I had the most lovely green tea matcha latte with coconut milk! Perfect temperature and taste. No added sugar is needed. Slightly sweet from the coconut milk alone. Dream drink I could have every morning.

Pick me up coffee days are always nice.Ordered the Salted Caramel Cold Foam (foam not pictured since I mixed it already lol, I know, rookie mistake ), and a classic so always hits the spot.Brought my reusable straw since I know theyre trying to phase them out. All good.Clean inside. Nice staff. Attentive. On it. I like this Starbucks.

I tried to make an order online but they said they were out of matcha lemonade. So I walked inside thinking it would be faster than the drive-thru which Ive done the drive-thru before and they did have matcha lemonade. But it was slower to walk inside and place an order as opposed to waiting in that long line in the a.m. . Drive thru definitely faster. I dont think they understand light Ice. My cup has half a cup of ice.

Its way too cold inside the building, you cant really sit there and enjoy a hot drink cause youre still cold 😔. If you order multiple drinks you may have to wait a bit for them all to come out at the same time. By the time you get the rest, the 1st ones are already cold😪

The crew here has to be lifted to the pantheon of the coffee industry, guess comparable to those in Manhattan or Tokyo. This joint has to be the most bustling location, all day long, with all walks of life streaming in, blue-collar, white-collar, law enforcement, entrepreneurs, teenagers, and topping it off, the homeless. Amazingly, they still keep the restroom unlocked, it has to be the ultimate craft of multitasking on display. I hope the corporate office has awarded them with some accolade, or the city should bestow them with some honorary recognition!

I went yesterday at around 9:05am and ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso. Everything was pleasant, until I asked a barista for a straw three times. She deliberately ignored me purposely until another associate handed it to me. This barista had red/orangish hair and had a stank attitude. I wish I would’ve seen her name tag so I can call her out personal on her terrible customer service and attitude.

Came by at night for a matcha frap and I know some other locations were out so I figured I’d ask first before ordering. So when I asked all I got was a loud “NO” and it was very rude and off putting. Like I’m sorry you probably get the same question from 100 people but instead of apologizing or even offering something else all I got was no. I would have ordered something else but the experience was bad and I didn’t feel like getting anything from this location

Im at this Starbucks probably three times a week. I go through the drive-thru I order through the app and pick up in store and sometimes I just plain and simple go inside the store and Order and wait. Service is always awesome. Everything is clean the staff is terrific. Ive been to Starbucks all over the world. Theyre always great always consistent but this one is one of my favorites.

The person who took our order was super friendly and they sounded like they understood what we were ordering but when we got to the window the order was completely wrong and they were very persistent on trying to rectify when we were now okay with what we had. Came here in the afternoon and there wasn’t many people in line. The baristas where busy fulfilling online orders but where attentive to their customers inside the store. The bathroom was clean and several people waiting in line to use it. I ordered two drinks and both of them where accurate and warm.

Paulina was rude and was late on most orders. Didn’t prioritized mobile orders. Drive thru wasn’t as busy as usual, most costumers looked irritated. Kept giving attitude to costumers that came back communicating their order wasn’t right, including myself. Didn’t appreciate the delay and attitude please retrain.

We ordered Starbucks today and there was horrible service and a huge line. As we ordered the first time, the screen was broken, they took forever to respond, they didnt tell us the total, and didnt read the order back to us. They didnt give us our receipt and on top of that they forgot one of our drinks and made us pay for a new one. Usually, the baristas are very helpful during the week but I came on a Saturday and received horrible service from the barista, Angelica. I do not recommend coming here and to the workers: please work on your politeness and the way you present yourself to your customers. Its truly embarrassing and disheartening to be treated like this.

Just went to Starbucks, ordered and had a great time! The dude taking our order was amazing we were making jokes in the car and he joined in the fun. Loved that he made light of the situation we are in. Very greatful for a fun drive through experience and for his great customer service. Left him a fat tip $10 for being soo great and working. Update: decided to give it another shot on Sunday morning and they almost gave me the wrong order, charged me for the wrong drinks and then had me waiting for a while all while not apologizing for the delay. This place is great. The employees are really friendly, but that’s a given with Starbucks. Also a given is the traffic the drive thru causes. If you’re heading north on Atlantic Blvd, hang in the left lane because there’s always someone making that tight right turn for their fix.

This Starbucks had a really great vibe when compared to other ones in the area. The music was very fun and created a nice environment where it was still possible to get stuff done. Understandably, though, it was reggae pretty much the entire time and that genre is pretty love-hate. Fast and friendlier service than usual. One flaw, most of the outlets where out of order so charge up before you get there.

Very dissatisfied with my Starbucks experience this morning. Came through the Drive Thru this morning, waiting to be taken care of. Well.. kept waiting, and after 5 min decided to just pull forward, assuming something was wrong with the speaker. Once arriving at the window, the cashier lady asked me if I had placed my order? When I told her I didnt know whether the speaker was working or not, due to the lengthy wait, she just simply rolled her eyes, and asked What can I get you? Poor customer service!! Then, to top it all off, she didnt get my order right, and when she gave me my food and beverage, she just handed it to me without even putting it in a bag! I asked her then if I could have a bag and again, she just rolled her eyes!! If you cant deal with the public, then perhaps, this is not the job for you!

This is the busiest Starbucks shop in terms of Drive-thru near Alhambra. The line mostly gets very long until it is a bit hard for visitors of other stores to pass through the line. Therefore, I hate doing the Drive-thru in this location. Getting my coffee inside in the store is so much easier and faster. Just park and walk in.

Let me start by saying that this Starbucks is in a very good location. Has a drive through which is a must these days. The place from inside looks good. It is clean and welcoming. Now the reason Im dropping 2 stars from this location is because the horrible experience I had at the drive through. First they refused to give me a cup of ice. Then said that they had the sandwich I ordered then to find out that they didnt have it making me order a cheaper one after I already payed without refunding me plus making me wait in the ally to get the sandwich where Im not supposed to stop at all. Went thru the drive thru with my Son couple days ago. The line was not too long so I waited.... soon enough we got up to the window...the gentleman could have been a little more enthusiastic, almost like he was not feeling it? Well the rest was awesome. Had a chocolate chip frap. Always happy to have a GREAT cup of coffee. Reason I focused on the Drive thru employee is because I have never had a experience like that with Starbucks before. Also, the drive thru is inconvenientl. The parking lot is small and hard to maneuver around in. Those were the 2 unfortunate situations I encountered other than that....it was all good.

This place gave me a horrible caramel macchiato. And the person in front of me was also not happy with their drink. The service was good. A bit slow but I wont be picky about that. Expensive coffee, but a lot of options if you get creative with off menu recipes. Service is fast, and if you order off the app even faster. Always a long line for the drive through, so Id skip that and go inside. I brought my own cup to this Starbucks only trying to help the environment in anyway possible. But in turn I saw their barista poured my drink in the plastic cup then poured it in my cup, which completely defeats my purpose. I went today and got a tall caramel ribbon crunch. The total cost was $4.75. I then proceed to wait for an extra 15 mins for my drink and there wasn’t a lot of people there at the time. I looked for a starbucks that was open last night so I can get something to drink and use the restroom. I drove 5 miles to this location. Got there 15 mins before they closed (whats advertise online and at their loaction)and they were closed. They didnt let me come in. They stated that once they closed they couldnt open again. If youre going to close 15 mins before than your advertised time then state that your location closes at 11:15 not 11:30. Even though I bought a drink through drive thru and stated that I really needed to use the restroom they still didnt let me in. I had to drive another 15 mins to find a restroom.

This is the only drive thru Starbucks around so it attracts a lot of on-the-go business. There are always bums hanging out here, but thats the same for any other Starbucks, at least in this area. What else can I say, Starbucks is a franchise so their place is kept clean and their drinks are pretty consistent.

If I asked for light ice it doesnt mean to fill up my cup full of ice. And next time you see a customer waiting at register acknowledge them and say that you will be with them in a bit. Not just pretend I dont exist and have another employee tell you that theres a customer waiting. Youre just a bad apple all around. Corporate will be notified about you. Again lose the attitude.

By far the best Starbucks in the area! Probably one of the few where the frustration of working with caffeine dependent fiends doesnt ruin the customer service. At some of the other bucks I feel a bit unwelcomed-- like Im the one that gave them a hard time about an order. Thats not the case here I have yet to experience that at this location. the baristas seem genuinely close and happy to help their customers here! This one is significantly more welcoming, and faster than the others considering the traffic it gets from mobile orders, drive-thru, and a large lobby/patio. Another Pro is that the drive-thru is open really late! The lobby is open later than the other starbucks in the area too but it does close about an hour sooner than the drive through.

I go to a few different Starbucks regularly depending on my morning, but this Starbucks is close to my house and with a 2 year old a drive through is very convenient. This morning I had an unfortunate experience with Kathleen at Starbucks. She was not the friendliest barista, which could be forgiven if my pumpkin spice latte (the thing I look forward to, that gets me through the day right now) was not horrible. It is blatantly obvious the other Starbucks make much better drinks than this location. Very disappointing!!! Try better Starbucks, otherwise I am going across town to get my drinks made. =/

Recently it seems that there is a huge marketing to advertise for the Blonde Espresso. Not only can you sit here sipping your coffee with free Wi-Fi, you can remain in your car in the drive-thru. Careful as there may be a mad rush for java so the line could be backed up to the street or the rest of the parking lot.
