The customer service was awesome for my first visit to this location! I simply went in to schedule the conference room for the next morning. The cashier was very thoughtful, efficient and courteous!On my 2nd visit, the exceptional care continued. I thanked them and told them our visit and use of the conference room was awesome.We will be back! If by chance any of our future visits are less than what we expect, we will kindly let them know, in love, with the reasonable expectation of returning to find what was wrong, corrected.

Ordered a Cinnamon Carmel cold brew, my order got misplaced and when I got it it just tasted like a tradition cold brew with foam no cinnamon or Carmel flavor at all. Definitely a nice clean store and new inside but again goes to show they dont care about their jobs or the customers.

Listen, no starbucks is perfect. Occasionally my coffee comes out a little less than Xtra Hot and rare occasions they can forget orders. But I can confidently say this group of baristas can knock it out of the park. This mornings orders were out quickly and I didnt see anyone bringing orders back while eating breakfast. This group needs a raise - they turn out!

Rude employees... just threw my order on the counter because I told them it was the wrong order and that the drink was watery. If you dont like people correcting you then do your job right!

Horrible experience. Forgot about our order and had the audacity to say we placed the order at the wrong store when we clearly already had half our items. Horrible do not go here.

Stopped in here around 4:30pm today and it was closed . Their website says open . Not the first time I have gone to this particular one and it’s randomly closed . Must be nice to make your own hours rather than what’s posted . I knew I should have just gotten on the freeway . If there was another drive thru coffee place in this area I would definitely make the switch ..

This is now my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE Starbucks. I buy coffee for my coworkers at least 3-4 times per week & Steven always gets it right. The drive-thru people are always cheerful & helpful. I drive past at least 5 Starbucks on my way to work & this one is a little out of the way but I am soooo happy with them. Steven is the Rock Star of Barristas!

Went in for a mobile order, three of my items were completed and sent out, i was not given a straw and was given attitude when i asked for one, waited for 20 minutes for the final item to be completed before going up to the counter and asking for it only to be told “i’m making it right now” and then watch her make 5+ more drinks before mine, spent 30 minutes waiting and ended up asking for my money back, did not receive the item or any apology. very disappointed and dissatisfied.

She was very nice and offered a re-do if I didnt like my drink, but I tasted it and liked it . When she asked if Id like anything else I asked her for 2 cups of ice and she kindly said ofcoarse and handed to me, so, Id gladly come back to this location, when Im around.
