Fantastic layout with comfortable chairs, 20 minute pickup parking (3 spots) restrooms, high roofs, and study areas.The staff is friendly and the lighting is great. The design makes me feel comfortable yet alert.Got a nitro cold brew and my go-to Pike place drip coffee. Mobile order can be backed up on the weekends around 10-3pm so just be advised

Typical Starbucks, typical pricing, so if you know anything about coffee shops then you know what youre getting. What Starbucks promises you is what you will get here nothing less nothing more. Ask Starbucks goes this one is a little more crowded but you can always find a seat. It is Well staffed, and I have only met friendly people there. So overall if you like Starbucks it offers exactly what you expect from Starbucks. Busy parking lot, but youll eventually find a spot. Nice view out the front windows. In fact this used to be Charlie Olsons Cherry stand. Yeah the Starbucks is inside the one-time Cherry stand located on El Camino. Its nice they kept the building and the water tower. Nice touch.

When shopping at Target, convenient one to get a StarBucks.One need to be there before 5pm to get snacks, not sure why the outlet is in hurry to wrap up snacks when open to serve coffee.

Friendly service, good coffee...but the store is dirty (the floors and bathrooms), the chairs are most uncomfortable, and there is a door missing to the bathrooms. Currently one has to listen to the lod fan blowing every other minute as guests dry their hands. Not a store to hang out more than a few minutes.

Ordered at 7pm, store wasn’t busy at all. In fact there was no one there. They served and charged me for a mocha when i ordered a hot chocolate, i didn’t see it until i got home. Waste of a drink and waste of $8!

Perfect hand crafted beverages each time, in your own cup or a disposable one. Excellent customer service at this one, with very friendly staff and an exceptionally efficient speed in getting your drink. Spacious and modern dining area and next to a modest sized parking lot. Outdoor patio is lovely for outdoor sipping as well.

Neat and clean one in Sunnyvale. But it’s not properly organized. I was planning to have a meeting with a guy and that guy came and proposed a better place to have a coffee and we left. I didn’t have coffee I can’t comment but the location is good to spend time. Most of folks just using the location to hangout not really having a coffee or having a coffee for a longgggggg time ;)

I normally I get coffee here and can understand everyone gets busy from time to time,but I was disappointed as a customer to have been lied to! I tried doing a mobile order ahead of time,so that I can pick up my coffee and start my shift ”for work,” keep this in mind I work literally across the street” anyhow, I called this location questioning why they turned off their mobile orders and the reason they gave me was because the outside is in a rush, and there is a lot of people. So I decided to pick up the coffee myself and order it at the store since I have no choice but when I got there, I was shocked to see that there was only two people in line and more than enough staff. It really frustrated me because when I called I was pulling in to the plaza and I don’t think it’s possible for that rush just to go away in 45 to 50 seconds. I also understand that there’s always a demand for a tip when ordering in the store But to me it seems like they’re trying to make their tips. I am about loyalty and making sure that we take care of our people and today I wasn’t taken care of. SMH.

This place is usually fairly busy and the staff is efficient but are not generally very cordial. I cannot say that they are unfriendly, but of the several times I have ordered here, no one has said anything at all to me as I picked up my drink order. In fairness, they are very busy. Between the drive-through and mobile orders, I doubt they really have much time to breathe. Thanks for making my drinks guys. I really appreciate you and how hard youre working.

Great staff! I went in and didnt know what I wanted, and the cashier with the pinkish hair did something no ones ever done before at Starbucks. She asked what I like so she can give recommedations and/or we can create my drink together. Such friendly people there, had a great experience with her and everyone there that day.

One of the larger and nicer Starbucks Ive been to. Its a standalone building on the degree of a strip mall parking lot that borders El Camino Real. It has a long sitting area that has a lot of natural lighting. Staff is helpful and friendly usually. Bathrooms are clean with a unisex stick area

Parking is so tight in this lot. But if you can get a spot, the Starbucks is great. Big table with phone chargers, several outlets for laptops to plug in, good solid WiFi, and friendly staff. Spacious with a lot of seating. One of the better Starbucks around.

There is very few power outlets and so finding one might be hard if you plan to work from here. This place is always busy and supports mobile orders too. But there is no drive-thru. Since this is located in a busy shopping complex, finding a park might be tricky. But there are few 20 mins parking sports and if lucky you might find one. Those spots are too narrow though. Might be challenging for new drivers.

Update: wifi speed is worse than dial up! this starbuck has move a little in the plaza, now it is near pf chang. The chairs and tables are renovated too, maybe they are renovating the whole store too.The chairs and tables need to be changed and at least cleaned! On the other hand, it was not competently full and there were some chairs and tables you could seat on when I visited.

Fairly large location that is on the newer side with a very nice interior. Parking can be difficult as its in a shopping center next to a Trader Joes. Staff are friendly and reasonably fast with orders but do expect a crowd during rush hours.

Good Starbucks in the former Olson family fruit store. You can still see some of the barn structure. Could use some tables and chairs. Wifi was much slower than in other Starbucks, and I could not get any work done, which was disappointing. Coffees and service good as usual.

Not sure about this place. I asked for a certain new drink and the person taking my order did not have a clue what I was talking about. It wasnt a special menu item. It was a normal item Ive gotten at at least 6 other locations. The person making the drinks was so excited to be there. If she was any more excited shed be asleep. Might just drive to another location next time.Update: I am certain they dont know how to make drinks here. My Frappuccino was not even blended. Full ice cubes, not enough syrup.

Like their products but it seems that they care only for the computer addicts who stay sitted there for hours with a cup, oftentimes taking tables of four just for themselves. Not so welcoming for the others whod like to spend a little time relaxing with a coffee on the terrasse. Not enough tables /umbrellas outside..

Its your tipical Starbucks. Great coffee, made pretty quickly, but no different than any other Starbucks. This location does have the nitro cold brew, which has more caffeine and tastes better than regular coffee. Plus the cold brews & nitros do not bother my stomach as much as regular coffee. Overall I think this location is great, but the parking lot is a bit of a cluster. Otherwise would give it five stars.

Normally, I would just write my standard Starbucks review, however this place on my first few visits has fallen below my expectations of Starbucks stores.This is a pretty large location, however every time Ive gone, usually during a rush hour, they insist on having only 1 person at the register. Mind you, this is when Ive seen 5 people working at once.Also, each time Ive waiting on a drink from a barista, the barista took way longer than it should take to complete an order. I have pretty good patience, but I can recognize when a barista is not working at the optimal Starbucks speed.Lastly, good luck parking in this lot. It is hell.

Sigh. Made direct eye contact with the Asian GIRL barista this morning and she had to comment to her white -hipster bearded-beanie-wearing co-workers. Then said hipsters were getting all hot and bothered because i dared to be direct with another employee. He and she tried to deduce if I had romantic intentions. Many people assume that ALL ASIAN WOMEN dont like asian men, or if they do its because they lack choices.For this girl, she is just another Asian American girl who thinks because she has been with a lot of non-asians she has transcended her asian-ness, and therefore superior to other Asians(especially men). See I dont know that as a fact, Im ASSUMING, as people do.Writing this because they were talking a lot of trash about me when I was sitting there doing work. They are young punk-asses no doubt, but this type of employee behavior is bordering on an epidemic.
