I have been coming to this Starbucks drive thru for the last 5yrs or so. I have never had any problems. My food and drinks are always as I order. I never have to wait too long. Workers are all nice and up beat. No attitudes.

I love their cappuccino. The child loves the sandwich and some sweet balls on a stick. And some kind of pink drink. Going for water with jam. This is what we always order! Thank you.It was very dirty that day. Garbage, rags, dirty table. But perhaps it was evening and the employees did not have time. But any review is a review! Thank you

Todays Starbucks visit was great. The facility looked very clean and everything organized! The staff welcomed me into the store in a friendly manner. The store was not crowded, so I was able to have a very comfortable experience. Food service and quality were exceptional.

This Starbucks is off the 215 Fwy off the Murrieta Hot Springs exit in the Burlington shopping center with drive-thru and plenty of parking. Today I had a Pink Drink which is a Strawberry Acai Refresher w/accents of Passion Fruit & creamy Coconut Milk, perfect for this hot day. The drink was pretty satisfying but this locations drive-thru lacks customer service pretty bad, not even a hello or thank you in fact I had to ask for my total so I could pay which makes it awkward.

This Starbucks was pleasant to visit in particular because of how fast the service was and how delicious the drinks were! Also, the shop was very clean and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I only got a small coffee but it was packed with delicious ingredients made to my specific instructions which gave me the greatest delight I could ask for in terms of coffee. Thank you Starbucks!

Dishonest when serving drinks. Git one shot on a double espresso and weak as f matcha.Got charged one extra drink I did not order.

Ive stopped here multiple times and have started noticing the habit of whenever I ask for light ice they seem to give me extra ice. At first I just thought someone just didnt pay attention.... but now it seems intentional being that it has happened multiple times and they give me more ice then when I dont even ask for light ice. Pics of my order from today.

I gave 4 stars because most of the time I get excellent customer service.Today, unfortunately they didnt get my drink correct. Has happened a few times. It is very annoying! This is not a London Fog as ordered, it is just tea.

I love this location so much, but today was not it. Almost had a drink fully spill on me by an employee because she set it down on the mobile order drink tower slanted. Naturally it fell and the lid popped off and spilled most of the drink. However, I managed to catch the cup with a little bit of the Raspberry colored drink still remaining (not a lot though). Every employee looked (including the girl who spilled it) and no one, including her, asked if I was okay or to even apologize. Her facials stayed the same... tired & unfazed like nothing happened. And because I was right next to the spill, I had to see if there were any stains (luckily there were none). But the fact that I didnt get an apology or anyone concerned to see if I was injured or not, has me appalled. The only words I received from a different employee were, youre good. Acting as if I was the one who spilled the drink, when I infact can bet $500 I did not spill anything. Overall, I am appalled by the disservice, and everyone that worked today around 1pm/2pm (July 2, 2023) needs to be re-trained and learn how to be attentive, alert, and apologize for their mistakes. ESPECIALLY the Asian girl who spilled the drink.
