Wish I caught the names of the two baristas that were just there, they were SO SWEET! Came in for my birthday drink and they made my friend and I feel so special. Their customer service and attention to detail when handcrafting our drinks is unmatched. So thankful I chose to stop at this cafe!

Worst experience with a barista ever- only ever met sweet and baristas until now. First- when i walked in the shorter hispanic lady with brown hair was talking extremely loudly for the whole store to hear TO her phone on a call while she makes drinks- about stuff i don’t think should be heard by the whole starbucks. and obviously double tasking doesn’t work because she didn’t add the extra strawberries as it said on the drink. so i asked her to add the extra and she rudely grabs it to add more- then when she gave it back i didn’t say thank you( which i usually do when the baristas are sweet) so i didn’t say thank you and she says in a sarcastic and rude tone “your welcome!”. her entire vibe was not friendly or welcoming WHATSOEVER and she shouldn’t be greating people or up in the front if she doesn’t work well with costumers

Ive been going to this branch of starbucks, like literally spend my time here 😁.. the ambiance of SB is very welcoming, baristas and the manager are always nice, they remember you and your usual drinks! Met a good people here!

Went in today for an Iced Coffee & Lavender Matcha, apparently the cashier (who was not paying attention) assumed I was ordering 2 Matcha drinks and was giving my wife an attitude for correcting her order, again this wouldnt have happened if the cashier was paying attention in the first place, the order was still incorrect.rightfully so no tip was given, the cashier gave this look as if she was surprised and disappointed, rather than argue, my wife just accepted the incorrect drink and went on her way, this cashier needs to Learn about professionalism and clean up that attitude.

Went in, bought a coffee so that I could use the restroom, was told I couldn’t use the restroom because they had already cleaned it. The store still had over an hour until closing time. Not only was Kandi extremely rude but denying your paying customers access to the restroom because you’re trying to get off early is extremely unprofessional. You’re paid to do your job so do it. 0/10 for this location. And Kandi needs a review from her managers.

The most recent starbucks Ive been to where the place has intentionally covered all sockets with metal plates. You cant charge your laptops to work here, stay away if you are looking for a distraction free work environment.

We went to this Starbucks on a Friday night. It was adequately staffed, very friendly and restroom clean. The first drink ordered was a Grande PSL. It was hot, balanced and all the pumpkin was present. The second was a tall Mocha with oatmilk. This one was creamy, delicious and brought the right amount of mocha on the pallate. Kudos to the Barista on the bar, the team, and the leadership.

Minus- This is a passing through Starbucks. Dont come here for comfortable seating to sit and enjoy your coffee. Hard back wood chairs are what you will find. This is not a spacious location. There are electric wallsockets for chargers at least. No outdoor seating (and there is a large area in front perfect for such). If you want a hit and run SB depot this is for you.Plus - Nice and efficient staff.

I used mobile order at this location, it was my first time ever going to this location. I primarily use mobile order when getting Starbucks because of the ease and convenience. However this time was a mess. I showed up at my predicted time and my order wasnt ready. No biggie, I get it. However it wasnt very busy and people that were coming in and ordering, while I was there waiting for my order, were getting their orders before I was. Frustrating but still, no biggie. Finally got my drink (8 minutes outside of my scheduled time) and then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my food which was one scone. I tried asking for assistance and was ignored. The staff werent calling out names as they placed the orders on the counter, and both kept their heads down almost as if it was intentional to avoid any customers.

I’ve never been to this starbucks I ordered a caramel Brulé and a cheese danish when I say blink of an eye my cheese danish was ready!! I was like wow she’s quick, my coffee was then ready after. I did reach out to the assistant mgr on duty to let her know this staff was quick with great customer service. I didn’t catch any names on this shift but I’m sure the mgr will remember to let her staff know. Thank You ladies on this shift for the great first time experience.

Been coming to this Starbucks for over 12 years now (not daily or even weekly... or even monthly - you know, just ‘occasionally’).Nonetheless, workers are always nice & friendly. The last time I went, someone [that I think was new] made my drink wrong &, when I was finally able to take a drink (about 10-15 min later because of the whole “mask” thing), I realized it was wrong so I figured, before heading home, I would just go in and see if it could be easily fixed really quick.So, I went in & just went straight to the ‘pick up’ section (since I had already ordered) & one of the same girls I recognized being there when I had first gotten my beverage politely came over to me & I informed her of my issue & she instantly said “I’m so sorry about that! Just give me one min!” & immediately began making my order correctly; regardless of any new orders coming in from people at the register just ordering.She got it done fast and I was in and out in like 2-3 minutes, tops! She apologized again & with a big smile wished me a great rest of my day.Definitely COMMEND the customer service! MUCH APPRECIATED!! Will for sure be back! 😊👍🏻 💯🧋

I’m new to the area, and this is the second Starbucks location in Temecula that I’ve received phenomenal customer service. The Manager (Richard)and staff (Judy+more) reach out to customers for feedback on services which is an excellent way to know them. This location is highly recommend by myself, if your seeking a good environment to focus early morning, have some coffee, breakfast and complete your work. Additionally, this location is the first to recommend completing your transaction for coffee, and refill as daily customer. Keep up the outstanding work.

We have a 5 hour drive ahead of us and stopped to get coffee. The service was more than pleasant and the timing was to be expected for what we ordered (less than 7 minutes). Our server was Joy, who was just as her name explained her. This Starbucks should be more than happy to have such a great employee who takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Thank you Joy!

This Starbucks has very good service, its nice and big inside with lots of tables. It is very busy though and kind of a long wait. But considering how busy it is, the wait is reasonable. I think it was about 10 minutes for two specialty drinks. The drinks were perfect though, worth the wait for me.

Its Starbucks, what is there not to like. Only opportunity is it took a decent amount of time to get my two simple drinks when only one other person was in front of me. Good customer service as usual, would like to see more smiles from the employees at this particular location. I dont come here everyday but those are the only two opportunities that are consistent to my visits at this location.

Upon ordering, I was greeted very nicely, excellent customer service. Took my order, however forgot to punch in iced. When given the the order, i was in the process of saying Ill take them hot or pour over ice. Usually they give them free and remake. I didnt want them to do this, however they graciously did. If they would slowed down just a bit, everything would have been fine. Work smarter, not harder;)

I love Starbucks. I never have anything bad to say. However at this location....... I do have to say theres a couple of employees that act snotty and can be rude at times 😲 and this was not a one-time experience it has been every time I go in there. I really dread going to that store and dont even look forward to deal with that type of customer service and Hospitality. Its always something at this Starbucks I ordered the iced Cocoa cloud on happy hour today and the barista that made my coffee didnt know exactly how to make it or was just in a rush and throwing things together. had to go up and ask the young lady at the register to have them remade she said she would do it but the young lady remaking the drinks was standing around making faces and talking about how it didnt taste right that was the customers complainedwe should not have to have our drinks remade people that work there should know how to make the drinks and if not ask for help. this is the third time Ive been there and had to go through the same thing.

I come into this starbucks quite often, I am also a regular at a few other ones around town,Last few visits here, have not got the treatment and customer service like i usually do pretty weird? My wife and I spend a lot of money here, and since youve guys have been picking up on this location the drinks and customer service definitely have been slacking,two guys here and 1 girl make awesome drinks, every other time i have someone its watered down, iced, or doesnt have an ingredient/syrup that is written on the cup. Like all Starbucks, this one is a corporate caffeine den vending large quantities of milk, sugar and processed foods. I do appreciate that they have a blonde roast option, both for in-store brewed coffee as well as brew at home beans. I find that the non-blonde roast just tastes like they burned the beans. All in all, I am happy with the beans I buy, but have noticed that more and more of the Starbucks locations are reducing the variety of whole beans that they sell.

This Starbucks always has a line out the door and always has one person ringing. I ordered my drink and went to the restroom. When I came out a women tells me that she accidentally drank out my drink but that they are remaking my drink already. They hand me my drink and it looks like the same cup that they originally wrote on. I asked them if they gave me a new cup since someone drank out of the previous, and they hesitated and said yes. I dont believe they did.

They dont care what their employees do!! My husband Used to be a regular there and became friendly acquaintances with a lot of people that work there. An employee that works there TERA took my husbands debit card information without saying anything or asking first and found him on Facebook! Shorty after that she was trying to get him to be with her.. he told her No! She started Harassing him with message after message!! I called into Starbucks to speak to the head manager which was never there when they said he/she would be there. I told them what happened. Afterwords Tera started posting threats to me on her facebook. I called in only two more times, told them all this again and about the threats, and was very calm and professional about it. Still Nothing was done, they said they would have to investigate! Also that whatever happens outside the workplace is not their concern! She Still works there and NOTHING was done about this, hmm... apparently its ok to take a customers credit/debit card information and harass them as long as its not at work!!We will NEVER be going back there!!

The hours said they closed at 10pm however the door was locked at 950. They were rude about opening it and the customer service was awful. When I was ordering my drink some guys came to the door as well and they girls did not let them in. It was not even 10 when they tried coming in. When we left, one of the girls who happened to be mopping grabbed the front door and pulled it shut RIGHT behind me. I wont be going to this location again.
