Theres no where to sit and you cant use the bathroom. Also, I ordered my drink asking to substitute for oat milk and 10 minutes later, already on the freeway in traffic, I had to find a bathroom because I realized they had used regular milk. Thanks.

The place was empty which is good, the attention of the baristas very friendly but the manager was not friendly when asked about the bathroom. An Important fact is, in this place there is NO public bathroom.

They are so slow at this location and they put the slowest person at the register every morning. She barely knows english, she gets the orders wrong. I pop in now and then just to see if things have gotten better.....NOPE! Ive been analyzing this location for months and there have been no improvements.I get that they are filling online orders, but honestly, the people who actually go into the store should take priority.I placed an online order to be delivered from this location a while ago and by the time I received the coffee, it was already spilled out in the bag. They didnt bother to seal the cup. So I do walk-in and they are still just as sloppy.

I came just for simple tall dark hot coffee. This is a nice sized Starbucks with only one milk station, I had to wait until two home-challenged men loaded up on napkins, sugar, etc .. before I could put cream in my coffee.

This is one of the top Starbucks in the bayarea. They have great service although they are always busy. The food and beverages are very good. 10 out of 10 in service and quality.

There are so many Starbucks in our country that its not even worth rating the coffee shop by the products that they offer. This review is purely on the staff. The staff here is pretty amazing. We live in a pretty diverse community here and they do a very good job of taking care of everyone. The staff here is very friendly and efficient. They do a great job working with what they have. Recently they have closed the restrooms at this location. I assume its probably because of the homeless population. Theyre pretty close to a school so around 3 through 3 lines sometimes get pretty long especially when its hot because their orders are usually families and groups of kids. So that means that theyre making a lot of frappuccinos which takes a little bit longer. Also this location is directly next to a major freeway entrance so theres a lot of people who stop in before work and even on Saturdays and Sundays the mornings can sometimes get pretty crowded there. But like I said they do move pretty fast because theyre quite efficient.

Not all the workers here have chips on their shoulders, a few are exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful going so far as to suggest replacements for items out of stock and fixing the wrong orders taken by more incompetent staff even going as far as paying for extra associated with order substitution out of pocket. That said; the racism toward white male undertones by some of the staff is palatable. This isnt a complaint, or thou shalt behave as: screed, its a reminder that not all whites are racist, as are not most humans period, but the ones that have a deep seated resentment toward ANY race should examine that, address it from the standpoint of respect and, as hard as it is, taking the knowlwdge of how being victim to and by racsists(racism) feels and using that to curtail owns own projection onto non deserving others.. cause we all will be blind eventually (sooner than quick at this rate) if eye for an eye is the rule. Do not do onto others that which you would not wish others to do onto you. Thats all. Low stars for not having feature menu items in stock.

The people that work here make great drinks and are nice. My only complaint is hours on Google are wrong a lot of the time. I get it, things change but just list hours correctly. Its really inconsiderate of peoples time, and especially gas being wasted.

I was here for a quick coffee, and one should know this closes by 7:30 pm on weekdays at least as I was here on a Thursday. They do not have a restroom so if you go and buy coffee thinking you can use the restroom its a bummer.

This Starbucks gets more ridiculous by the day!!! They don’t have the normal things in the store to make simple lattes. They legit made me wait 40 minutes for a mobile order I placed and that should have alerted me to their problems. Overall a good place to meet and chat. Service today was incredibly slow due to only one person at the register and only 1 of the remaining 3 baristas actually making drinks. The guy making the drinks was going as quickly as he could while the two females took their time shuffling around the back area restocking stuff. It would have been a lot more efficient for them to support the large order, then restock considering there were 4 people in line behind the woman with the 4 drink, three food order.Otherwise a decent experience, not to really rave about.

Very quick service, I did a mobile order in the parking lot, went inside to go to the restroom, and my order was ready when I came out. I also loved how there is always a diverse group of people here, including those who I M sure are without homes. It makes me feel like theres still people out here who care. Thanks for being a great location!Staff always makes my drinks right, and the restrooms do not have codes. ( I appreciate!)Restrooms are also cleaner than many other Starbucks locations with codes on their doors.... note for starbucks.Anyway props to everyone who works here! Especially the later shifts! I recommend this store. While there is usually a line, they work quickly to get customers taken care of. They have never messed up my order. Also, a donut shop/chinese fast food and a Boston Market are in the same building if you need a full meal to go with your drink.

I am annoyed with them because I am constantly trying to remind them that they should not handle money change the garbage can liners all with their bare hands and then make coffee drinks without washing their hands and putting on gloves I have observed over the two day span this week with them different staff working the cash register sweeping changing garbage can liners making coffee without following protocols set in place but without covid they know they should not handle money and then make drinks without washing their hands it is so frustrating and annoying because they get irritated when I request that they wear gloves before making my drinks why isnt management following through to make sure theyre keeping us safe as customers?

Trish was kind and sweet. She gave me my water cups with no hassle and was kind enough to let me know that by purchasing a water bottle I was helping to put clean and fresh waterinto the hands of the less fortunate. She is one of those few above and beyond baristas you see. It was unfortunate however to watch her co worker roll her eyes at her when she explained to her that I would like the cups of water instead of the water bottles. She rolled her eyes at her again when Trish reminded her I had been waiting for a few minutes. I work for starbucks and know what its like to be in this situation where you are trying to do right by the customer and a co worker is making it unnecessarily difficult or unpleasant. Another thing worth mentioning is that the water that was poured from the pitcher into the cup is not water from one of the approved filtered water faucets.

I always ask if the barista is willing to make at least three specifics with my pourover. I know coffee..Most of the time I am happy if they get two right. I was surprised to see this manager take the time to get someone to help me exclusively, which is hit and miss at most place, as you know.My coffee turned out not bad, but what I am really giving a good rating for is the touch of the barista on the kettle.When making a pour over, the emphasis is on the pour and there are really only a very limited number of ways to get it right.This barista had a touch that would far exceed her skill, and I commented on how far that kind of pour control would take her.Not that any Starbucks employee is in it for the career anymore, now that fair trade is being replaced by the fairer direct trade.The LC

Nothing wrong with the barista or coffee, but this Starbucks is not taking its own mask requirements seriously. The barista had her mask down off her nose. 3 youths without masks were served, no attempt to get them to at least pull up their T-shirts over their noses was made. Coronavirus cases are rising in Oakland... businesses need to take the pandemic seriously. I will not be visiting this Starbucks again anytime soon.
