This is a go to coming into town, the downside is the location. You have to maze through the usually busy parking lot to make it to the drive through and back out. Also not directly off the freeway. Otherwise usually a friendly staff, good coffee and mediocre microwaved food. Cheers!

Got a couple drinks for my mom and I, thought the cups felt a little lighter than usual, but I wasnt expecting to get drinks that were not even full. Got back to my mom to pick her up and she thought I had drank her drink, both drinks were sealed, didnt even drink my own at this point, come on Starbucks, charging 6 bucks for a drink and then jipping people? This is pathetic, neither of the drinks I got were full.

I ordered a blended Venti dragonfruit mango with strawberry syrup and was handed a mango dragonfruit refresher that was warm tasted like flavored water and in no way refreshing. nobody else waiting to order only the 1 employee helping me that I could see. It was a wait also, not sure why but seeing the ( oven down sign ) I took it as the day not going so well. Everyone has bad days at work, I understand but afyer waiting 15 minutes for what i was handed i took it and afyer tasting literally just threw the drink away

What can I say I love the varietys and the seasons they change to match the weather taste and tasty morsoles. But my favorite summer drinks are green tea frapicino and of course the varity of fruit teas.

I went in to get some hot water for tea and buy some food on my way through town. I was told that it was Starbucks new policy that hot water could no longer be given to customers, not even if you buy the tea on the side. They said someone had thrown hot water in a barristas face. So they cant do that. Uh, you sell mostly hot beverages. All of them can be tossed in someones face. Sounds like the owner or corporate is pinching pennies. Wonder what else they are skimping on.

It’s not that this store is particularly bad, I just am banning and reviewing one star any Starbucks I order from because of their asinine pricing. I only drink mochas and I start my day with 5 shots. This is now 12 dollars. Other places who are local, which we all should ethically support anyways as these are our own people and their businesses, are about 6.50-7 bucks for the same. Starbucks charges 1.75 per extra shot and they by default come with 2 regardless of size. I literally am hoping a mass ban of Starbucks begins and local business gets the void left in the market. You lost a customer and I sold out on my values for ever even supporting such a behemoth of a chain and their unethical global and local practices. Asinine corporate pays, while we suffer in the middle. I hope your corporate model dies

There is barely food in my sandwich. Very very little Mozzarella and tomato. Tiny blob in a that doesnt even cover 1/3 of the sandwich. I only jad 30 min for my lunch break. Now i dont have time to get more food elsewhere.

I have been getting the same drink every morning for year and a half from Starbucks.I have never been so irritated beyond words because of having to listen to the employee complain about having to make my drink. I have never heard any employee complain about making my drink ever today was the first.It honestly makes me never want to step foot into the notre Dame boulevard Starbucks ever again they know darn well that all the customers stand in front of the counter waiting for their drinks and she still had the audacity to complain about making this drink!

Filthy, many things were out of stock and out of the two bathrooms, one was without TP and clogged, the other was occupied for over 30 minutes by a homeless man with his pitbull. The staff didnt seem to care about getting the bathroom fixed up or that the homeless man was hanging out inside with his dog lounging on the seating. I personally dont care that he was in there or possibly bathing in the bathroom - I mean you gotta do it somewhere right? However, the dog smelled.

By far the worst Starbucks experience out of them all. I ordered a few drinks and the quality is not closed to that of the other locations. The mango dragon fruit do not even have a single fruit bit in it, just a few fruit seeds and the color is also very light. I asked for hot water since my family is sensative to the cold ice water and that is not even allowed or an available option. I guess tough time caused the management in this location to cut corner. Please save yourself the money and aggregation and avoid this location at all cost. Very disappointed.

Worst Starbucks ever! I purchased 5 gift cards of $20 each through Starbucks and only 2 gift cards work. The other 3 gift cards was not even activated or working. I was charged for all 5 gift cards and neither the store or cooperate is willing to take responsibility. Will not continue to support Starbucks.

Honestly the drinks and food are fine. Theres little difference there between any other shop. The problem is how long it takes. I cant remember the last time I was in and out of the drive through in less than 30 minutes. Its absolutely ridiculous. Dutch Bros down the street has you in and out in less than 5 minutes with a longer line consistently. :/

Always the friendliest staff and very Profesional policies and practices throughout the corporation. Beautifully mastered roasts and beans but a little pricey. 6 dollars a day is over 200 a month in breakfast beverages alone without eating in the morning.

Wait was a bit long. I didnt mind and the staff was friendly but when I got my drink it was disappointing. I got a regular Carmel Frappuccino and it tasted nothing like it should. Very watered down and taste was just off. And honestly couldnt gotten something similar for way cheaper at a gas station. Would have gone back to have it fixed but didnt have time to wait another 30min since I had work.

This Starbucks is the exception to the rule. Unlike every other store in town, the staff are consistently uncaring and orders are messed up on a regular basis, which the staff apparently give couldnt give a crud about. Go to the next closest store on Forest Ave and youll have a MUCH better experience.
