other stores in the area have those ingredients.I tried to be understanding but continual issues show that there’s a problem with this store.

This is a Starbucks location. Has all the things you might expect from Starbucks, has a nice drive through, and has a solid indoor space for ordering and sitting down. The staff here were friendly, and got to us as quickly as they could. Feels like they are well staffed for both drive-thru and indoor operations. The drinks were made exactly as I would have expected them to be, and I enjoyed what I received!

Ever since Covid, this place has gone down hill. Used to be quick and make consistent drinks. Now rude and every time I order, my drink is terrible and they always blame Covid for their lack of customer service skills and barista skills. They just need to close the lobby and stick to drive thru so they don’t have to interact with other people. Lazy employees is a result of lazy leadership. When I go to get my morning coffee, it should be a positive start to my day, instead I leave annoyed and frustrated with a poor quality beverage.

This location goes above and beyond for customers. I live nearby and get almost the same thing every time (2 venti vanilla oat milk lattes with half vanilla) and they have never mixed up the milk or taken more than a few minutes. Sometimes I will venture into new territory and they are happy to help me come up with a good combination of flavors. They always seem organized and on top of all the orders, especially amidst their screen being broken before. Give this whole store a raise because in the many times Ive been and with the many demanding orders Ive heard, theyre always kind, efficient, and organized.

Oh my gosh this is the best Starbucks I have ever been in!!!! I will be emailing the manager as well. Every young lady that is in this store right this minute is amazing!! Kind, helpful, and very patient!!! Three out of the four welcomed me when I walked in and all made eye contact and smiled at me!! WOW!!!!! My drinks were perfect!! Not messy and they actually took the time to make them not just throwing everything together and throwing it in a cup. And I learned how to order my coffee just the way I like it!!!

THATS THE POINT OF THE CUP... NOT A $.10 DISCOUNT. ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND WAS TOLD NONE WERE WORKING, AND THEY DID NOT KNOW WHEN EDDIE WAS WORKING AGAIN.I gave them my personal cup, didnt get my discount or the bonus stars that apply for using a personal cup. I love my Starbucks coffee however I hate that this time the cup was so full and bent that when I grabbed the cup the lid popped off and flaming hot coffee burned my fingers and hand. The picture is from 3 days after the coffee burned me. My skin is now peeling off in my ring finger. If you get coffee from here be sure to double check you cup is not bent and that the coffee is not so full it pushes the lid off. The egg white bites were tasty and not flaming hot maybe Ill skip coffee next time.

I walk in and purchase tea. I ended up waiting 20 minutes, watching everyone come in and pick up online or go through drive through. I walk up after the 20 minutes and ask how long it’s going to take until it’s ready. I see the worker go back, get the cup, put the order ticket on and say they are now working on it and it would be ready in 5 minutes. So I walk out. I’m upset because of the clear choice to make online orders and drive through orders, before the ones who actually walked in.

The redesign is a total bust! Thought the 2 week closure for construction was to build a cool lounge area or something, but they actually made it worse. Its a simple counter and waiting area. I ordered my drink, stepped outside for less than 10 minutes to talk to someone and when I returned it seemed they had thrown out my drink. I asked one of the baristas if my order was ready yet and he immediately made up for it by making a new one. Thanks dude! 4/5 stars for the cool service! Otherwise, this Starbucks is a typical Starbucks with all the usual amenities. The peppermint mocha was pretty decent but Id return if I was ever in the neighborhood.

The drink was ok.my biggest complaint was the speed in which the whole process took. I arrived at 6:50am on a Saturday morning and I had one person in front of me in line. The drive thru had one car. I didnt get out of Starbucks until 7:08am with my ice coffee and creamer. A lot of standing around by the staff.🤷🏻‍♂️

Starbucks has really gone down hill with there customer service and the drink quality isnt actually quality. The Starbucks Yes culture has become yes if you do it how we suggest. This Starbucks location is one of many who have a surplus of employees but cant actually give you what you want. If a customer asks for certain type of coffee that is supposed to be brewed till 1130 am then you make sure that customer that came at 1030 gets what they ask for. Its not an unreasonable request. This location gets a 1star because this is only one of many times and asking a Starbucks barista to do anything a barista would do will get you and eye role followed by an eye roll. Im tired of asking over and over again.

Visited this Bolsa Chica and Heil location for the first time the other week and was helped by a young girl named Lucy.
