What’s the deal with Starbucks lately? A few days ago I was at a Starbucks that was all out of napkins. Now this Starbucks is out of… coffee! Had to wait 5 minutes for them to brew more. Is there no such thing as competent service businesses in America anymore?

Awesome place to come sit do some work on the computer hang out with friends and chat and what. The environment is pleasant the employees are amazing and helpful. The food is good the drinks are amazing. The restrooms are clean and regularly maintained. I would recommend stopping in..

We ordered online before getting in the drive through and when we got to the speaker and told them, we got a passive aggressive okay well get started, we just got it 30 seconds ago. Like, okay?? Who cares?? Then Id swear on my mothers grave they shorted our drinks a shot. Beware.

This is my first time coming here to this Starbucks location and I love it its very nice and big roomy inside great atmosphere and the people the employees working here are great, I would give it more stars if it let me thats how much I enjoyed coming here to this Starbucks location an the coffees and sandwiches were amazing really good and well done .. I recommend coming to this location

Every time I go through the drive-thru there is no disappointment. I get my order fast, hot or cold depending on what I ordered. The service is awesome! I believe the Guy who serves me in the Drive-Thru is the manager and he is always on point! When I travel or go to different Starbucks, its such a letdown because I hold them to the same standards that I receive at my local Starbucks. Thank you guys. I appreciate the awesome service in these times where better service is needed.

Was very disappointed in the barista in this picture after I ordered my mango dragon fruit drink and ice water I sat down when it was time to pick up my order this is what I saw I made a funny face didnt know what it was and the barista told me it was my drink just minus the die it was the same thing...I said wheres the fruit got a dirty look thats why I pay $5 for lemonade for the fruit the freeze dried fruit that I like to chew on it was the wrong color and minus the fruit and still 4.95 and she was upset with me that I wouldnt just accept it..Rolled her eyes made a face..Asked for and got the manager thank you manager for being a grown up no one told me we were out of dye and fruit its the only thing I get at Starbucks now.. one item on the list!!! when I lost all my stars that I spent all the money on last November for my birthday and didnt get my $20 cup that I worked so hard to earn and found out that stars fell off.. the hard way I gave up on Starbucks last November I just gave them a second chance because were staying right next to them in the Motel 6 which is Awesome!!!l very disappointed$$!! they made it up by giving me the strawberry acai thank you for that!!

The lady gave me grande rather than a venti when I asked for the biggest size. My friend asked for a cold drink but received a hot drink. They were accommodating when I went back into store. They were still nice. Granted, i believe the lady was very busy with training

I do wnjoy Starbucks as well the atmosphere. Some times some of the politics can be very frustrating but do like it ok. I believe they understand that i am being financially trafficed as well more. Electronically abuse in the worst possible way by some really dirty players.

I paid over $25 for 4 drinks and this was the very berry…which tasted exactly like water with cinnamon in it. Very VERY disappointed with the service and couldn’t get refunded after I took a sip to try it. I don’t recommend this Starbucks at all! Not trying to be rude, but disgusting!

Stopped in to get coffee and do some school work and was waiting almost 5 mins for someone to take my order. The employees working were clearly busy but no one was taking orders. Lacy finally came out from the back and seemed less than enthused to be helping me. While waiting for my order I heard Lacy very loudly scold the young man she was training and telling him he needs to pay attention to her. He was actually the only one to acknowledge me while in line and was very pleasant. The staff was also talking rather loudly about there personal lives for everyone to hear.

We travel through here about every 5-6 months on the way to and from visiting my parents in Califiornia and we regularly stop here for a drink/snack and bathroom break on the road. Weve been here 8-10 times over the last few years and always find the people working here to be lackadaisical.An example on our most recent trip: my wife ordered hot tea with an ice cube so she wouldnt get scalded. The barista who took our order did not enter it and so we had to ask for it again after about 10 minutes. The same barista then made my wifes tea up and brought it, but he had not put and ice cube in it (I watched him make it) When I asked him for an ice cube he appeared visibly irritated and put a few cubes in.This is not the first time weve found this type of careless attititude here but its usually different people which makes me think that this Starbucks doesnt have a good working environment.

The worst Starbucks ever . Bathrooms are filthy. One toilet was so clogged it was overflowing. Ordered a nitro cold brew, and apparently the nitro tank was empty and no one knew how to change it . But no one said anything, we just waited and waited . Tried to get another drink, that didn’t work, had to wait for the manager, who was not helpful . Not a good experience!

Staff is friendly, but whoever runs the inventory is not doing their job well. They are always out of menu items. I avoid this location because they never have things in stock. Better to go over to the one on adobe.

This is a busy spot as its close to freeway. However its not that busy as I only saw a couple waiting for the order in the lobby when I was about to make an order and there is no one else behind me. Yet the girl at the counter stopped taking order right at the moment when I am at the counter and got to business of heating snacks. She passed me several times and made no eye contact. I was waiting for about 5 mins feeling like forgotten. She held a bag running around and doesnt seem to know what she is doing. ( shouldnt she just leave the bag at pickup and thats it?) I left without a coffee eventually. I will not return to the store probably before it had a better employee job training. Not terrible service just so low efficiency.

Line of people inside and drive through is backed up, one guy working a single register who is flirting with a young customer for like 5-7 min while everyone else waits. Pretty unprofessional IMO. Dude should go to a bar if he is trying to pick up chicks, everyone else is just trying to get a coffee.

Well, its a Starbucks, so you should already know the menu and prices. We have been to this one several times and it has always clean. The servers have always been friendly and helpful. The bathrooms have always been clean. If your driving I5 through Red Bluff and need some coffee this is a good option as it is only a block east of the interstate.

This place is no diff. than any other cookie cutter SB, by design. The house coffee is bloody awful, even when they were giving it away for free 10 yrs ago to introduce it (Major Dickinson?)I object to chain stores in principle, in this case bc it drives small businesses out of business. Why? Fast, convenient, predictable which is not IMO a way to live life, tho, sadly, is what sells in America.

I ordered a black tea lemonade with raspberry and it tasted like what I would describe as BATHROOM CLEANER!!!! This has happened before and I was told the raspberry doesn’t taste the same at all the stores but I haven’t had this issue anywhere else. Why would you sell something that tastes like BATHROOM CLEANER? But that’s not what made me mad. The reason I’m writing this is because when I took it to the counter the worker was very rude gave me the usual excuse and instead of helping me and giving me a refund as she looked like the manager she said I would have to wait in line. I just waited in the drive threw line and now you’re going to make me wait in a huge line to get a refund?! You have another register...use it! No apology or anything just rude customer service and a drink that tasted NASTY!!!!!! Make the drive down the street and go to Dutch it’s worth it...they are at least nice! And yes I’m writing this as I’m waiting in line for my refund!

Efficient and friendly staff. Clean store with plenty of room. Not a lot of merchandise, but enough for small gifting. There is a drive thru, and the outdoor patio is service dog friendly. Vivian gives it two paws up.

Unfortunately this store has continued to let down over and over again. I’ve had issues with my last 3 out of the 4 visits. Long wait times (15+ minutes on a mobile order once I arrived), lids not being on correctly, to a barely lukewarm tea this morning after they once again did not have my full order ready when I mobile ordered at least 10 minutes in advanced. They didn’t even start on my breakfast item until after I pulled up and they had to ask me what I ordered. At this point I will be giving my money to the local company Expedition Coffee.

We went here after our visit to Lassen National Park. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We took samples for some fruit flavored tea and ordered some. This is a large place with clean restrooms.

This is the store that I always go to in Red Bluff while Im visiting my parents I usually come for a week monthly and there is one employee in them that seemed overwhelmed but extremely rude that wont stop me from going there though. The drive-thru is extremely busy so I went in there was nobody in there and by the time they got my drink together which they forgot they finally asked me what I was waiting for the hole drive-thru was emptied I was pretty disappointed today
