I have been coming to this Starbucks drive thru for the last 5yrs or so. I have never had any problems. My food and drinks are always as I order. I never have to wait too long. Workers are all nice and up beat. No attitudes.

I love their cappuccino. The child loves the sandwich and some sweet balls on a stick. And some kind of pink drink. Going for water with jam. This is what we always order! Thank you.It was very dirty that day. Garbage, rags, dirty table. But perhaps it was evening and the employees did not have time. But any review is a review! Thank you

Todays Starbucks visit was great. The facility looked very clean and everything organized! The staff welcomed me into the store in a friendly manner. The store was not crowded, so I was able to have a very comfortable experience. Food service and quality were exceptional.

This Starbucks is off the 215 Fwy off the Murrieta Hot Springs exit in the Burlington shopping center with drive-thru and plenty of parking. Today I had a Pink Drink which is a Strawberry Acai Refresher w/accents of Passion Fruit & creamy Coconut Milk, perfect for this hot day. The drink was pretty satisfying but this locations drive-thru lacks customer service pretty bad, not even a hello or thank you in fact I had to ask for my total so I could pay which makes it awkward.

This Starbucks was pleasant to visit in particular because of how fast the service was and how delicious the drinks were! Also, the shop was very clean and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I only got a small coffee but it was packed with delicious ingredients made to my specific instructions which gave me the greatest delight I could ask for in terms of coffee. Thank you Starbucks!

Ive stopped here multiple times and have started noticing the habit of whenever I ask for light ice they seem to give me extra ice. At first I just thought someone just didnt pay attention.... but now it seems intentional being that it has happened multiple times and they give me more ice then when I dont even ask for light ice. I love this location so much, but today was not it. Almost had a drink fully spill on me by an employee because she set it down on the mobile order drink tower slanted. Naturally it fell and the lid popped off and spilled most of the drink. However, I managed to catch the cup with a little bit of the Raspberry colored drink still remaining (not a lot though). Every employee looked (including the girl who spilled it) and no one, including her, asked if I was okay or to even apologize. Her facials stayed the same... tired & unfazed like nothing happened. And because I was right next to the spill, I had to see if there were any stains (luckily there were none). But the fact that I didnt get an apology or anyone concerned to see if I was injured or not, has me appalled. The only words I received from a different employee were, youre good. Acting as if I was the one who spilled the drink, when I infact can bet $500 I did not spill anything. Overall, I am appalled by the disservice, and everyone that worked today around 1pm/2pm (July 2, 2023) needs to be re-trained and learn how to be attentive, alert, and apologize for their mistakes. ESPECIALLY the Asian girl who spilled the drink.

There has been a lot of recent instances where I felt like I wasn’t welcomed at this location.I had a mobile order that I placed 15 minutes before I had arrived in the drive thru, and whoever was speaking to me at the speaker box was very dry and short with me. When I got to the window, there was a staff member with lighter hair explain to me that next time I should wait for the estimated time window to be up before I arrive (even though the app told me my drink was ready 5 minutes before I arrived). It seems as though the people in the drive thru rush their customers and their payments while barely saying anything to them.Another time I actually entered the store and had to wait to have my order taken at the front register for what felt like a long time compared to most, since none of the staff seemed to want to take my order. The person that was warming up food kept telling me that they would be with me in a second, but still continued to focus on food instead of attending to the customers in the cafe. When they saw one of their regulars enter the store and go to the register, that’s when they began starting a conversation with them and finally began to help me and my daughter.I’ve never had these kinds of problems at other Starbucks locations, only this one.

Extremely friendly staff, I came at 7 am and very courteous and asked me how is my day going?. Very clean spaces to include the 2 bathrooms. Quick service. The people in the drive through seem very calm and friendly too. Plenty of parking around. There is an electric car charging station 50 steps away, not that I have an EV car, but worth noting.

Came in for my complementary free drink and I was really saddened by the lack of customer service I received. A manager took my order because I ordered something else aside from in app. She was nice but I noticed that the other employees were more concerned with conversation then getting orders out. I saw my other drink being made which took about 15 min to make. I thought was really long considering I was the only one who ordered. Everyone else in there was already sitting enjoying their beverages and company. Then they placed my item where the drive thru was.. it took them almost 10 min to realize it wasnt a drive thru item then called my name to retrieve item. What should have taken me 10min tops and thats giving way too much extra time, it took me 25min. Lack of customer care was really bad for this location.

The difference in service compared to the locations on Hancock or Los Alamos is night and day. Literally shameful.

So I order a doppio at other locations with milk and syrups and have never had an issue. I went here this morning and first they handed me an iced version of my drink. I didn’t mind but when the girl remade it I saw that she didn’t even pump each syrup I asked for and put 1 cooler shot in my cup to quicken her morning. They handed me a half full cold shot but because I was running late I had no ambition to argue with them. Just the fact that I just told her I ordered a hot drink and she handed me back a cold drink in a hot cup is really sad.

Ill be honest, I dont do coffee outside of my home kitchen often. I only like the Brown Sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso. When the ingredients are in stock, its a 50/50 chance it will taste like it should.To be fair, I have had this same issue at most Murrieta/Temecula area Starbucks.The new building is very nice though. Staff is friendly, decent selection of non coffee items.

I was going to go through the drive thru because it was a very short line, but wasn’t certain I was under the height requirement so decided to go inside instead. When I walked in at 12:40 there were two people at tables with drinks already and about 6 people working behind the counter. I was the only person in line. No one said anything as I waited at the counter. Finally a young man said he would be right with me and walked away. I ordered two drinks, looked down at my phone to read the third order and when I looked up he was gone! Just started preparing a cake pop for who knows who else since I was the only one there! Anyway he comes back takes the order for my next two drinks and I thought man I’m glad that’s done. Little did I know what I just signed up for. I did not leave with my drinks for 28 minutes!!! I haven’t waited that long for drinks at the busiest of Starbucks!! During this time only 2 other women came into the store. My first drink came out with coffee in it when it was supposed to be a cream Frappuccino so she said she’d remake it. The next drink came out with out whip, she fixed that. My third drink came out fine and then I just stood and waited for my fourth. The ladies drinks next to me started coming out, one not filled all the way and one the wrong size. We had both been standing there at this point for a ridiculous amount of time and not one other employee bothered to ask if we were still waiting for anything. They were so “busy” doing their own job, I’m guessing drive thru, that they didn’t bother to help there fellow employees or the customers inside the store!!! I finally noticed my drink with my tag sitting on the counter somewhere the girl had clearly forgotten so I nicely let her know I was waiting on that one. She was sweet and made it then, but my goodness that was wayyy too long to stand there 😳 I think a training meeting is in order.

Easily the slowest location anywhere near here. I order here 2-3 times a week because my kids mom lives up the street. I order in advance on the app everytime. They are usually 5-10 minutes behind the estimated time and make far more mistakes. In contrast, the location on hwy 79 (I frequent 3-4 times a week) is consistently ahead of the estimated time and rarely makes mistakes.

I have been supporting this starbucks since the day it opened. I order about twice a day. Today, when placing my order, the person the registered told me there was a 5min wait due to a large order placed ahead of me. I assured her that i was fine waiting the 5min but much longer than that would be too much because i was on my way to work. The register person Alyssa assured me that was fine.Fast forward to 20 min later and I still dont have my drink. The barista Amy was incredibly rude about the wait time and how i had to wait my turn. I insisted that i understood about the drinks being made in order but that in the future it would be better to give a more accurate wait time because now Im going to be late for my work day and I have customers i need to attend to as well.Amy then told me Id have to leave if i didnt like the wait time. I told her I had no problem leaving but now i want a refund for the drink i didnt receive. I also asked to speak to the store manager because her attitude, volume, and eye rolling was very unprofessional. I was then informed that the store manager was unavailable and was on vacation and so there was no one to report this employee to.As a long time guest of starbucks, ive never been treated so rudely and ill never be going back to this store. Amys actions were uncalled for and unprofessional and she shouldnt be in the service business if she cant handle the pressure of the rush.

Went Here a couple weeks ago before an ultrasound appointment. Asked for a mocha frap with Caramel drizzle (or Caramel upside down) normally Starbucks doesnt put much Caramel at all but this one 😳 it just looked like they opened the Caramel and poured about an inch or more of Caramel at the bottom of the cup. Idk if the person making drinks was having a bad day or genuinely thought people would like it but even the girls at the ultrasound place said theirs were bad like that too and we all drank our drinks by holding the straw out making sure it wasnt in the Caramel. The drive through is always always full ....parking lot can be insane and disorganized due to pushy drivers that cut in drive through line so Id suggest u order ahead n pick up inside but .....if the drive through is that bad, we park n one of us goes in ....fair warning: drivers in the area speed through the parking lot soo watch out when crossing street with ur little ones ...they also do serve nitro there !
