First time visiting this Starbucks since I was in the area. However I will never return. Ordered thru drive thru. The lady with the long grey hair working drive thru was very rude, had no customer service whatsoever. For the first time in my life I felt she was racist. And I felt discriminated against. I have never experienced this in my life. And its not a good feeling. It was very obvious. I contacted corporate office. They reassured me they will address the matter. Thank you Starbucks!However unfortunately I will not be returning to this Starbucks.

This Starbucks is fairly new and located in the new Sycamore Hills Plaza. Their coffee is always good. Just had a mocha. Store is big, clean, and the customer service who helped me was super nice.

Very nice. Service is fairly quick. Greetings are always appreciated. So many online orders. Orders are not organized in a manner to identify which is yours. They should call out online order names when Orders are completed. Otherwise a nice environment and courteous staff.

Typically I really like this store however today at 3:30 in the afternoon they stopped in store pick up!! I have a mobile order and now I have to wait in a ridiculously long line to get my drink, that has already been ordered and paid for. It’s fine if that is the case then they need to work out a better process to reduce the drive thru lines. There are 15 cars ahead of me!!

The customer service here is good. The employees are kind and patient. My problem here is the way inventory/stock is managed. I have visited this location approximately 6 times. On 3 separate occasions, they have not had any of the items I was trying to purchase. During my last visit (today), the store did not have any of the 3 sandwiches I wanted. When I ordered tea, they did not have the black tea I ordered and they did not have the green tea I ordered. As it turned out, they only had some chai and some white tea in stock. I have had similar experiences on a Monday, a Thursday, and now a Sunday. This location needs help.

Conveniently off the 210 freeway at the Baseline exit. If youre going east or west, there is easy ingress and egress. Use your mobile app to order and use the drive-thru pickup feature. Ive always been greeted at the window with my order ready. This is especially useful during peak times when the line can seem to be long, but in my experience, the line moves along steadily enough. The staff has always been polite and cheerful, never any issues. :)

I really come to this location to pick up a phone order usually, however every time I come in Im greeted with a smiling, happy person, very kind words in the morning, in the afternoon or evening, and have never had an issue with anybody being unfriendly or not being helpful. Its a very small location with a cozy environment, and if Im in that general area, it would be a great place just to hang out.

I go to SO MANY Starbucks locations, this one is hands down my *least* favorite and I avoid it if I absolutely can...but sometimes, its just the only one around. They are slow in every way, at the drive thru and inside. They charge for EVERYTHING. I mean, remember before the pandemic when the creamer was outside at the napkin/sugar bar? And it was free to put as much as you want in your coffee? Why now does it cost and why are they the only location that insists to charge $0.70 every time I just say the word cream with my coffee?! Slow, less friendly than others and always charge for things others dont charge for. I would give them 1 star, but, they are conveniently located so close off the 210, so, an extra star only for location.

I ordered on the app, pick up went smoothly. Its a little weird in that for pick up, you go into the door to the left of the main entrance, right by the counter. You step into a very tight spot. Its literally only enough room for one person and it felt kind of awkward, but it is what it is. If youre a larger person, you might want to stick to the drive thru or walk in. The drive thru line looks long but appears to move along at a reasonable pace. Our drinks were made as ordered and our interacting with the batista was brief but pleasant. Dont forget to tip and be generous if youre able 😁

7:15pm, 12/29/2021It took forever to get my venti drink on a slow night.My drink tasted like there was only one shot of espresso.My drink also tasted there was only one or two pumps of mocha instead of 5.My drink was also not filled with milk to the usual height.I used to work at Starbucks so I know what Im talking about and am disappointed.Maybe the barista is new.

Some of the employees there seem more prone to mistakes than other Starbucks I routinely visit. Also, typically when they bring you an order thats plainly wrong based on what is printed on the cup they allow you to keep the drink they messed up at other Starbucks but not at this one. Customer service seems lacking compared to other Starbucks.

If I could give zero stars I would. I order a drink, a mango dragonfruit lemonade. Wait 20 minutes and watch 6 people after me get drinks and walk out. Finally ask for my order again and get questioned repeatedly on whether I paid for it or not. Had to tell them multiple times I didn’t get a receipt and prove they forgot my items by showing my fiancé’s cup clearly stating we are missing items. So finally they go to make “my drink” and hand it to me with nothing but lemonade because they are out of the ingredients for the drink/ Never mentioned this prior- when I was paying or after asking for it again after waiting. When you order a drink wanting fruit in it and get NOTHING but lemonade after being skipped over and questioned after already waiting for something you paid for. Beyond Disappointed and DEFINITELY will not return or order again.

Stopped by because its a new facility and decided to try it out (Its right off the 210 frwy). I normally dont go to starbucks but my co-worker told me they now serve breakfast. I ordered a chicken sausage biscuit and a medium iced chai tea ($9 later). Once I pulled up to the window the kind lady handed me my tea and said Have a nice day, and I replied with I also ordered a sausage brkfst. She relied with Oh ya, I forgot, one second please. After getting my sandwich I was off and driving to work (Pasadena). About 10 minutes in my drive I went to take a bit of my sandwich and the BACON WAS NOT COOKED! as a bacon lover I was disappointing to throw it away. I called and was told to come back and get a refund. Really not worth the time. Its the first time visiting a starbucks in years and probably wont be back for a few more. Not sure why people come here, even if the bacon was cooked its still way over priced. Oh well, lesson learned.

Ive been a starbucks customer since the mid 90s. 1 to 2 coffees per day. Today drove through the drive thru and literally had the employee argue with me about charging me for half and half. Which them or any other starbucks has never charged me for. So I say youre charging me a drive thru tax? She says no. Then I ask then why can I just go inside and order and get free milk from the kiosk? She says because thats a courtesy to put it out for our customers. I reply with so its a drive thru tax? She gets angered and says NO. So I ask why theyre charging me then when literally the day before the same lady didnt charge me for the exact same order? She says because her manager told her to. Instead of arguing with a person of lesser intelligence and customers piling into the drive through I paid their drive thru tax and called corporate. Good job starbucks for driving away a loyal customer of 20 years +. maybe its time to give my business to coffee bean. I will also be posting the gopro video on my youtube channel. 💩💩💩💀💀💀
