These employee are not enough for the amount of people that come through the drive thru. I come here frequently and they get my order wrong at least 2 times a week. Like today I said 3 cream and 4 sugars for hot coffee. The label says 2% milk and 1 sugar. I didn’t like the taste at all

The Starbucks off of Waterloo 88 and 99 is on the way coming home from picking up my granddaughters the last three times I have gone there Ive been a nightmare they screwed up my granddaughters order and I dont know if youve ever had a child and he didnt get what they ordered its bad two of the three times I ordered a double thats a drink with two extra shots and two of the three times I did not get it but I was charged for it I will never patronize this Starbucks again for 30 years I drove from Jackson to the Bay Area five times a week sometimes more and that was my stop so its not just a matter of losing one or two sales your Baristas should not even be called a barista and it might help hiring people to know how to read then quit just give them paychecks just to be giving paychecks make your employees earn them I have no problem never have had in complimenting and recognizing good help but Ill tell you what this Starbucks off of Waterloo and 99 is in serious trouble thats about all I have to say like it or not its the truth. And sometimes the truth hurts.

12/4/23 The girl on the drive thru window was rude with rolling up eyes and everything. Bad service 👎 she was having a very entertaining conversation with the person inside the car in front of us and making the whole line waiting until I questioned her. She stated that they were having technical difficulties but after that she gave the drink to the person at her window. How convenient was that? Anyway, I didnt get my coffee there but I got it somewhere else 😋

Horrible they didn’t listen to our order my grandma asked for no water in her chai tea and extra pumps of chai and it tastes like dish water and my Carmel ribbon frat was disgusting and this keeps happening not satisfied

Staff are not friendly here. My order was accurate and quick to come out.

My drinks are always done right and they are as fast as they can, this place is always busy the wait is over 15 min most days but a great place overall sometimes it worth the wait if I have time the staff is good and very busy.

Doors locked. Closed. Second time in two trips this location has done this to us. We even selected “in store pickup”. Instead we have to wait in line while everyone’s drinks are made for them, for folks who didn’t order ahead.Awful.

I like to stop to get my coffee in the morning but the staff there makes you wait a long time there is 4 people working in the morning and only 1 is making orders the other 3 are cleaningThis morning I was the only customer in the store and when I question after 10 minutes for my cup of coffe one of them told me that they will be making it but I have to wait I talked to the supervisor Elisa 2 other times but seens like she does not care and they ignore you. My order is regular coffe with cream no sugar that coffe its allready make and i still have to wait 10 minetes i was late for work tise morning so I leaf with no coffe and it was allready paid for.
