The worst customer service ever! Leilani was very discriminating. I order a soy macha latte and went to the restroom after ordering. When I came back she was on a personal call and completely ignored me for a while until Selina interrupted Leilanis conversation and asked her to give me my beverage. All that time she had already prepared my tea but didnt place it at the counter where customers pick their drinks. Instead, she put it behind the counter and made me wait for a while. Then, after all that, she got upset and gave me my beverage with attitude.

I recently ordered a hot Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks and was thoroughly impressed. The service was remarkably fast, ensuring I got my drink promptly. I used mobile order. This was my first time at this location. I ordered at 9:32am and it had estimated pick up time at 9:51. I was a little shocked with that long of a wait. But I arrived at 9:40am and over all the atmosphere was nice friendly and clean. Liked that the called out whos drink was in line to be made next. I actually received my drink at 9:42 am. Thank you for all your hard work you guys are APPRECIATED!!!

Very slow service. Made a mobile order and ended up taking 15 minutes drive to the Starbucks. Made a mistake and waited in the drive through for 45 minutes for our drinks. The barista acknowledged and apologized.

Im writing a review because my daughter and I used to come here every Friday after she got off from school. However, lately, her mom moved, so we dont go to this Starbucks anymore. One thing, though: I dont like changes. We really like this one guy who worked the drive-through window every time we were there between 2:30 and 3:15 p.m.; he was courteous, always smiling, and remembered us from the first time we went there. We went there every Friday to try something new and order via the mobile app. I suppose thats how he remembered us because we always use the app, lol, but other than that, the service was always excellent. We are going to miss that guy, but no worries we will stop by one of these days and properly give him compliment in person. I hope he reads this review and hopefully remembers us, because we werent there last Friday :(

Too busy here. I ordered on my app ahead of time, and the timing they said my drink would be done is off. I waited an extra 5-10 minutes even though they said my drink order was ready on the app. I dont mind waiting; however, when Im trying to get coffee before work, and it isnt ready, it makes it hard to trust the staff who is confirming the orders on the app. #alwayswaitingatstarbucks

This is our traditional stop on the way to the San Diego Safari Park. It is a clean and neat place and service is pretty good. Though today when we visited, there were less chairs and tables inside the restaurant and all the chairs outside were stacked up. That may be because of the recent rains.

Hands-down, the fastest, friendliest, highest quality Starbucks in Temecula. The only complaint I have is the driveways and the entrances and exits, kind of hard to get to and get out of if I just wanna get back to your office down the street. Other than that the staff is always extra friendly and helpful and the drinks always come super fast!

I would have rated this Starbucks higher, however every time I have been in there I cannot seem to get my breakfast sandwich and my coffee at the same time either the sandwich comes out way before the coffee or the other way around. I got myself a Mocha Cookie Frappuccino with an Almond milk base. I definitely recommend you try 😌 its delicious.Also if youve never been and arent much of a chocolate person try a Caramel Crunch Frappuccino or Vanilla bean Frappuccino if youre more of a simple person. Thank me later 🙂

Ya, when I went to the line yesterday and found a grumpy young woman glowering at me who said, its been a long day, Ive been up since 4:00 and it is only 11:00. Then another barista defends her against me having said, As a nurse, I used to work 12-1/2 hour shifts, 5 days in a row in response. Ya, maybe I could not have said anything but hey.It sure was not a normal Starbucks experience. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Just went through the drive thru without knowing my bank account had just over drafted. The ladies there were able to use my points for my pastry and gave me my coffee for free and said not to worry about it :’) it’s been such a tough time for me lately and that really made my whole week. I’ve never had a issue here. I’ve only ever used the drive thru, but I really love this location. A few months ago, I had a very pleasant experience with Taryn. He was very kind and accommodating. Web site says lobby open late, but at 7:50 PM they give 10 min warning then refuse restroom use minutes before 8, even though occupied by others at 10 min. warning. I am a paying customer and thought they were rude about this. They sell the fluids, they should allow one to release before getting back on the road!

My employee literally came back in tears after waiting 30 mins for a mobile order. This location is almost becoming a homeless shelter. I went in and 5 homeless people were just hanging out in there with their shopping cart and they were eating Taco Bell. I was very uncomfortable I went to set in the patio, I saw 2 other homeless people were brushing their hair in the patio so I just left. Definitely you won’t feel safe if you go in there.

I ordered a vanilla bean frap little extra Carmel and this is what I got... I told the server wow so much she thought it was funny got a major attitude and walked away from the window. I have always bought my coffee at this Starbucks and never had an issue. Just recently I got my coffee the way I always order it but I didnt get what I paid for. My coffee is usually not over 6 dollars this time I was 10 dollars and it was terrible. I asked them to taste it and got nothing but an attitude the person who made it. the young lady did make me a new one but was throwing things around with such disrespect. I got my coffee and left and called to make a complaint with the manager but the same lady answered the phone and asked what can she help me with. I’d give this location no stars but then I couldn’t say my piece. The boy/kid in the drive through this morning is rude and can’t take an order correctly. When the customer asks for a drink that’s custom and the boy/kid just takes it upon himself to serve you an iced coffee with an attitude that’s grounds for automatic firing!! Then the supervisor states she can’t refund the card but states she can cancel the transaction…….hello isn’t that the same thing, she needs retrained. Point being when a customer asks for a custom drink and clearly spells out size and what goes in the drink that they wanting just make it. We don’t need a lesson on what drinks are what and what goes in them because that’s not what we asked for!! Btw your drive thru smells like rotten grease, you may want to call a plumbing company to come and fix that!

This Starbucks is one of the largest Ive seen. There is plenty of room, even if youre with a large group of friends. Service was good, too. The only thing I didnt like was the fact that, if you want to use the restroom, you have to ask for the code to dial in to open the door.

This afternoon I had the worst experience with the employee by the name of Falon. Completely disrespectful the worst customer service I have ever experienced she was very rude and had the worst attitude. This was the most terrible experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. Waiting in line 15 minutes to get from our drink order to the cashier window. Honestly, I wish I had taken down the name of the young man who was on drive thru at the time. It was pouring down rain. HARD. And the covering at the service window was insufficient to keep drinks, food, mobile devices, or even himself from getting soaked. However, he made so much effort to make sure everything went smoothly, and with a smile on his face. He kept my food dry, as well as my mobile device, all at the expense of his dryness. I’m a frequent customer of Starbucks and I normally have no issues with my drinks or the service. Usually I go to this location because it is the closest one to my house with a drive-thru, but I will not be returning. I came here yesterday and my drinks were messed up, they weren’t even the same type of frappuccino I ordered. It was fine, I wasn’t upset, and they remade my correct drink and I left. I came back again today once again trying to order my usual frappuccino and it was wrong again. I let them know it was incorrect and they tried giving back the same frappuccino with mocha drizzle covering the caramel drizzle even though they said they would remake it. I told them I actually do need it remade for allergy reasons because I can still see caramel in my drink. The employee with bright red dyed hair came over and said she remembers we came in yesterday and she “doesn’t know why they remade our drinks then” and told me not to order my drink that way so that they are “less likely to mess it up”. I was honestly kinda shocked that she would say that and almost imply it was my fault for ordering the drink I wanted and they’re only messing up because of that. I’ve been getting the same drink for years, a salted caramel mocha frappuccino with oat milk, no whip, and no caramel drizzle. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for. I’ll just continue going to the Starbucks in Target because I never have that issue there. I felt compelled to share my experience because it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional to blame the customer on their mistake.

Waited 10 minutes in line for the drive thru for our turn to come and them tell us that they’re closed at 9:30pm when it was still a minute before AND THIS IS USUALLY A 24HR SHOP. Instead of honoring the cars that were already in line 10+ mins, they held up the last car that was able to order to shut the blinds and lock the window on the rest of the customers. My coffee was luke warm but they were so kind to me the day before (coffee on the house for running out of dark roast coffee), I didnt complain. To me drinking luke warm coffee is liking sipping on a warm coca-cola in 100 degree weather. There is no point in drinking it. This location just ignored serving my friend, in military uniform, because hes black. A white man walked in after he did and was immediately served. THIS HAS TO CHANGE!The excuse was that my friends uniform blended into the background, and they didnt see him. If thats the case, then put in a chime on the door like any convenient store has. There is no excuse to ignore someone who is following the rules of social distancing, when others are served for pushing their way to the counter. Busy location. Plenty of seating and places to kick back. Outdoor seating is available as well. There is more parking in the back so you dont have to fight for parking out front. The location is next to I-15, making the entry and exit in and out the complex is not the greatest. It is so busy and you have to work through traffic or do U turns to get around.

The barista I asked (Richie, who was super nice & definitely an A+ employee) said he *thinks* they open at 0430, but he always works evenings so he wasnt certain & the hours arent posted anywhere.As to quality, I hung out here for 7 hours & it was quite comfortable. There are plenty of outlets (though a couple dont work) & all the baristas I interacted with were nice to very nice. There were homeless folks who came in & hung out awhile so if youre bothered by that, be aware, but they kept to themselves & I, personally, have no problem sharing space with them, having been in that position myself some.

This is actually one of the larger locations in this area, lots of seating, plenty of outlets & friendly baristas (naturally). Only con that Ive noticed on my numerous visits is that there always seems to be homeless ppl hanging around, especially outside, prob due to the location directly on the frwy ramp; sometimes the ones outside ask for $$. Clean and bright inside. I guess I made a mistake in that when I picked up my drink there was no straw. Since they were not near the counter area and they looked busy I reached into their area over the counter to grab a straw. I thought I was being nice in not bothering them mind you. We are talking about me reaching over the counter an extra foot or two to grab a straw. Richie told me to never do that again and to ask. I think that had he informed me of my transgression in a nice way I would have apologized. Instead the attitude was degrading and made me feel unwelcome.
