This is a great Starbucks for having a business meeting although when we visited it was pretty busy they have a bunch of spots that are shaded and also sunny as well as plenty of room inside. Over two years now every morning to get coffee with coworkers before or during work, most of the staff know me by first name .Today came in for for coffee and had a refill.This lady Robin was super rude and asking if bought here and was it today.Very embarrassing in front of other people waiting behind me.Very disappointedNot sure if I want ever get my coffee here.The other staff are awesome and very polite. Hope the management pays attention to people like her. Who make their customers uncomfortable.

This review is actually for the new location across the street near In-N-Out. I could not find it on google. Thats why I am leaving 5 stars instead of 1 star. Pleas put green stoppers in the lid of your drive thru customers hot beverages. As my drink was handed to me, coffee spilled onto my car and myself because there was no stopper in the lid. Of course there was no apology from the barista and no Napkins offered.

I have been using this cafe since this location opened. I had very rude servers and a manager in this shop in the past. I recently noticed that several new employees were friendly and nice. Among them, Robin was fantastic. She remembered my name and always greeted me with a smile. She always sounded like she was happy to see me. I decided to give her kudos.

This location is convenient because it has a drive thru and when they are not out of stock they make good drinks as far as Starbucks goes. That being said because this location is popular they run out of ingredients for their seasonal drinks often. In the fall they always run out of pumpkin spice and then today I ordered the chocolate java mint frap, was told they were out of the mint syrup but offered to make a regular java chip with peppermint syrup. I agreed....but thought it was wrong to be charged extra for the peppermint syrup when the server offered this as an alternative for not having the drink I originally wanted. The server could have at least informed me that his recommendation would include an extra charge. To make things worse, the java chip frap with peppermint syrup tasted exactly the same as the chocolate java mint frap minus the cookie crumble on top.....so it felt like I paid more for the same drink....

It’s a recommendation location by our team. We think it has good customer service and folks are passionate about what they do and provide good services overall. Nice outside sitting as well. I think this chain has showed the passion to service irrespective of the competition from local and other new chains. They stay with the standard and use the profit to channel it more towards better services.

Stopped by during a small break to get a drink. Went inside since drive thru line was wrapped around the building. No line inside so I was able to order quickly, but took way too long to get the drink. Saw at least 5-6 people who came in after me get their drinks and food before I did. When I asked one of the employees if they had my drink another employee on the line said they were working on it, but they hadn’t even started it. Wont be coming back to this location.

Great spot for my schedule. I tend to go late morning when it is not very busy. During prime time the in-store and drive thru lines can be long. In my experience the staff works efficiently to keep things moving. Friendly staff when they have an opportunity to chat!

Its a good Starbucks experience. They make drinks very quick and accurately. This time we went through the drive through and it wasnt bad but I can see in the mornings it getting backed up. Update: I think this location has gotten back on track in our pandemic era. I appreciate the newer seats and tables on the patio. Especially, I like the even traffic flow between drive-thru, walk-ins, and mobile orders.……..I don’t like to give bad reviews. :/ This place has gone downhill since it opened a few years back. I am not sure what happened- they seem to have a lot of young, kids, working here, who could use training in customer service. On one visit, I was waiting for my drink (I was the only one), and waited, and waited, until finally I had to flag someone down in the back and ask them what happened to my drink. On another visit, it was crowded and the only open table was sticky, so I asked if I could have someone come and wipe it down, the girl handed me a wet nap. I don’t mind doing it myself, but there was a slight expectation that someone working there who has access to a sponge and soap would come out and clean the table. There used to be a tall, skinny, male manager running this place, maybe a couple of years ago, and he was on point! I would see him very involved with the staff and stepping in to take the trash out and cleaning the tables himself- not sure if he is still there?At the end of the day, it’s Starbucks. You can still get your drink here, just do not expect too much. 3 stars for the nice, outdoor patio and location (plus this Starbucks has a drive-thru, which I have never used, but it’s convenient).

Always clean location, always friendly service, and the drinks are consistently made according to recipe. Also the employees here go above and beyond. We just saw a lady break down in their drive thru, and instead of making her sit there, two of the guys went outside and pushed her car to a parking spot where she could wait safely for her tow service. There is a reason I tend to come to this location more than any other!

This is a great Starbucks location. Its super close to a lot of the places I go to work at my day job and theyre pretty quick with their service (even at peak times!), although the drive thru can look long at times. The inside of the place is always clean and homely and the outside is enjoyable all the time. The only problem is that it can be a bit crowded at times.

This order started with confusion about the store location. Went to another S. in The Marketplace. They did not offer to provide the beverage, but sent me to the other store. There I had ordered a venti iced blonde vanilla latte with an extra shot - $7.75 total! - and as I sipped it while driving away, I was shocked to discover that THERE WAS NO VANILLA SYRUP included!! A very expensive, dull beverage.

Went in on a Thursday night 9pm, was not welcomed. The display where they keep all the breads, cakes, danish etc.. was empty mind you they close @11:30pm. I asked for 3 regular coffees with hazelnut flavors it seemed they gave me 3 coffees with shots of hazelnut that where way to strong. Also the coffee cakes where not that great. Will try it again next time to see if by being there longer they get themselves situated and make things better

Moving from 1 star to 3. They kept inside of the store relatively clean. Outdoor area on the other hand can use a little TLC. I was the only customer inside but took several minutes before someone took my order. Didnt asked me for cream and sugar. Its around 740pm on a Sunday evening and the pike tasted like....watered down burnt coffee? Does not taste like pike at all. I would have gone to another Starbucks but this is the only one that open late Hope as we are recovering from the pandemic, experience will improve as well.A note: only drive through opens till 1030pm. I waited and waited and finally went to ask where my drink was and they couldn’t find my order. Just in the past 5 days, Ive been to 4 different Starbucks locations in Irvine and Laguna Beach, and I have to say that my relationship with Starbucks has been rocky as of late, but todays experience at this particular location, with Cooper taking my order, was excellent. He got my coffee order exactly right and was helpful guiding me in buying a decaffeinated drink suitable for my 4 year old niece. Both drinks ordered were perfect! Thanks for making me regain confidence in Starbucks. If everyone else at this Starbucks is as competent as Cooper, then this is a great Starbucks.

All the employee have exemplified the Starbucks level of customer service except the Manager (at least I think he is the Manager, really tall bossy fellow with light brown hair) He talks too fast on drive thru, doesnt repeat your order and has gotten our order wrong tree times now. I have asked to have my order repeated so I know what said was heard but he still messes it up then blames it on me. (And I can hear him doing this to the employees mind you) In any customer service job, its important to set your ego aside and try your best to meet the customers needs because all we really want is our coffee. I dont have a complicated order at all but he has been aggressively agitated that be had to remake my drink the way I originally asked for it. Anyway, I hope he lightens up, slows down a little so he can get it right and be more accommodating and not take things so personal because its not fair to the other employees that are working so hard to be Legendary (the way Howard S wants his peeps to be)

This is a very busy drive-thru location so just know that if you do the drive-thru you will have to wait awhile for your drink during Prime Times. Youll probably catch a open seat outside on the patio rather than inside. I mostly come to this location on Sunday afternoons and its pretty busy inside. They make excellent mocha chip Java Frappuccinos.

I have been to a lot of Starbucks, talked with a lot of workers and managers, even met one of the District Managers on a few occasions. There are so many great people working for this company and I could say many positive things about multiple locations. My wife and I recently moved into the area and I was visiting this location for the second time. My first experience was too close to closing time to give any accurate review. Having said that, this morning was awesome. I got in line to and was determined to try something new. Sometimes you get in your rut. You find something you like and then you dont see the point in chancing it with other things. What if you dont like it? Then you think back to the drink you actually like haha. So there I was in line, deliberating, when a gal was standing behind me. I told her that she could go ahead of me because I was yet undecided. She then offered to help me choose a drink. How kind! I asked her what her favorite Cold Brew was and she said the Caramel Cloud Macchiato. Not only did that sound good, but the picture looked great too. I love it when they provide pictures! lol She even suggested that I get it with an extra shot of expresso for a real pick me up. I really enjoyed her customer service and knowledge so I asked her if she was the manager. She turned out to be the Assistant Manager! She smiled and introduced herself as Kate. She was so humble, I would never have known. I took her offer and ordered the drink. WOW! I can honestly and sincerely say that the Caramel Cloud Macchiato is the very best drink I have ever ordered at a Starbucks. I might be my favorite drink anywhere aside from the Iced Mocha at Portola Coffee Roasters. Before I left, I thanked Kate for her recommendation and praised the barista for her masterful creation. Truly, you have to try it. If not for Kate, I would have ordered some usual drink, had an okay experience and then went along on my typical day. Thanks to Kate, I have a brand new favorite! One of the newer Starbucks in town. I believe this is one of the few around the area that sells beer and wine, which is cool if thats what you fancy. The interior is large and so is the patio. Theres ample seating in both locations, and one thing that I do enjoy is that the patio seems closed off to the main streets so it feels a lot more comfortable to sit and chat or even read a book.

This is a decently sized and situated Starbucks with a nice outdoor patio, about a mile off the 5 freeway in a shopping center in Irvine. This one is free standing and opens early. It has a drive through.

Starbucks on Bryan and Jamboree is open later than most of the other stores in the area. It has a drive-through which closes a half-hour before the lobby does. Inside is well-lit. Staff is plentiful and very friendly. Like most stores like this one, the menu boards are very incomplete. Late nights it is usually filled with students using the available WiFi. Service is prompt. Food items are withdrawn about an hour before the lobby closes.

This Starbucks is in a great location, but desperately need baristas to be a lot quicker (long lines for days) with less mistakes. It happens often and I’ve just been too nice to say anything. Just recently a woman barista was rather rude to me via drive thru. I admit at the time I needed to have my breaks checked and I actually was on my way to auto shop, but first coffee, of course haha..but that’s when I herd the barista woman said, “whoa I hat is that, is that you? You really need to get those breaks checked out”. My car just made a low screeching sound, that indicated break check I get it, but I don’t think that’s something that should be called out by someone who’s focus should be making sure she gets your order correctly. And then to hear a little laughing in the background as well come on...The low screeching sound came in as I pulled up that’s why im sure she herd it, then no sound after that. I’m mean, these things unfortunately happen to ppl everyday. I’m not one who gets offended easily either, but that was jus uncalled for I feel.
