I had stopped coming to this location due to the long drive thru wait; however today, redemption. Johnny greeted us at the window. He had a very delightful personality that made the wait worth it. Thanks Johnny (Pepe) youre awesome. I enjoy my beverage even more because of his positive energy. Thanks you made my day.

This Starbucks is really nice compared to the one down the road. The restroom was pristine and the staff was really nice. No big lines when I got there around 3pm either.

I went on drive thru, asked for a vanilla bean with caramel and I said extra caramel aside from the caramel line up cup. I told the girl I didnt mind getting charged twice for the caramel because I know its not included ! When I got to the window my drink had very little so I told the girl if she can add more. She said you want more than that !? I said yes. She took my drink and came laughing with the other girl, she couldnt contain her laugh and as for my drink !. Let me tell you. It was more caramel than drink I am not exaggerating. I was really upset and most at the fact that they were laughing and she said is this enough!? I will not be going to this location anymore !

My sisters birthday today, ordered 3 drinks, gave the cheapest drink for free. saw another ladies order, they put barely any coffee, and then put 3 cups of ice. when they gave the coffee to her, it wasnt even filled up 3/4 of the way.

Very disappointing!! The Barista didn’t even pay attention to my order even. I order two drinks. An iced caramel macchiato, and a triple shot in an vente cup. However, the barista only gave me one drink and when I went up to ask. He says they only charged me one drink and that $6.25. So, he end up charging me for another drink. Bad services and attitudes. Not recommended. 😡😡😡

I enjoyed a great drink last night, and left happy. I misplaced my wallet and one of the workers turned it in. I went to pick it up this morning and everything was in the wallet. The Paul was really nice. This is an amazing location with great people. Thank you for the amazing service and honesty.

This Starbucks is very clean establishment.. great selection of hot and iced coffees, fraps, lattes, ECT .. good selection of goodies for the drinks.. staff here are very professional with no attitudes.. quick service in the walk-in and drive thru.. outdoor seating and canopy for shade... Overall I give them a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for their quick services.

Drive thru line was sooooo long but the staff at the window made up for the wait time. Some of the most polite baristas within this company. I might have a little more patience though because I was a partner at one time for 9 years, many moons ago. I honestly appreciated the connection so the wait wasnt really an issue but it was at least 10-15 minutes before I got to the window after putting my order in. Such is life. #tobeapartner ☕

Went to have a green tea and was pleasantly surprised to find nobody talking about politics. It was great . The place was clean . The restrooms were clean. The employees were friendly. I got my large green tea . It was hot . I decided to stick around a little bit because my niece wanted to collect pokemon points and raid this location. She had hot chocolate that had to cool a little bit more anyway. It was nice and warm inside and raining outside . The tea was good . The hot chocolate was good . We both had a pleasant experience at this location. We will be stopping by this location again.

I love the Starbucks they dont try to tell me that I can only use one of my rewards when I have two of them which the Starbucks in Claremont Montclair wherever off the 10 freeway try to tell me the drinks were given to us very quickly that people were very friendly stormy our dog is addicted to pups and the lady gave her the bigger size pup cup and wrote to the cutest dog personalized it very nice and she prefers the larger small cup to the plastic see through one because she can get her face in it. The only negative I have to say about the Starbucks is its hidden behind a bunch of trees and you almost miss it when you go by otherwise in that its the perfect Starbucks

Waited 20mins for my order. Never came up. Asked the cashier about my order and he said were backed up (mind you I went inside because the drive-thru line was long) I said my order was placed 20 mins ago and he then asked my name. He walked around asking then checked the printers started pulling stickers and placing them on empty cups. 7mins later my name is called and I try to ask the employee something and she just pushed my drinks at me aggressively and said thank you and walked away. Very disappointing service today. Ill try a different location next time. Hopefully it wont take almost half an hour and those employees will be kinder.

Tbh I think I might’ve gotten there at the wrong time or something because walking in I was hardly greeted by anyone and when handed my order the barista literally almost slammed it on the counter. Keep in mind I have not said a word to anyone except to the person who asked me for the name of the order. I wasn’t impolite or gave off a bad vibe in anyway. If it was busy I would totally understand, but there was roughly 3 cars in the drive through. Probably about 6 employees working. Again, I must’ve gotten there at the wrong time or something.

This Starbucks location is a typical Starbucks with a drive thru. The staff here are nice and its usually not busy at all. The inside doesnt have much seating, so if its during the middle of the day, you might have trouble finding a place to sit.Unfortunately, Ive had mixed experiences coming here. Sometimes when I order a coffee, its nice and hot. Sometimes its warm. Sometimes its practically cold. There have been a couple times when I didnt like how the coffee tasted at all.

This is the worst location I have ever been to in my life, I been to Starbucks all around the world always been this same, not this location I been to this location three days in a row, and each and every time my drink tasted horrible, been drinking the same drink since 2004 never changed a thing, thats why I always go to Starbucks cuz no matter where I go on this planet I got the same result, on top of all that there service is so bad that there employees are to lazy to make you your actual drink, first time they gave me drip coffee instead of actual espresso, second time my drink smelled like eggs, 3rd day my drink only came with espresso and they forgot the milk & sugar. when it was ordered threw the app to avoid any confusion & that way you get exactly what you wanted. no you dont not at this, location. if anything every single person at this location should be fired. from management & down. thank you.

Like any other Starbucks. Expensive with dirty tables. I got a 16 oz ice coffee, which was full of ice and little coffee. The seats are metal and very hard not comfortable at all. I think thats by design so customers spend as little time as possible. The ice coffee was good.

My coffee was served COLD. I ask for another one, and they poured it from the same source thinking it would some how be hotter. After two attempts to get a HOT cup of coffee, they finally figured it out and brewed a fresh pot of HOT coffee. They did make it right, but should I really have to ask for my coffee to be served HOT, especially from starbucks.

This is probably the closest Starbucks by my house and I will try my best to avoid this location like the plague.When we, my bf & I, walked up to the counter, no greeting or acknoledgement that we were there from the 2 baristas with headsets (a guy & a girl). I thought maybe theyre slammed with the drive thru orders. Its cool. I get it. #3 had a headset and he was looking in the overhead storage thats behind the cool hand chalked ads... then 2 more baristas popped up (2 girls).NONE OF THEM asked if we were helped!!!My bf is from Riverside and LOVES Starbucks coffee. I love Starbucks too! Were both Gold Members for 5+ yrs. So we understand what a busy location is like. This location can get slammed in an instant... When we walked in, wasnt one of those times.At 830pm-ish, they werent closing. We were the only ones at the counter, a lady walked in and asked for the bathroom code AND THEY GAVE IT TO HER, but no acknowledgement of us, who were standing in line, with our own empty coffee traveling cups... FAIL!!!WE WALKED OUT !!!I hope the managers/corporate reads this. They need to step in & step up their customer service, because OBVIOUSLY... the baristas in this location dont care...smh!
