I eat here a lot. Food is always really good! Coffee is always terrific at this location.Everything is always so fresh tasting too. I dont think Ive ever been served a single out of date or stale item here since my first visit. Theyre very consistent with the quality here.The early morning employees are always so kind and welcoming. Super fast and talented too. Its like they have a good positive atmosphere brewing in there.

I frequent this location almost daily, so I will start by saying the team is super friendly and welcoming! This post is to share a recent appalling experience and lack of quality. I watched a customer pick up her mobile order, take a few sips and tell the manager (who was the barista at the time), that it does not taste right. The manager then dumped her drink into a new cup, put my label on it and tried to give to me! No refreshing of ice, simply dump and reuse. I am shocked Starbucks supports the re-using of drinks, let alone drinks that customers already drank from?! I cannot imagine re-using drinks versus making a new one is how Starbucks trains its employees? Sad to see for sure, especially from their manager!

If you are having a hard morning, or not looking forward to another day at work, stop at this Starbucks and say hello to Deanna. She is by far one of the coolest humans I have ever met. She complimented me this morning on my eyelashes and it made me feel better than my latte does.

While the majority of the staff are great and always seem to be working hard, they are clearly understaffed. I would recommend staying away on Saturdays, I have tried repeatedly and cannot seem to get a drink in less than 20 - 30 minutes! My last visit took 37 minutes for a tea. To top it off the place in generally filthy.

Took about 40mins to get a premade drink not happy about it its probably like the 4th time then i get my drink and tasts like wTer from the drain

Wow, the front staff person was super rude. I wish I got her name! Mumbles whatdoyouwant after I sat there for a good 10 minutes waiting. Doesnt even say anything to me when I order, I didnt even know the order was complete. She just stood there and stared at me. Yikes. And then they didnt even called my name when my order was done. Really, really appalled by the service and this is coming from someone who also works in customer service.

Really rude to bikers treat kids like they aren’t even cusomers won’t make you your drink or what you want unless you say may I. Also manager enjoys taking pictures of minors for no reason. They also wear not work hats that look really dirty.
