I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years and today I just had the worst experience ever. Ordered my usual coffee and double toasted bagel and paid with a $100 bill and the store lead didn’t even acknowledge my purchase or checked the safe to get change. He was to busy taking phone orders and after 5 minutes of multiple orders I asked can I have my order please, he said I won’t broke the $100 bill for $7 sorry. Starbucks please sit down with him and go over the cash handling policy.

Boy these baristas are not having it today. Im not sure if its because Im a female, person of color, or just have one complicating name. But upon entering the store, the enployee looked at me and didnt acknowledge me or greet me and I was standing there for at least 5 minutes waiting to just put my order in. Until someone from the back finally came to help me. And when my order was completed, the barista just set it down not even calling my name. But for the previous people, he had no problem saying their names and thanking them for ordering. Must be because hes Caucasian and so were the previous people that ordered before me.

When I come to the global Starbucks network, I expect high quality, but not in this cafe. As you can see, the employee put tea bags in the cup along with the label. Bad experience. I wont come here again.

Great customer service with a smile, quick to greet and attentive to any needs you may have.Specialty drink made perfectly and atmosphere on the inside was hip but quiet and relaxing. I will definitely give them repeat business.

This Starbeezy has always been on top of it. Its super convenient, close to home. Only ever used the drive thru. Sometimes, it can get kinda cramped, but its Starbucks, and everyone wants their coffee. Service, food, and drinks have always been great. No complaints!

Pulled up to order a cold and hot coffee and that was too difficult. The “barista” could not comprehend i wanted a cold and hot version of the same coffee. Stay away.

Came here and got an iced drink, and asked for light ice and asked for more product. I told them ahead because I’m willing to pay extra for the product rather than ice. When my drink was served, it didn’t come with my extra product, so I kindly asked the barista to put more. I’m assuming he was a manager and got passive aggressive with me. He stated since I wanted more product it’s considered a latte. Like no its not??? I don’t know why he felt the need to give me a lesson during a morning rush. I know it gets busy, which is why I let the barista at the cashier know ahead that I would pay more. But the manager decided to reach me ABCs instead of giving me what I asked and paid for.

Stop serving cold pike place coffee at night. Serve only hot, fresh pike place coffee all day everyday, even at night. You insist on your customers being inconvenienced by making them come back so you can remake their coffee. You cannot make it right the first time.

These guys are being stingy. Cups full of ice and barely some product. I almost everyday buy here and ask for light ice and they always top it off with milk or coffee depending on the drink with no charge. Today when I got my coffee it was almost full of ice, so I told them I ordered light ice. Then she gave me a halfway venti cup with coffee and the rest was empty as if I ordered a grande. I told her I wanted it topped off because I ordered a Venti, not a grande. Then the store manager with a horrible attitude tells her to make sure to charge me $2.00 for extra milk. I just asked for less ice. I didn’t take a picture but believe me it was ridiculous. This is called ‘the ice inflation’ lol: more ice, less product= more profit. Never going back to this store.

First experience today ! They had the manager from the Ontario st. Starbucks, (I believe her name is *Jennifer*) working to help open this one (and Im assuming to help train the new/just starting employees) just a note, THAT WOMAN IS GOLD TO STARBUCKS COMPANY and I hope she gets some sort of special recognition for her amazing customer service. Honestly she was so nice (and patient) while I was trying to get my order together and was just the most welcoming and friendly person I think Ive ever encountered at any restaurant/drive through. Im slightly bummed she wont be working at THIS Starbucks. She was so awesome! I usually just pick up Starbucks for other people but since I was out of COffee this morning I decided to try to find something hot to wake me up. The manager I previously mentioned, went out of her way to help me develop the perfect latte and I think I might officially be a Starbucks drinker now too.She even made it a point to ask if it was for me and if I wanted to try it before I drove away to make sure we got it right. I MEAN WHAT AN AWESOME PERSON! I dont know what Im left happier about- the experience I had with that manager or the drink I left with. Either way I am so happy to leave this review and hope that Ms Jennifer gets some serious recognition for just being awesome. Thank you for coming to our area Starbucks!!

So I was going to get a drink at starbucks, and I asked if they could make a hot salted caramel chai latte with almond milk and no foam. And when it was ready they made it cold so I requested if they could like redo it and make it hot, so the girl was making it and she added foam and I couldnt drink it because im lactose intolerant. And she said well it comes with foam so I told her that i asked it WITHOUT foam and she got mad and made a face at me, so i just said never mind I dont want it and she didnt even give me a REFUND or said sorry! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Absolutely worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. I was a paying customer who asked to use the restroom and was told no because they were getting cleaned. Only one restroom was being cleaned at the time. When I asked if I could wait the lady said I couldnt wait because they were going to be closing soon.

Well if your the kind of person with nothing better to do than sit in long slow lines to buy overpriced coffee because they tell you its the trendy cool thing to do and you would drink used motor oil if it would make you popular than this is the place for you as for me Im so sick of seeing multiple stories about Starbucks everyday on Google when Im reading the news that I have started telling everyone I know to boycott the place and start supporting other local mom and pop coffee shops.becouse thats what the real cool popular people do.

Today I went to get my coffee drinks. The barista taking the order was rushing me just very rude, when I got to the window I had a mobile order and my order to pick up. The venti drink seem like a grande and I asked him if he can kindly fill it more he got very angry gave me a dirty dirty look I asked him if he filled it oat milk and he literally yelled with his dirty look yes. The other drinks were not prepared correctly I tried to call the number to report it, but the number is not working. The worst experience visiting a Starbucks
