I recently started ordering from this location using door dash! I am extremely pleased with the service and quality of my drinks! Whoever the bar barista is today needs a raise please! Not only is the drink on point, but they took the time to say thank you to me! 💞Its the little things that make someones day! 🌞Great job team Starbucks! 💞

Was there 2nd and 3rd week of June last year for first time and really liked this location. Service, food was good and store was clean including bano. Fun sitting out front watching people go by drinking my pineapple refresher (water, no inclusions). Temp that time got up to 106 so was still nice sitting out front for a while. Air conditioning was nice though too strong if sitting along the windows under the blower. Probably could save money if they turned it down a bit.

This Starbucks has always been a good Starbucks. It’s centrally located, near all the shops and Has great parking facilities at the back. There is a little courtyard to sit outside when the weather is good, and it also has plenty of tables inside as well. The bathrooms are fairly clean too and the staff are friendly.

I dont normally go to Starbucks but my friends and I went today and it was good. The customer service was good and fast. The store was neat, clean, and set up really well to meet the Covid requirement. Of course the snacks were tasty.

This location was on Palm Desert, CA...in early March. Nicely located store, very organized, covid protocols in place with with health safety screens at the BARISTA cashier stands. Staff was very attentive, courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. My drinks were made perfect, so was my husbands beverage, who was very particular. The only gesture missed was an upsell to make my experience complete as i couldve tried a pastry to complement my drink. Will be my definite stop while we here in town & in the future.

Its located in a great spot on Paseo with great service. The reason it gets such a low rating has to do with retirement mafia that grabs all the outdoor seating and sits there all morning. Not only do the same people grab all the seats every morning but they are very loud making it impossible to have a conversation. I now go to the coffee bean located one block further down on Paseo.

It depends on which one you go to, some baristas do better than others as with everything but overall the drinks are the best part of my morning. Especially a Pumpkin spice latte (made with almond milk with a splash of vanilla sweet cream.)

Really saddened by the customer service here. Not greeted when we walked in, waited forever for our drinks while all the girls were chatting with each other. When I saw another customer complain about something, after she turned around one of the employees very obviously called her a b**** . My drink was supposed to be oak milk and definitely wasn’t since my stomach exploded after. Just shocked this would happen at a nice place like El Paseo.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for 5 years and have never been disappointed. The customer service is what I expect from a Starbucks, but they even go above and beyond that! I am always greeted so nicely by the whole team. Every single employee has the best customer service and always so sweet to me. They help start off my mornings right, and on top of that they make the best drinks and always get my order correct and on point every time! The best Starbucks and team I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks! I hope the company recognizes and appreciates they’re work, because it really makes a difference! I like this location…. Very central to Palm Desert and usually lots of parking out the back or across the road. It has a great sitting area at the front to watch the world go by….1st Friday of every month they are the classic cars drive up and down el Paseo so get there early…. Great time to Take the kids

Like the Starbucks overall. Sometimes orders get lost, but that happens in busier places. Recently, though, I had an unpleasant experience so wont be returning to this particular store. One day last week, they opened late. I was there at opening time and waited ten minutes for one of the employees to take ten seconds to explain when they would open. There was no sign in the door and neither of the employees did come to the door. Today, when I asked if this could be handled differently, the response was basically roundabout with no apology. When I returned to my table with a view of the counter, I saw a conversation between employees that looked to be about me and my comment. No - the customer is not the problem if, after months of loyal patronage, he makes a small criticism. This is both defensive and childish.

As Starbucks go, only fair service and staff that seemed a bit too busy to take time for their customers. 5 staff behind the corner that never looked up or out. 10 minutes for my order to be taken (coffee!) And then about 4 minutes before I was able to use my app to pay and get on with it. Saying that though, I need to add that my expectations for Starbucks are high. This one store left short. Definitely not the norm.

This was my first time at that Starbucks and I was rudely served for not being in the right “place” there’s two cashiers and they have it set up for only one lane to be open, this is the only Starbucks that doesn’t have staff greet you and inform you where the line starts if they have their own personal adjustments. This is the first time I have ever not been welcomed at a Starbucks and will definitely be my last visit to this Starbucks. I hope for new customers to not have to deal with terrible service and horrible attitudeds.(Would definitely rate this Starbucks place lower than one star)

Awesome and excellent service! I love the staff. They are always accommodating and friendly. They treat you, as they should, as a valued customer. I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks on El Paseo. Also, I love the fact this Starbucks is a evening cafe. So, if you want a great glass of Justin cabernet from Paso Robles or delicious dinner appetizer, this place is for you. Enjoy!

I went to this Starbucks today to get a coffee and buy a juice for my 1 year old who was having a meltdown. The baristas were so kind and patient. There was an unhappy man who was staring at my son and I because of my son’s crying to the point where it made me feel so uncomfortable I grabbed our drinks, my son, and walked out. One of the baristas then proceeded to run out to us and handed me one of the Peter rabbit apple sauces for my son. Just this little act of kindness made me feel such a sense of relief. Thank you to these Starbucks baristas. Thank you so much.

In spite what you might be tempted to think, not all Starbucks are created equal. The staff here are friendly and responsive, and sitting out on the patio in the shade of the big umbrellas overlooking El Paseo is well worth the price of admission, for people watching and way more than a few exotic cars.

For 3 years I have been going to Starbucks. I order the same thing everyday. My bill is 10.50 everytime sometimes more if I’m hungry and order a breakfast sandwich. So that’s 3,412 a year I spend on Starbucks. I recently moved to Palm dessert from lake arrowhead. My local Starbucks would have my drink ready when they saw me pull up... I love Starbucks.Today I went into this Starbucks and ordered my same drinks and i gave the very rude lady 100$ (my debit card was stolen and I am still waiting on it) she looked at me like I was paying for my order in pennies. She said “I can’t break that” I rummaged through my purse looking for something smaller. I told her I just walked in the 115 degree heat is there any possible way you can ask your manager to break it. “ nope I’m sorry I can’t help you” meanwhile the lady the day before broke it no problem. This girl was so rude I was almost gonna cry. I smiled and said can I just get some water? She filled up a tall cup no ice and handed it to me. I’m absolutely horrified that Starbucks hired someone so rude. I walked home got my car and drove a mile to the Starbucks on Monterey the nice gentleman kindly broke my big bill and gave me my drinks. I will never EVER go to this Starbucks again!

Starbucks is always good and the staff always helpful, friendly and nice. Egg bites were perfect but for some reason certain Starbucks cant get my foam correct. I always order a skinny caramel macchiato and most Starbucks get the foam nice and creamy and thick but this just wasnt up to par hence just 4 stars. And i asked them to add some creamy foam on top after i drank a little bit it still wasnt what i was looking for. I dont mind spending over $5 for a coffee but Im going to want it the way i want it otherwise i can just get a regular coffee at a Circle K for $1.50.

The only thing that could make the Starbucks 5 Stars would be a drive-thru, but one of the things that makes this one stand apart from all of the others is the outdoor seating right on El Paseo. You get Mountain views but also get to do all of the people watching you want on this cute shopping street in Palm Desert.

This is a great Starbucks. Recently remodeled. Always clean. They have the nightime dinner and wine menu that some Starbucks dont have. The manager is very nice and always on top of things which is more than I can say for many of the other baristas.
