While I have never had a negative experience with any Starbucks, this store, #66657 is AMAZING! Love the staff here! Always so welcoming, happy, friendly and professional! So worth the extra 15 minutes out of my way to work for the experience here! Keep up the great work!

Normally this Starbucks is fine, but the drive thru guy was so rude and never even said Hi. When I got the window he just told me total and took my card and then handed me my drink, I told him I had two drinks and then he gave me the other. No pleasantries or anything, super odd and off putting. Everyone there seemed highly annoyed and like they did not want to work there

I recently visited the Starbucks drive-thru and had an exceptional experience thanks to Breanna. Her friendly demeanor and efficient service made my visit delightful. She took the time to recommend a new drink, ensuring I left with a smile. Breanna’s positive attitude truly elevated my Starbucks experience.

Luke is the best. So enthusiastic and kind. He’s the kind of cashier every Starbucks needs. Thank you for your services and I will be coming back. The driveway is so clean. We came through the drive thru this evening and it wasn’t crowded. I got the ham & Swiss croissant 🥐 with a birthday cake pop. My boyfriend got 1/2 coffee.

Not very friendly… not many chairs. Suggest only using the drive through as they don’t seem to really want folks inside.

I love this location and always have a great experience but I will say weirdly enough today the girl working the to go window TIPPED HERSELF before charging me. I had every intention of leaving a tip but to have an employee do it without consent felt weird as hell. Just a warning if you go through the drive thru to remember your total before you pay. I’m a server and totally respect tip culture but you don’t get to make that choice for people.

Don’t know what kind of attitude possess the person that made my food but they seem angry to be at work. The other young lady at the drink making station had a snooty attitude when the other young lady ask if they had some thing that I requested. Overall, the experience was OK but attitude may need to be adjusted.

Flavio, who’s working there don’t even know how to make right coffee. Still confuse about coffee temperature. This guy need education. I’ve own many restaurants and never heard any joke about coffee temperature with this guy.

So it’s finally open. Yess! Staff are very welcoming :) Unfortunately P. Spice Latte was not hot enough. Needs to be warmer. Will ask server to heat up more next time and use half the sugar. Have not tried other drinks here.
