DO NOT stop at this Starbucks, it is a hot spot for car break ins. I was in the store for less than 2 minutes and my car got broken into. When I ask the employees inside to see if they can access outside camera footage, none offered any assistance. They even told me this happens all the time.

Im from Texas. The vibe here was definitely California chill. Loved how nice (in a low key way) the employees were. Biggest problem is that this is a really small, really busy location - so it was kinda dirty until employees could get a break to clean up. Bathrooms were clean though.My sandwich was toasted to perfection and SUPER yummy! They also lost a star because they ran out of chocolate pastries - midday...not a cookies, cakes pop, brownie... THATS BAD!

Its a busy one but conveniently located right outside the Oakland airport. Its a little on the small side so seating may be an issue during the busy parts of the day.The store is clean and the staff are pretty easy going which adds volumes to the atmosphere. If you like Lattes or Cappuccinos this place knows how to foam. I throughly enjoyed mine (cap).For business travelers, this is place you might want to consider to get last minute work done. Theres not to many people on the WiFi so the connection is quite quick compared to the airport.

Most disgusting bathroom. There shouldn’t be piss all over the toilet seat and the floor. It’s a unisex bathroom there’s plenty of men parked around taking up all the parking spaces, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it. No soap available either.

Had my car smashed in while grabbing a cup of coffee within 60 seconds of parking, and had some luggage taken out of the tru..have fun doing my dirty laundry lol! It also seems a little too coincidental that 2 of the Starbucks employees were on their phones right before it happened and then seemed to disappear right afterwards..anyways, definitely avoid..well, unless you like the never-ending pleasure making insurance claims! One last thing, from experience, the Oakland PD will not respond to this location per their dispatch; all claims have to be filed online, thats a pretty telling sign on just how bad the Starbucks and Chevron are.

BEWARE!! I would definitely stear clear of this Starbucks if you care about your safety and valuables. Several people had their property stolen in the parking lot and it seems to happen daily which Im sure the establishments are aware of. Service is also super slow so.....

I just left. The cashier was lovely however the barista is another story. She didnt apply the cap properly on my vento americano with vanilla. As I walked away the cap popped off...the coffee was appropriately hot..but it spilled and hot. My hand was burned and coffee spilled on the floor. The barista never once asked if I was ok nor did she bother asking if I needed another coffee or top off. She appeared dejected because she had to clean up the floor. My americano did not have any flavored of vanilla which I did request . It was not busy..there was 1 other person in there...so no excuse for lack of customer service.

The Starbucks is just another Starbucks. Might as well just be a gas station. Youre going to get what you want but the service is going to be just acceptable enough. I dont think their food is very fresh since my sandwich felt like I was eating cardboard. Could just be me also keep an eye on your car. This is a questionable area.

Employees are very courteous. I stopped by to do a short zoom meeting while having breakfast. But noticed that background music is a bit loud and have to mute my mic most of the time so decided to stay in my car instead. Not perfect place for a business chat. Apparently this is common occurrence and cops don’t do anything. I even traced my earbuds and provided the address of where they took the stolen goods and they have done nothing! Lesson learned. Starbucks should post a sign on their door to warn customers!!!

I love Starbucks in general, but at this location they make me and my family hate it almost. I wish i can give less than 1. The Black manager out there knows nothing, he is rude and unprofessional. He charged me 3 times for 1 transaction. The worst part is he doesnt know how to refund, he didnt give me any number to contact to, he was so rude, he doesnt want to give us receipt, and helpless. Then I figured my self and thanks to Starbucks they refunded me the whole amount. This location needs respectful, knowledgeable at least because it is next to the airport thousands professionals from the whole world grabs from it. Rather than that Starbucks is my 2nd home. :)

This is by far the most unfriendly location. Everyone is just rude. The bathroom was also uncleaned, was missing toilet paper and seat covers. You can feel the awkward mood in the air. The barista was the only one I would give a 4 stars to. But wow...this place is not a go to on a regular basis.

Every time I’ve asked our driver to stop for our early AM flight departures, this Starbucks has NEVER been opened at their stated or posted time of 4:30 AM. What’s the point? It’s always been 5, 10 mins. or maybe even as late as half hour later! Yes! True. Amateurs. Can’t can’t get people to show up on time. I have written their corporate and they don’t seem to care. Because it was the same again.

Convenient location. Smaller store with smaller inside front print. Drinks are normally made well and most staff members are friendly. I have been a loyal customer since this location opened in circa 2009. One constant drawback is the small parking lot accomodations which makes it a challenge to park when the store is busy.

This is 1 of my favorite locations. They make my coffee right every time. Sure, lines can be long due to its proximity to the Oakland airport and I880, but the line usually moves fairly quickly. The employees are pretty friendly and thats a huge plus in my book.Parking can be a little crazy because the location is a busy 1 with the gas station, Wendys, Subway and the Indian restaurant all crammed in but if you look hard enough, theres always a spot in the back.Entering/Exiting can also be a challenge if its during a busy time of day.

Worker assumes people want to be entertained by her singing. I just want coffee that early in the morning. Save it for when you are stuck in traffic or taking a shower. Having said that, she does have a nice singing voice. Also, theres young healthy men lurking around outside asking for money. They look like they could do some damage and disappear quickly. Looks like they have more than enough of that to fill your cup.You can get coffee here, like any other Starbucks, but the barista on the day we went couldnt have made us feel more unwelcome. It felt like we were wasting her time with an order of drip coffee and a tea.Add on top of that this locations parking, youre in for a real s*** show trying to get out of the parking lot. Its located next to a gas station and all leads into a stop light which, when you see it will make more sense.Not an ideal place to stop after a long flight.

Generally a nice Starbucks as other Starbucks. However, oftentimes we do get some careless and rude baristas unfortunately. Limited Outdoor seatings and bathroom are often not cleaned and untidy. I wouldnt recommend to come here if its not near the Oakland airport. Parking lot is also narrow and limited. P.s. This store, just outside the Oakland airport entrance, is the dirtiest SB store ice ever been to. Trash overflowing onto the sidewalk, which was filthy from spilled drinks and trash. The inside was unkempt, tables and floor were dirty. Staff was pleasant, but i could barely get out of the place knowing everything i touched was filthy. Small, cramped parking lot, not easy to negotiate.

Its a typical Starbucks. People were nice and the place was pretty comfy. I have to say that the place is really easy to be in. There are a lot of other starbucks that purposely make it uncomfortable. I say its because they dont want people lounging around all day long. Its suppose to be a place to stop by and then go.This starbucks was pretty comfortable. I was able to set up my study station in a corner and finish what I needed to do. I went on a Friday evening and it was not that busy. Probably because everyone is out having fun than to hang out studying at a Starbucks. A nice starbucks the I asked the barista for a suggestion, because I have no Idea what I want when I go in to these places, gave her some information on what my current coffee desires where and after a few thought full seconds she new exactly the drink, then asked if thats was fine with me and thats what I got. I dont remember the name, but wow it was exactly what I was looking for at the time. Its also right near OAK airport so if one is departing or arriving it makes a good stop before or after ones great ( or not so great) trip

Done! I no longer frequent Starbucks. So over their pre-fab ingredients and lack of a truly bold roast. Done. And what really makes me crazy, the Wi-Fi doesnt work, and they took out the outlets so that you cant plug up anyway...reason they offer is because people were snatching laptops when patrons left them on the table when they went to the counter or the bathroom....well, duh!. So done. They do this in the hood, but still have outlets and Wi-Fi in the burbs. Put up a sign to tell the not so bright patrons not to leave their valuables unattended! I am not buying their explanation for the lack of work-space in the hood. Thanks for that sweet drop of racism in my latte! Bye, Starbucks!

After driving hour and half in traffic to OAK pick up Daddy from MV, we stopped by to get refresh. Bathroom was not clean but toilet paper and soap! Worse? I ordered Mango and Carrot smoothie, was not cheap one, $5.95, it was big mistake, no either mango or carrot taste, very strange weird taste. I couldnt drink at all even I was thirsty! However, when I was almost finishing the drink, I heard some sound inside the cup, and I found the white plastic syrup cap in my drink!!! I feel disgusted and I have stomachache now. I feel like I`m going to throw up right now. I`m sure there were millions of germs on the cap and you guys put that in the hot drink.. I can`t just go over this issue.
