Love the BOGO free days.... except when the barista will not scan my QR code because the drinks are ventis. After leaving the drive thru confused (since I always get ventis on BOGO free days) I checked the coupon to see if it said anything about sizes. It stated nothing about what size the drink had to be. Customer service gave me a free drink on the app. Wont be coming back to this location because this particular barista is always rude to me.

Luke warm Americano every other time I come in. Closest to home and my lady likes it so whatever, but still, how is her sugar coffee hotter than mine when 80% of the drink is hot water? Disappointing more and more each time. (Like 4th time this has happened)

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I had order online and went to Starbucks I waiting about 30-60 MINUTES I tried correcting the manager MULTIPLE TIMES and she said that that was what I ordered and I literally showed her my receipt and she said that I had order the green drink and when I tried correcting her she yelled WHAT! because I dont speak very good English I then asked for her name and refused to give it to me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY ANYTHING HERE ANYMORE BAD SERVICE, ATTITUDE AND IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME.

Manager was being very rude, and took more than an hour just to give me my order. She wouldnt give her name and refused to give me the rest of my order telling me I ordered something i didnt. She made a big deal because I couldnt properly pronounce something and yelled WHAT when I tried explaining myself.1/5 Needs to be fired ASAP

Horrible coffee and my breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle. I ordered a Venti iced Oatmilk shaken espresso with extra shots and 1 extra pump of cinnamon dulce syrup and instead they substituted all pumps with cinnamon dulce. I brought the coffee back in to be remade and somehow they made it wrong again…. Doesn’t even taste like there is coffee in it. Gross.

I always give them benefit of the doubt just because they’re always busy. However every time we come get our strawberry acai refresher it’s flat with nearly no base at all and mostly pure water. When I finally ask to please remake them; they give me back the same thing.

I got an iced brown sugar shaken espresso and it literally has a burnt after taste like they burnt the espresso or something…plus the workers were weird and acted like they hated their job. I understand it gets busy I work in the service industry as well but there’s an extent. This is the nearest Starbucks to me but I’d rather drive 10 minutes to another one knowing my drink is going to be up to par with how much Starbucks is. Do better and you won’t be getting reviews like this.

Mobile app order is always my preference. This location was well staffed and efficient. Alex the shift leader had our order ready supper fast- right as I walked in to pick up. Lattes were both perfectly hot. Seating area is open and clean. Thanks!

Made online order and when I went there my coffee was not ready they didnt even get my order. So I opened my app and showed my order so then they made it. But made it wrong u wasnt going to argue I just took it and left. When paying almost 7$ for a coffee and Im being considerate by ordering ahead of time they really should have the orders ready done correctly because the stuff that I asked for my coffee I actually pay more for thats why I got upset but like I said I didnt want to argue I just took what he made me and left. But I sure will not be going back here no way! Best place is on Santa Rosa Ave. But I was in a hurry so I just placed my order that was nearby 😫

This location is always very busy. Expect up to twenty minute waits during busy periods, and never less than five minutes. The rate of mistakes for orders is higher than average, maybe because of how busy they are. If you need your caffeine fix, stop by and try to order inside instead of the drive through. But if possible, hit up a different location.

We used this as a rest stop on a long bike ride. We arrived fairly early, around 5am and it was mostly empty. Plenty of space and a nice large communal table to spread out. Staff was nice. and the drinks were prompt. One of the nicer Starbucks I have been in for a while. Quality decorating and seating.

Everyone who works here is really nice, but it can get pretty busy. If you have customizations to your order make sure you explain it and dont get upset if they make a mistake or forget something. They are always happy to make your drink again or add what was missed.

I always choose Starbucks, but must say I have avoided this one after experiencing poor customer service and long wait times. Recently, however, I have been pleasantly surprised with the improvement on both fronts. Friendly, attentive employees and quicker service. May not be perfected yet, but I sense they are trying. Still, I would hesitate to order if I was crunched for time until I was more confident that I could be in and out in under 10 minutes- drive thru or walk in.

Im a regular customer that order daily. This is not the first, I rarely ever post reviews but this need to be addressed. I work at 7:00am Mon-Fri and i order my drink via my starbuck app. Usually I will go through drive through to gab my order. Not sure what his name is but please look into this day 10/16/2020 at approximately 6:40-6:45am. I noticed that drive through line, it was busy, and I did not want to run late to work. I pull up to the front called the store and let them know Im picking up my order. The RUDE guy after 5 mins brought my drink left it on the table out front. I grab my drink and no straw??? I called and told him that I did not get a straw, his response WE ARE SHORT STAFF AND I HAVE NO TIME TO KEEP RUNNING OUT TO GIVE YOU A STRAW, BUT I GUESS I WILL Seriously, how the F do I drink my cold coffee that has whip and caramel drizzle. Again this is not the first, but this is way too many times that this same person is not only unprofessional but RUDE as HELL. If the management does not look into this then I will have to contact corporate!!! Never will I EVER order coffee from this store again!!

Soooo slow, waiting in drive through for over 20 minutes. Then one day the white mocha is good and the next it’s horrible. I have been inside it’s also never clean. Always crumbs and debris on the floor shelves are always not organized. By far the worst Starbucks around. As I’m writing this review I have been in the line for 14 mins behind 2 cars in line.

The staff is great however, homeless population takes up all the restrooms. Was waiting for restroom for over 10 minutes and there was a homeless person in there shuffling things around and not using the stall. Once they exited the restroom, I felt uncomfortable having my child use it after realizing there was a homeless person in there doing who knows what; maybe drugs. I have nothing against homeless but wouldnt want to put my child in an unsafe restroom.

Its a Starbucks the service is not what it a should be. The slowest drive thru ever. O managed Bk across the street and I had a much much better time than they do. Its usually I person per car, so on avg they are doing 1 1/2 cups of coffee in 5 minutes. While on avg person per car and order at Bk is at least 3 orders per car Under two minutes of wait time. They cant even make a cup under two minutes just sad. Also the staff works with each other more than it should and commercials with each other more than it should instead of focusing more on the customers not the customer service you would expect poor poor poor but thats Managements fault for dropping the ball there

The place was completely empty when I arrived, which should have been a red flag. The bathroom requires a numeric code to get in so, when I asked the barista for the code, she refused and stated she would let me in herself. I assumed it was because I hadnt ordered yet (restroom for customers only???) which I was planning on doing after using the restroom. I was in the restroom for only a few moments, finishing up, when that same barista starts knocking on the door vigorously. I asked, Yes?? She replied, Is everything ok in there? I said everything was fine, confused as to why she would ask that. Ive been to many, many cafes and restaurants in my lifetime and Ive never experienced this before. Coming out of the restroom, my plan was to order online. The wifi, however, was slow and weak and only accessible in certain areas inside the cafe (theres outdoor seating but absolutely no wifi available). There are no outlets in the cafe at all (theyve all been removed and covered recently I was told) so no plugging in or charging my phone or laptop. Definitely not the Starbucks culture and atmosphere that Im used to. I wont be recommending this place nor coming back.

This is a place that is very tough to Ray because they keep changing staff but a year ago I would have only given them one star I think theyre on their way to becoming one of the number one stores in the area.And I think a lot of it is owed choose one of the store managers who also visits different stores her name is Christian and she does a hell of a job one of the other great workers is Brenda and there is a new guy there who used to work at a different one his name is Alex and hes got great customer skills as well.Well I had previously given this Starbucks for stars and today I have to change that back because its been going back to the old ways where it was really bad service at the time I actually happened to be there a few days ago and the new kid took 30 minutes to brew coffee so I asked for a pour-over and the girl that was in charged young Latina with short hair and glasses was stressing about some transaction with all the other employees that happened before I arrived and I said this is my coffee ready after 15 minutes of waiting she goes wall is going to be a while so you are just going to have to wait.So I ended up waiting another 15 minutes just to get one regular cup of coffee but even worse today I went in there and I asked for a coffee and and iced tea and I got the coffee right away but theres a toll young guy about 6 1:30 Slim he Combs his hair to the side white kid who in the past have given me terrible service but I spoke to the manager about it and she said he didnt mean it so I let it go but today he noticed that it was me waiting for the day so he pretended he didnt see it so three more people win before me that had been in line after me and my tea still was not coming up and it was just a simple green tea and I had already gotten the coffee about 20 minutes before that because I order a coffee as well and that was because the girl in the counter was the one who gave it to me but I finally get the fact that he doesnt like me and I he deliberately maybe wait till because at the end of way when I asked somebody else for green tea he had this really funny smirk on his face when he looked at me and I guess in a way he feels like he won something by doing that like hes getting back at me for complain about him before but in reality the fact that the store is the one losing customers and is really a shame though because Kristen the manager is a really really good employee every time I see her at work she gives 120% and Im surprised that this kid still struggling to become somebody even close to what she is and its only because of the attitude and I understand that serving the public can be complicated and hard but I dont ask for much I just asked for my drink to be right and I dont want to wait 30 minutes for a drink or 20 minutes for a drink especially when I got there before other people and they come up with smoothies and Specialty drinks and I want to get in a green tea that just tells me right there that Ive been neglecting and even worse when you know youve been neglected delivery.

I used to like this site but lately when I use my mobile app my drink is sometimes still not made or they didnt see it. Tis morning I went to pick my drink up the lobby was not open didnt know went through the drive thru. Now sence I always add my own creamer and sugar I couldnt do it I ask the girl if they could added it for me, she was rude saying you could added it to your app. I told her I would have if I know the lobby was closed. (Now mind you, THIS LOCATION is the ONLY one who ever gets my order right so I have always had to go in to the store to make it myself and with Covid thats not possible so I always have to have it fixed when I get to the window. NOT HERE THOUGH.) My fiancé didnt understand that it was ordered and didnt pick it up so I had to call like an hour and a half later when I realized that, and have it remade. DOM (Dominic) answered and was the BEST!!! He went way ABOVE AND BEYOND in his customer service skills and handling of my call and this is NOT the first time...during times when people seem overly grumpy its nice to find someone in the service industry still willing to help a customer AND do it happily. Always loved starbucks but this place has taken a new low, I live far away from here and i got A Passion Tea Lemonade with sweetener. But as soon as i get home there is no sweetener and it tasted horrible. I call back only to find out i gotta go back and cant be offered to go another day to grab a fresh one, but they said its impossible to do so even if i have a receipt. When i get there they had no moblie order for me so we placed order handed me the drinks than manager comes to window says i cant have drinks cause i didnt pay. Its the closest starbucks to my house, and I would use the drive tru when I was on maternity leave. I didnt always want to go in, as it is a struggle enough to carry in an infant, our bag and carry hot cofee.But there have been many a times where even at 2 or even 3pm there is a 20min wait at the drive thru. I driven away, went to rohnert park and got faster service there. Such a same.

I work down the street from this Starbucks so I go to it out of convenience but not anymore they constantly mess up my order. Im sick of overpaying for drinks I cant even choke down most of the time and they take so long in the mornings I dont have time to drive back down to have the order corrected. This locations sucks they have terrible service today in particular I watched the barista take orders that came in after me and make them so after 15 minutes of waiting I finally asked when mine would be ready and was told they are being made in the order they were taken that was a LIE I was standing there watching them. Today, Thursday of the big fire week (Oct 12, 2017), the manager of this Starbucks decided to close at 2pm and kicked paying patrons out because of the fire. The employees of this Starbucks are the most tone-deaf employees in the world; a large portion of the patrons were there because we were displaced by the Santa Rosa fires and we were using the WiFi to deal with losses from the fire. The fire is many miles away, which is why I chose that location looking for WiFi connectivity. We have nowhere else to go...now I am at a Peets Coffee using WiFi and power for my laptop. Other local businesses in SR opened Monday, the day after the firestorm, with limited menus to serve food and coffee to the community because thats what good neighbors do. This Starbucks was incredibly insensitive to shut down at 2pm and displace all the displaced residents who have nowhere else to go. I run a small business that was impacted by the fire and I have nothing good to say about the decisions made by that Starbucks location. Hell has a special place for the manager who decided to close down early. If his employees were impacted by the fire, he could have run a skeleton shift or make adjustments like other businesses in town appear able to do. Shame on you guys!!

Worst Starbucks in Santa Rosa. The employees incorrectly make our drinks. When we bring up the issue, they get irritated. They play loud music and sing at high volume, bothering customers and ruining the atmoaphere. Never returning.

EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL!! The other day I was at the cafe studying across from me was the manager interviewing an individual. When I over heard the manager during an interview completely VERBALLY DISRESPECT a fellow customer. There is a frequent customer in an orange neon jacket who goes by the name of Mike. Mike from a distance appears to suffer from a MENTAL ILLNESS... this being OBVIOUS the manager out loud exposed the LABEL that her and her staff have put on this sick individual. The manager and the staff LABEL Mike as Crazy Mike. A LABEL sooo IGNORATE, NAIVE, and DISRESPECTFUL has been placed on this man because of his mental condition. Its one thing for the staff to call him crazy BUT for the MANGER to tell the person shes interviewing such a thing is beyond my comprehension. SOO SHOCKED! SO DISRESPECTFUL! HOW NAIVE OF HER! RUDE!Is this the type of environment Starbucks offers??? Labels its customers with such negativity! How do I know they dont have a name for me being I go there very often?

Everyone waits, and bunched up, around the pick up area like a bunch of cattle. When they call your name you can barely hear them! Get a microphone or loudspeaker if you need to!
