Rude employees here ! Bad and slow service ! Especially Toni she is very rude! She needs to find a new job she is very unfriendly and unprofessional she has had a bad attitude on multiple occasions, and is very snappy ! I do not appreciate this behavior!

Great customer service! There was a bit of a back up but the barrista mentioned it and apologized. Appreciate the courtesy! Latte and food were good, I enjoyed the very clean and open atmosphere inside for dining

Horrible Starbucks! Service is nonexistent and dumb people don’t even know how to address complaints. Is the world getting stupider after COVID? I think so! I shouldn’t expect service from dumb people anymore.

Nice staff, some of them know by name before they take your order and say hello and ask how you are AND make your drink properly 95% of the time and have no problem correcting it for you or just making you a new drink.

10 minutes to 7 oclock and theyve already clused the indoor part. It says they are open until 730. Im just doing a delivery but now I have to wait in a long line for no reason because they decided to close their doors almost 45 minutes before. They were supposed to.

This starbucks is always a dam disappointment there right you order 20 or even 30 mins on app and still not ready when you get there. Never make it right and it always take 45 mins when you go in to get a drink ordered.

The new drive through location is modern and bright! Service is timely and friendly! Starbucks as always is great for being accommodating for people with food allergies like dairy and they have a wide range of menu items too! The online app is nice and the healthy. Items like nuts and espresso beans that they have are really cool! This new location also has a drive through which is very convenient for people on the go! I come here often and plan to keep coming back here!

Starbucks on Collins is my least favorite, and let me tell you why! I can’t tell you all how many issues I have had there. When you pick up your drink, make sure it’s accurate before you leave because they DO not care if they made it correctly once you have left the store. (That includes customer service representatives online and via phone too.)Majority of employees are college kids that just hanging out behind the counter. I’m now avoiding this Starbucks due to a confrontation from an young gentleman when he made my drink incorrectly through the drive thru. If you have any reservations also just go to any other Starbucks for friendly baristas who actually care.I hate confrontations with baristas,but when my drink isn’t right and I pay $6 for it, I expect something I ordered accurately.Unfortunately, the employees just don’t care at this Starbucks and that is the ONLY ONE I have had reoccurring poor service with.. Due to personnel without experience, lack of knowledge and adequate supervisor support will end up with inferior outcome. I highly recommend Corporate to consider training for all staff members
