Im a regular @Starbucks. Most employees know my special drink. Spent over 1000 + since the store openedThis one manager has intimated me. First it was bring my drink to my car. after stuttering and changing what she was first saying Like this is begging tobe an issue. Instead will get your drink correct. 5 mochas purchased in freezer or thrown out made incorrectly by Starbucks. I still paid for them too. It was like 10+ made wrong thats 70 + bucks . No making it right. Instead told to taste them by this manager @thr drive through window. Unfair.... If your drink is incorrect. You should be able to bring it in. Weather today or tomorrow. When not drank and frozen. What happened to customers being always right ..

Wasnt in the mood for cooffee so asked for water. Waited around 15 minutes and nobody cared to ask why or what im waiting for. When i asked the girl again for the water, she filled a cup and rudely put it away the furthest possible from me. Had to bend over the counter to get it. An older person or a child would not possibly be able to pick it up. Place was not busy at all, plenty of employees. Careless, rude staff. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This Starbucks is usually very good even on busy days because I had a friend work who used to work here. I spent $21 this morning and was very disappointed because my coffee tastes like water and my friends coffee was also wattery. I also asked for my chocolate croissant to be warmed up and it was cold.

Used to work here but now I work elsewhere close by so I frequent and it’s just as bad as when I worked there. The rats are still there day and night. But nonetheless I just wanted to come on here to say how hard those employees work for there min wage! They really take a passion in creating more funds for Starbucks as a company! To bad they don’t put the kind of passion into the quality of the drink as they do making sure you don’t show up early for your mobile or skimming the half and half. It’s just very respectable to see these young folk who are so vocal about today’s conditions just really put that effort in for Starbucks! Happy for yall. Jsyk it’s very easy to stop at another store and just get a side of cream :)

Ordered online my drink and when stopped by to pick up the doors were closed and we had to pick up our drink from drive thru. When I asked why the doors were closed, the employee said its the time of the evening. We waited in drive thru more than 20 minutes for a mobile order that had already been places way prior.

Drinks were decent despite them not making them as ordered but the customer service was absolutely horrible. The person at the window was rude and accused me of lying about receiving my drink (in the drive through). She looked at me and said (did you need something) and I said (yea my drink) and she was like (I already gave it to you) with heavy attitude, mind you. I said (no you didnt). And she argued back that she did. Then her co worker gave her my drink to give me as it was being corrected. Also the other drink I ordered was made incorrectly as well....it tasted fine but it was not what I ordered. Was not going back because they were rude as hell. Go to a different location if you want better customer service and to get what you actually ordered.

Unfortunately today I had a bad experience with the cashier. I needed help finding a drink to fit my dietary restrictions and the cashier was very unhelpful. I ended up leaving without a drink because the cashier didnt help me. I always ask for help when ordering at Starbucks and I ALWAYS go inside because of this reason. There was no line and nobody in front of me so it wasnt too busy for the girl to not take the time to help me find a drink. Im very disappointed.

Super, super busy, and the staff hamdled it like pros. 7+ cars in the drive thru, mobile orders, and 10-15 people in store. Ypu didnt see them sweat. They worked as a unit with good communication and a ready smile. I would not have been so gracious.

Ive never had any major problems with this location, but today I received an order (delivered) with 3 good items that are supposed to come heated up, and all 3 were cold. Not just as if they cooled down, they were never heated up on the first place, just taken out of their wrappers and put in bags. There were also 2 cold drinks missing but didnt give the delivery driver any other options to give us, didnt even tell the driver, just wrote a note on one of the food item bags that they were out. Its just a very disappointing experience.

My business partner and I, went there to sit down with our two laptops and talk a little business. My business partner ordered a coffee and we proceeded to talk a little business for 15 minutes then the manager informed us that they were closing down the sit-in area and kicked everyone out. They didnt tell us how long it will be closed and to me it appeared that they were just doing it to keep people out.No keep in mind my business partner did order a coffee and we were only there a total of fifteen minutes and only occupied one small table off to the side.No notes posted prior to this happening and no notification that this was going to happen while we were getting set up.Became a total waste of time and terrible experience

Morning crew is awesome. They always have a smile on their faces. This includes drive-through. Some advice make sure you use the Starbucks app to get points for food and drinks. If in the am, order at least 10-15 min prior to getting there.

Definitely one of the best starbucks in the area. Their staff is nice and rarely if ever mess up my drinks. The music in the lobby also isnt too loud or obnoxious making it perfect for studying or meeting with friends. Also the bathroom and lobby are very clean.

I get my drink made the same way every day, I probably spend thousands of dollars on Starbucks Per year lol,I find that this Starbucks is not as customer centric as its counterparts, Bre The manager Was not able to simply assist me nor do I think she understood what I was saying. I dont want to have to fight to get my coffee every morning before work. If anything is a rule or standard it should be applied across all employees to limit confusion. Consider your time and your morning peace when visiting this Starbucks location. You may wish to make another selection if you expect your coffee on time and your peace intact.

Staff is amazing. It was crazy busy, super long line in drive-thru and in lobby. But all the team members were super nice, they were never upset with anyone and were working extremely hard to get everyone’s drinks quickly. Drive thru or walk-ins never get my order wrong and deliver it to me within a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes they forget to add additional items onto my drink but its not the end of the world, the drinks still taste great regardless. It may be busy depending on the time of day so plan ahead or be prepared to wait a while. Dont give them a hard time and youll have a great experience.

One of the worse locations ever. I used to like this location. But they are lazy, rud, and really are screwing up. They close when they want to, not by work hours they state. They had hours written for the specific days and taped on the door. I came with in the hours stated and found there drive thru and walk-in closed, happen many times. They dont take mobile ordering anymore for this location. They close randomly at any time, when ever they feel like going home. I Came with others on Sunday at 4:30pm and they where closed, sign said they are open that specific day till 9:30pm. The 5 Employees ignored me when I asked why they are closed..... There is dutch bros on antelope and walerga, better to go there.

My WORST Starbucks experience ever! Ive been to many Starbucks locations from North CA to South, and across the US to Ohio and back. I ordered online, but 25 minutes later I had to verbally interrupt just to be noticed. The ONLY imperative for this SB staff was Drive-up and Walk-in service. It was abundantly evident that Online customers were lowest priority. Finally received my order, Coffee too COLD to enjoy! Saturday, 2:30 PM. Just went to this Starbucks right now, we noticed that all 4 hot drinks we bought were filled half way, all were larges !! We called the store right away and after we asked if there’s some way they can explain what they had done they hung up!! DONT COME HERE! They ripped us off and probably a lot of others ! The people who work there are weird. None of them know how to have a conversation at all. They are so wrapped up with themselves they dont even know their customers are there past taking their money and handing it out. What happened to this Starbucks!? It used to be my favorite location when they just opened up. They were not greedy with caramel, and the customer service was amazing. Now, I dont know what happened, the service is auful. The barista was just standing there, did not ask if I was ready, did not say that she was ready to serve me, nothing. When I finally decided to come up she was really rude to me. You could see hatred in her eyes.😤😤. When I was done paying she just walked off. Did not say a word. I love that they have a drive thru but they charge me more for my drink than all of the other Starbucks Ive ever went to. Last time I was there they handed me my drink and the lid wasnt on and it spilled all over me. They didnt offer to remake it so I asked them to and offered to pay for it. They were super annoyed and asked me to pull around and they would bring it out. I would have went in but I was in my pajamas and slippers. They never showed up. I say hi how are you friendly like always and she says Another day in service. Its not my fault you dont want to work. The whole transaction was rude to me. I waa so upset i called right away but of course no answer. I am so upset that i probably take my BUSINESS else where. I go to your location cause the people there are very nice and friendly. Second time in two weeks that I received the wrong order. Ordered a tall raspberry mocha each time I was given something other than a mocha with raspberry shots in it. The first time may have been a white mocha. This time its a latte. So not only did I get the wrong drink order but I also got charged for the extra shot of raspberry that I never got. The first time I went into the location and the manager gave me a new one. customer shouldnt have to go back to the store in order to get the right order. It should be done the first time. I do not understand how you can mistake a latte or a white mocha for a mocha with raspberry shots.

No posting except where you order that they dont have the stuff to make frappuccinos and they dont have cups in the venti size. So basically we waited in the drive through for a half an hour to not get anything we wanted. No apologies or anything just a repetitive answer of no we cant do that with every questioned asked. They said we could get 2 small sizes because it was the equivalent of a large but when we asked if we could do that said they would need to charge for 2 smalls instead of a large.

On a morning when Im out of coffee, I visit the Starbucks on Elkhorn Blvd. I order a venti drip and a pound of French roast grind. Okay, before this store hired new crew the drinks were amazing and tasted so amazing, I have bought drinks here 5 times when the regular crews arent there and the drinks were horriable. Id have to go back and tell them this drink doesnt taste the way it should. It either has too much water to the point where I cant taste the flavor or if I buy a hot drink its just room temperature which again makes the drink unenjoyable. If I tell them about a different substituion they always leave it out! I have now made up my mind not to buy any drinks when the regular crew isnt in. Id rather drive 14 minutes than to buy a drink when the new staffs are running the store. HORRIABLE !!!!!

I will sometimes get a venti iced caramel macchiato in a trenta cup with extra shots, and today they told me they dont do that and I told them yes you do cause Ive gotten it multiple times before from here and other various locations. And they still said they wouldnt do it. Said its against their policy what policy?! There seems to be a disconnect between the closing and opening staff here. The tables and floors here are often dirty and the morning. I undstand that other people make these messes and should clean up after themselves like civilized adults, but at the end of the day it is the responsibilty of the ustaff to ensure a clean enviornment for incomming customers.That aside, the employees are kind and effecient. I have not experienced the wait problems that others seem to have encountered. I ordered a venti carmel machiatto for my wife and got it in 1 minute. Good job.

While sitting down one of the employees started to sweep inside. Obviously he didnt know how to sweep with customers WITH FOOD around because he had dust and crap flying all over. So gross. I DO NOT typically ever use this The Location on Greenback and Fair Oaks, across from Burger King. It was the closest location on the way to my daughters house who was craving a latte. I again gave it another shot, but as usual they just refused to listen to the Specialty requests when adding to drinks.
