Have never had a bad experience here. Except for this one. I asked for the Mother’s Day BOGO deal at the drive thru speaker. The gentleman told me that they will apply it at the window. The line was long so it took a while to get to the window. Therefore, by the time I reached the window, the BOGO deal slipped my mind. I was charged, then I realized I was just charged full price. All the girl at the window told me was “You didn’t ask, sorry. Here’s the receipt to call corporate”. Problem with that is that I DID ask for the BOGO deal. I was assured that I would get it applied at the window and it never was. Very disappointed.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the valley. I always get great drinks here. Mine is the white chocolate mocha frappuccino. I would try it if youre ever near the mall.

Rude person at drive thruThey had no sign saying that they don’t take bills over $50 and the person at the window gave attitude when I brought up the fact that they don’t have a sign and then proceeded to lie saying they do have a sign when there was not a single one in sight and never has been, I have had this problem multiple times with rude costumer service and always having to find another form of payment.

Excellent Frappuccinos custom-made the way I like it perfectly.A wide variety of coffee is served here from lattes, two cappuccinos and Frappuccinos etc etc. Whole coffee beans can be purchased here, as well as coffee cups in French presses.1 knock I have against Starbucks Corporation is they invest too much in dark roast coffee. In my opinion only espresso should be a dark roast but I will not hold that against them. An entire generation of coffee drinkers is being brought up on Starbucks and once again in my opinion thinking dark roast is the norm.The staff here are kind courteous and helpful couldnt ask for better friendlier service. I definitely recommend the Starbucks however Beware of the drive-thru line. The parking lot is rather small and cars get gridlock.

Palmdale Starbucks is a nice place! community bulletin board is a nice touch, as well as they have a very nice selection of gifts. It does a good fresh fare area, and a really nice community bulletin board. As with most Starbucks, recommended!

I went through the drive thru and I mustve just got the rush, and I get it, it gets super busy but I wanted to try the new iced cloudy macchiato. I got a really frothy drink and one melted ice cube. I dont know if its because it was busy, or they were new, or maybe thats just how it comes but I only got very little coffee.

Theyre open. Yay. Doing a decent job w/ Covid-19 protocols. However they allow customers direct access to the prepackaged food items - meaning I might select an item fondled & rejected by a plague caring customer. 😉 What is great about this very busy Starbucks is their drive thru & outdoor seating which is pleasantly shady in the Palmdale morning. 🙂

Drinks are great and havent had wrong orders, but sometimes the drive thru employees are not so nice like 2 of them, some are. We all have our problems but it doesnt hurt to be kind. You can fix any drink, although brightening someones day will last longer, same happens when you mess it up.

Always clean and quick with friendly staff. The drive thru is really bad, if there are more than 3 cars waiting it backs up into a tiny parking lot shared by another 2 fast food places. The morning work rush is fender-bender city.

Very rude and unprofessional. The lady that took my order in the drive through kept getting it wrong, later pulling up to the window and getting my drink hot instead of iced like I asked. After telling them that they got my drink wrong they took it back through the window ( which they aren’t supposed to do ). Following they just poured my hot drink into a cold cup with ice. When I said I would like it completely remade they proceeded to tell me that it was remade when I clearly watched them pour the hot drink into the cold cup. Cynthia was very rude and didn’t seem to care too much.

In general, I like and patronize Starbucks because convenience, customer service, and what I heard how they treat employees. But today it was not a good experience. One of the staff hand me over me coffee wearing a hand brace that it was very dirty. Her hands and nails were also very dirty. I couldnt help but feel disgusted. I can understand the need for a brace, but put a latex glove on top.Fyi, this was an isolated incident and the staff were nice.

I really enjoy this location. Parking is sufficient (not ample) and the tabling allows for a few people to focus on working or study (just not a large group). Its perfect for a single or pair of study buddies. If a larger group is desired, the other locations in Quartz Hill seem more appropriate.

Still love this location. But can no longer go through the drive though. I have found the drive through unreliable. 9 out of 10 times they get the order wrong. Im at the point where its no longer a simple mistake. But deliberate. Im sure because how busy they are. I understand completely. But if you are not gonna bother doing my order correctly just say this is what you are getting. Dont repeat it like u genuinely care then screw me with barley and sugar or cream

Just went in and got a couple drinks and some food and a gentleman named Edgar helped us....such a nice and helpful man. Made is feel like he was happy to help is and not just there to collect a check....had a little conversation with us which Iearned he just transfered to that location. As a manager myself I was impressed with his attitude and willingness to make suggestions when I asked him. ..thank you Edgar. During these times is nice to encounter a helpful nice person.....

Quality level was what I toucan expect from a Starbucks. Although I dont go very often because I totally dont consider them a good value. Ordered the medicine ball for my lady and a peppermint mocha for me and both were good, with the medicine ball being made correctly. The staff was friendly as well.

Only drawback is the gal taking our order was screaming which is unnecessary as she is using a microphone, and the volume is amplified. The staff here is amazing. I had inquired about what kind of coffee they used for their iced coffee, unfortunately they dont sell what they send them to use.However, they told me about a coffee that was comparable that they do sell. After looking we discovered that they were out of stock on that one.They then went out of their way to grind some coffee for me to try at home from their own supply at no charge & even gave me suggestions of how to brew it. They truly went above & beyond! I dont live in this area but come every couple of weeks for appointments, I will definitely be back!Thank you to the staff for being so kind & helpful!

The first time I went there, it wasnt crowded and I got my drink quickly. But the second time, there was huge line in the drive thru so I went inside instead. Im a teen. I order but I dont receive any kind of receipt. I wait. More people come in with mobile orders and one women ordered after me a few minutes later. I see my drink and ask if my drink is done. They said it wasnt, and so I waited. And waited. And waited while everyone else who came got their drink in a jiffy. While I, the one who ordered long before them, still hadnt gotten my drink. I was very frustrated since I hadnt gotten my drink and the drink that looked like my drink was still there the entire time. 20 minutes pass since I asked, waiting. While yet another got their drink, they finally realized my drink was already there. They apologized, and I got my drink. 2/3 of my drink is melted, the drink is a Double Chocolatey Chip Creme frappuccino. Im sure the people there are nice and trying to do their jobs. And know they were busy trying to juggle drive thru orders and mobile ones. But didnt they see that the girl, who had ordered before anyone and everyone else is gone, hadnt gotten her order? When Im pretty angry and frustrated, I cry a little from stress. I wouldve gone back but since my eyes were red and it would be pretty embarrassing, I just left with my mom and drank my melted frappuccino. Just be sure to ask sometimes if you hadnt gotten your drink. Thank you for reading this. PS: To the workers, DONT put MOBILE ORDERS and REGULAR ORDERS that were ordered inside TOGETHER, or else the same thing is gonna happen to your customers like what happened to me.

The drive-through window is so busy that every time I go into the store and order a drink, I have to wait forever because every employees focus is on drive-through orders. This Starbucks was extremely friendly, I came in with a gift card and wanted to eat a sandwich. The problem was I never come to Starbucks for anything so I talk with the barista and gave me a wide selection of good foods and desserts for me to consider to try. Well the barista was right and the sandwich I eat was delicious. To be honest you already know what a Starbucks is like but the one thing that makes this one different is the workers.

Usually quick service at the drive thru08/26/17 did a mobile order and half the items had not been prepped. After I checked in the barista started to make the drinks and one food item. The 4-8 minute estimate turned into 14 minute actual. I wish Starbucks would provide a 40-letter comment section when tipping.

For a pretty tucked away location, it is a nice place, it has a nice outside sitting area, nice tables to work at, and it is one of the more cozy Starbucks. Not always the easiest to get to, but still great coffee and a nice sit down environments.

They need to pay attention when taking orders, asked for salted cold foam barista did regular cold foam if I wanted that I couldve just done a mobile order instead of waiting in drive thru which also took forever even though there was 3 of them at 4:20am only one of them was working on orders, one seemed to be doing inventory while the other one kept sweeping the same spot.
